Came in to look for a set of sheets. Alondra was very helpful and got me exactly what I was looking for. While I was there, decided to shop around for a new bedside table lamp. I spoke with Cassie and she helped me find the perfect fit for my new bedroom suite. The team here at Furniture Row is top notch. I highly recommend them!!

I had a lamp that I had bought from Furniture Row about 4 years ago.It got broken and I needed another matching Lamp.I called the store that I originally had purchased it from and was told that it was discounted!Luckily the manager at the store on Parker Road Quincy looked up my old file was able to find me another one at the store in Lakewood, COOnly three left in the entire company!The new Manager at the Lakewood store was super friendly and even helped me out on the price since it was a floor model.And she even wrapped it up in Bubble wrap! Outstanding service and Happy Customer!

Update: The broken furniture was replaced only for them to brake another part of the bed that was not previously broken. This is now two times the installer has broken our furniture. Could this be any worse?I would not recommend this store. I think other furniture stores have better customer service, return policies, and delivery. The furniture got scratched when it was delivered. The table we got is not going to work out and they have no return policy. Unless it is custom, all other furniture stores do. I will not be shopping here again and recommend others to look for other options.

I had a wonderful experience working with Shay! I came in super frustrated because I had gone to a million different places and a million different websites and simply could not find a dining room table that would work for my space. Though they didn’t have anything in the store that would work, he did find me an excellent option through the website. He was patient through all of my questions and back and forth, and took the time to listen and even look at the pictures of my dining space to give me a legitimate opinion on what would work/look good. I purchased what looks to be a beautiful table, and I’m excited for it to come in. Nobody anywhere that I had gone previously was as helpful as he was. 10 out of 10, would absolutely recommend!

Prices given to me via text, were only ‘good for that day’ June 10th but it wasn’t indicated on text that the price ended that day. Today, Hannah said it was an extension of Memorial Day sale. Which we were in the store on Memorial Day and the prices given to us on that day were different. So not sure what the true price is. I truly hope that this is not an indication of the quality of the furniture. The reviews were pretty good for this sectional, I’m counting on that.

I purchased a chair 10 months ago. Although it was very comfortable, the fabric did not holdup. I was given store credit towards the purchase of a better quality chair. The store manager was most helpful in this transaction.

Julie was amazingly helpful and greeted me right when I walked in and let me be! I liked that she was not pushy! Job well done!

Steve helped me find a great mattress and some incredible pillows for $10 a piece! They are so comfortable and apparently at one time the doctors #1 recommended brand! Steve and Ryan packaged it up quickly and I was on my way. Even learned how to sanitize my own mattress! Steam cleaners are the best. Thank you!

I came to location today with an unusual request. Last spring we came to store to buy a couch for l our home. Put 200 down and was going to pay it off on my next paycheck two weeks later. Bam Covid and I lost my job.Being there only 1.5 months no unemployment. I am moving into new home now and new couch will not work in New space. They allowed me to put my 200 toward a more expensive couch that works for my new home. Paid in full. Again due to pandemic have to wait til November. Out of stock but worth the wait. Exactly what we were looking for. In the mean time will use my 20 yr old couch we also bought at Furniture Row. Recommend highly.

After looking for a couch since November, 2020, I was delighted to find a beautiful, high quality couch that I dont have to wait 18-26 weeks for. Trevor was very knowledgeable and professional.

After going online and other stores whocouldnt be bothered to pay attention to our needs we went to Furniture Row. Cassie was friendly, polite, listened andlead us right to a narrow end table with a drawer that not only met our needs but had a little door on top hiding USBports! Best of all we saved over $150!!

The team here at furniture tow was amazing in helping me with an order I needed quickly. We were able to send a text during the stores closed hours. They responded when the store was open. Followed up and finalized everything with a call. Such a great help and quick service.

Christian the manager of this store has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered in all my years of trying to buy anything. I’m dumbfounded by the level of incompetency this man has. I cannot believe anyone would put him in charge of anything that has to do with customer service I’m just appalled at the way they’ve handled in order of mine.

He then recognized when we were getting serious, and jumped into action. He was transparent in the sale and provided us with several options based on our needs.We went up to the furniture store to complete our set. Travis also recognized our comfort and was able to direct is confidently and professionally. We were extremely happy with our experience and incredibly excited about our new bed set.

She explained the drop off process and what to expect. We felt very confident with our purchase. I cant wait to see our room when its all put together!

My experience was great today! So easy and painless and the manager Steve was so nice and helpful.

I have purchased multiple pieces of furniture over the years from Furniture row. We just purchased a new bedroom set for my child. When I was in the store the associate Olivia we worked with told us the set was very heavy and recommended that we pay for the install. We said no problem, since it was a large investment we said we would think about it and call back. I called back a few days later and placed the order with their secure credit card payment. I only received a credit card receipt so I assumed everything was good. A couple of weeks later I received notification that the furniture was in and would I like to schedule delivery. I said yes. The day before I called to see what time they were coming and they said it was scheduled for pick up. The manager term was able to get us on the schedule and I mentioned that we wanted set up also. He said not a problem. Then the delivery “boys” come to our house and said they are unable to bring the items upstairs without signing waiver that if they do any damage they are not responsible. They said it was to have. I called the manager Travis at the store and he was unwilling to help or provide any type of customer service. Needless to say my husband (who has a bad back and has had surgery) and myself has to carry and assemble all the pieces. We got it together but not until midnight. The quality of the furniture we received is okay not great for the price, but the customer service is why they received such poor marks. Also before scheduling the delivery I had mentioned we had an old house and wanted a professional crew. That is not what we received.

I had a wonderful first time experience at furniture Row. My sales person Mickaela was professional, knowledgeable and gave me a high-quality experience!! I bought an amazing couch with a beautiful rug for a very low price I recommend them highly!

The movers were absolutely amazing!!! It took them FOREVER to get my couch up my narrow stairwell but they were relentless! I couldn’t be more happy with their service! 10 stars!!!

My husband and I went to furniture row browse area rugs and coffee tables. We didn’t realize that there were two different buildings for those items. No problem. We found what we wanted, the salespeople at each were super helpful. Our purchases were combined, even though we bought things at two different stores, so we qualified for $100 off. We went home happy with our purchases. It was quick and easy.

Salespeople are terrible and unwilling to help with anything. Its amazing this place is still in business with salespeople with no desire to make the sale. Walked around without help and only bought something because my wife had to have it. Will not return...Update: was reached out to be some friendly higher ups who assured me my visit was an outlier and promised a better second visit. Ill give them a shot again next time.

I purchased a recliner that I had tested and loved at the Aurora location. They unfortunately were out of stock so I purchased the chair from the Lakewood location with the sales person Anna. She let me know the chair would be coming in two boxes and we had planned to put it together ourselves after delivery. Anna forgot to schedule the original delivery so I had to wait an additional four days for the chair to be delivered. The chair was finally delivered today. It came already assembled, with scuff marks all over it and plastic tags where the price tag was attached as the chair that was brought was an obvious floor model. And what’s worse, when the chair was plugged in it didn’t even work! I sent the chair back with the delivery drivers and called the store immediately. Anna put in my customer notes that she talked with me and let me know that I was purchasing a floor model. This was a complete lie! I have a brand new baby at home and would never purchase a floor model during Covid. I am absolutely disgusted that they brought a dirty chair from the floor in my home with my three week old baby and Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund! What a complete disappointment! It’s was a shameful experience to be lied to and sold something that I never would have purchased all in the name of somebody getting their commission. Terrible customer service I will never give this company my money.

Friendly place with sales consultants. Phoebe at the Lakewood store did a great job of showing options to us and then giving us some time to walk the showroom and then meet up with us later. No pressure just good sales skills.

Buyer beware - Furniture row has a no return policy. We bought a piece of furniture and did not unbox it. Tried to return 3 days later only to find out the policy. Wish I would have read reviews prior to shopping there.3 stars is for the service.

While I cannot comment on the furniture as it has not been delivered yet, the buying experience was very easy. What I saw on the sales floor looked nice and was comfortable. Sales people were very helpful but did not hover. I had lots of time to look but got my questions answered promptly.

Still waiting for my furniture I purchase back in February 2021. Supposedly back order 3-4 weeks. It’s been 4 months now.

Last year my wife and I purchased a sectional couch along with the damage warranty that Furniture Row offers through All Away Protection. We love the couch and are very happy with it appearance and comfort. However it was damaged while moving it to clean behind it, and the damage was pretty bad, a few punctures and pokes in the Vinyl. I reached out to All Away Protection to have them repair it based on the warranty we purchased when we got the couch. We were told the warranty covered any damage other than pet or self inflicted issues. All Away denied the claim saying moving the furniture voided the warranty. And after seeing their reviews, it was obvious they were not going to help. So I called the store and spoke with Brad Sicoli one of the managers to let him know what happened. He offered several options, refund the cost for the warranty or repair the couch. I opted to repair the couch. Within 24 hours I was contacted by Constantine their repair person who came to the house and picked up the piece then returned it a week later in perfect condition. I dont recommend All Away Protection but will always recommend Furniture Row, they really stepped up to make a customer happy.
