I needed my battery changed and some recalls fixed. When I got my truck back my FOB key no longer worked and they ran another diagnostic and found that a module linked to my FOB key was not communicating and may be damaged. They wanted to charge me $375 to fix it. Due to the fact that it was working fine when I brought my truck in, I did not pay for the repair and left with my vehicle in worst condition than when it arrived. I was hoping to find professional work and treatment at your facility but instead I feel ripped off and cheated and I am extremely unhappy with the service provided.

My new car broke down, it was towed to AutoNation North. I had left a few messages with no response. This trip (in person) was to see what was going on with my vehicle. I would have liked a call back. The people in person were very helpful.

Had truck fixed at this location, truck got fixed in a timely manner, a few days later I was able to look at my billing invoice and noticed I was charged more for certain parts , there was about a $30 difference compared to invoice and what the parts department was selling the parts for. Along with some other question I attempted to contact the service manager numerous times and no return call.

The salesman that greeted us was very friendly. We went to look at the new Chevy Blazer and even though they only really had 3 of them, once we were inside he was able to find some other options that he would be able to bring to his store that was more of what we we looking for. He wasnt pushy or shark like at all. He was very straight forward and worked with us alot when we went in. He was more like a friend working with us rather than tryin to make a sale, like 99% of other car salesman that Ive dealt with.

IT IS an aweful company.We made an appointment a week ago. And after I came here by bus used two hours, its selling assistant just say sorry because the car I want to check is not here.Unbelievable! what I need to say CHAONIMA! Your rude behaviors make your God have no face.

Friendly staff. Ive had a few issues with service but please dont blame the service advisors when its the techs in the back that are working on your vehicles.
