These guys were exceptionally helpful, gave awesome service, and really saved me and my uncle when we were in a spot needing a prop replacement the day before a fishing tournament. Premier Yamaha did the job a great job. They made sure to get everything just the way I wanted it. The small details really count so that way you spend your time fishing and not in the shop.

Russell OReilly, my sales consultant, did a great job of putting me into the right boat for our family. He explained the choices and helped make the buying decision very easy. His service after sales was excellent. He aarranged delivery and service of the boat. The service department was OK. The only issue was that they were not able to repair a couple hatch fit issues since they outsource fiberglass repairs.Ill probably buy my next boat from Premier Yamaha.

Premier Yamaha did a fantastic job on our boat. It looks like new and runs better than it did before. Ryan offered outstanding customer service and didn’t deliver it until every feature worked perfectly. I will definitely return to Premier Yamaha the next time I need boat service or repairs.

We took a demonstration cruise on the 231 in the Laguna Madre which was instrumental in helping to make our decision to purchase the boat. I appreciated that he shared his knowledge about the boat, the local waters as well as his emphasis on safe boating.

Absolutely the worst customer service experience I’ve had in a long time. Maybe ever.I took my boat here on Nov 4th 2020 to have 3 gauges installed and to have them look at the engine bc it had alarm going off coming back into port one day.I finally picked up my boat yesterday, Jan 16th 2021.It took over 10 weeks after being told it would be “3, maybe 4 weeks until it would be ready”.Not once during the 10 plus weeks it was there did anyone call me to give me an update on the status of the gauges or the engine work.Additionally, I was either calling or going by the shop every other week to check on it and seldom had a positive experience. It was almost as if I was bothering them by doing so.After spending close to $2,000...I asked if anyone would go over the work that had been done or show me how the new gauges operated and was told...”show you what”. Very rudely.I shook my head and walked outside as they pulled the boat up with a tug. After it was dropped off by the tug driver and taken off the hitch, he never said “you are all set, thank you” or “here you are sir, appreciate your business” or even a thumbs up to so say, “good to go”.Nada / Nothing / Zero / ZilchHe just dropped the boat off the tug hitch and drove away...Very disappointing experience as a first time customer there.They get 2 Stars because 2 of the 3 gauges seem to working correctly and the engine is running better.

This place is the greatest! Drove down from Dallas with my Maverick HPX in tow when all of the sudden some lady from another car was pointing at my trailer. My hub was disintegrated and grease everywhere, it was 10 minutes till closing Saturday July 4th weekend. I was in a pickle, but Cody and Chris decided to help me get on my way. Two hours later I was back on the road and these guys didnt even want me to pay them. Thankyou guys and I will always recommend Premier Yamaha.
