Coastal Performance is the absolute worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. A few months after my seadoo was repaired it completely blew itself up. Upon taking it to a reputable cycle shop, I found out that these guys had put together the engine with faulty wiring, wrong coolant, improper hardware, bolts rounded off, bent rods and a laundry list of other stuff. The rebuild is going to cost me 8,000. I guess the saying you get what you paid for is true because mason and his one “engineer” took 6 months longer to fix my ski than was originally discussed. On top of that he cussed me out on the phone then proceeded to come to the shop when I wanted to get my ski and apologize so to not lose the rest of my business. You literally could not pick a worse shop to work with and a worse owner to deal with than coastal performance. Others may have their opinions but this is my personal experience dealing with Mason. P.S.. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
