Todd, salesman used car, John service writer. I purchased a 2013 f150 at a great price, wonderful πŸ‘ deal. Probem after I bought it I noticed a issue within 24hrs, they, Todd and John and service department and me missed, they could have at that point said sorry about your luck BUT did not. They worked together and payed half of the repairs, this was more then I expected of them. I really thought I was out money for the total repair. I honestly believe that was fair of them beens I, one who prides myself on finding things wrong with used vehicles missed it as well. If you want honest people to buy a vehicle from talk to TODD used car department. For service see John. They mean it when they say they are with you on the purchase and after.

Alice was extraordinary. i took my vehicle in on a Saturday and i expected the shuttle to be available, to my surprise, it was not. i had a meeting that i had to be at by 9 a.m. she went as far as to get me a loaner vehicle so i could make my meeting. I truly appreciate that type of customer service. i bought my truck from Auto Nation and i usually take it to the other dealership because it is closer to my office. However, after this excellent experience i will only bring it to Auto Nation from now on. Thank you again Alice for the superior customer service you gave me.

Recently, I took my F150 in for a recall. My appointment was for 9am. When I dropped my truck off they told me that it would be about 4 hours before it was ready. I received a call at 11am and was informed that my truck was ready. My Service Advisor was great to work with. Very professional and polite. Great service from this dealer!!

I went here to start my search to buy my first car and I am now a proud owner of a 2018 ecosport. Our salesman David was amazing. He was easy to talked to and it never felt like he was trying to pressure me into buying a specific car like cars salesmen usually do. He was honest and very helpful throughout the whole process and let me test drive whatever vehicle I wanted. It was clear he wanted me to chose the vehicle that I loved and was comfortable in. Heidi and her sales manager Cole, were awesome to work with. Spoke to Heidi before going in via text msg and told her what I wanted and that I didnt want to be there for hours with shady people. She assured me that AutoNation was not like that and she was right! They were awesome treated me with respect and were honest throughout the process. Never believed that car dealerships could be so honest and ethical but they proved me wrong. I would definitely recommend AutoNation Ford and will be back in a few years for another new vehicle. We had no service done on our mustang.I called because I received a letter stating there is a recall on our 2007 Mustang Ford Convertible. This recall goes back to 2016 and its been two years since we have been trying to get this matter taken care. For that reason my wife has only driven that car maybe 5 times this year. You see the grandkids love to ride in it when she is driving, But for there safety and a law suit we prefer not to take that risk. We have been very patient with Ford but when my wife called on Wednesday Novemver 6, 2018 to our surprise they still didnt have the product to comply with this recall.My wife and I own a business so its important that we comply at all times to make sure we are not involved in any type of legal action.Would like to know how many people are in this same situation.

I set up an appointment for a recall notice where they varified that they had the parts in stock. I asked about renting a car for the day and was forwarded to an advisor who didn’t answer nor return my call. I then arranged for transportation for the day on my own. When I dropped my car off at 8am for the free service, they immediately tried to sell me other services. Later in the middle of class they called trying to sell me another service. 5 hours later at 1pm they called and told me that they apologize that they are currently out of stock of the parts that I brought my car in for. They said it was bad luck, I call it negligence.

These guys try to come off as helping the customer but they end up being the stereotypical sleazy salesmen. I went in with a capital one autonavigator pre-approval. I told the salesman three times that I had that. He even asked me for my reference number on it. I also told him to just submit my credit app to capital one and the approval would go through because I already had it set up with them.I got home and was double checking the papers and a small line has it that Im financed through Ally and not capital one. They sent the app to 8 other Banks and not capital one at all. And no, Ally didnt have a better interest rate. They went with a higher rate.I called the salesman back to ask why they didnt go with capital one and he just happened to step out the building for a bit and would have the finance officer call me back to see what happened. No response from anyone at all. I guess the next step after pulling one over on your customers is to duck from any communication.And to add another slap to the face, I get an email telling me that a maintenance appointment has been made and how they cant wait to see me back at the dealership.I had been getting cars from these dealerships since way back when it was champion, but I dont plan on ever entertaining anything from them here on out.

I went because I had 2 codes causing engine light to come on 1 was crank case ventilation sensor which is under warranty other was nox sensor not under warranty they replaced crank sensor and then told nox needed replacing as well and wanted to charge seperate diagnose fee because it wasnt under warranty I asked if it was still throwing code after they replaced crank sensor and they wouldnt answer. I refused to pay the fee because the diagnostic was covered by crank warranty got home with no engine light and no code for nox sensor so they were trying to sell me a $400 part plus labor for something I didnt even need. Plus found oem part online for $188 what a scam

David Quisenberry is by far the best car salesman ive ever dealt with. My 2016 Chevrolet Cruze was involved in an accident and taken to a different Auto Nation dealership for repair. Long story short 14 days passed the vehicle had not been repaired and the manager of that facility was less than helpful to the point of being agressive and disrespectful.At my wits end I saw Auto Nation Ford and approached a gentleman outside and explained the situation. I was welcomed and introduced to Mr. Quisenberry. After explaining the situation in detail and expressing my frustration I inquired about the possibility of trading the vehicle in being in its current condition.After some discussion and consulting with management, David was able to get me into a brand new vehicle I was more than happy with at a price i was comfortable with. The dealership was more than accommodating and even lowered the price significantly to make sure that the financial repurcussions didnt fall back solely on my shoulders.I would recommend this dealership and espcially David Quissenberry, the Manager ( I believe his name is Brad) and Trenton in finance to anyone looking for a good price on a quality new vehicleBradley Skrobarcek

The WORST customer service Ive ever seen!!!! My truck has been in their shop since July 21, 2018 and I have still not gotten my F150 back and its now September 3... I went back and for with them saying it was gonna need new motor to just having parts replaced, this went on and on. Mind you that I had to be the one to call the whole time to see what the status was. Finally alot got a case number through ford and expedited things. New engine was installed last week and then come to find out when they go for test drive that my transmission wont shift into gear, well it went in shifting just fine!!! Hoping to hear some news tomorrow but not holding my breath since the communication is terrible with this company. If I could give a ZERO STAR I would, i will never recommend this company to anyone!!!!
