Recently purchased two wave runners and a trailer through them. They had great customer service and kept us well updated on our order while we waited on shipment. Once they arrived, I was in and out of the dealership in 30 min. I had to drive 3 hours because they were the only dealership in 250 miles that was able to get the waverunners. Overall, great experience and highly recommend them.

This review is on behalf of my father who just recently went for a complete diagnostic for $83+ for a charging system problem. He wanted to make sure that the motorcycle was fixed and in good condition before selling.The technician that preform the diagnostic said the problem was the starter relay. My father agreed to replace the starter rely for $125+. When he picked the bike up and rode it home with no problem. Then he turned it off and back on and that’s when the same problem occurred!!!!Please explain to me what is a diagnostic?Why wasn’t the problem fixed? And when he called back, he spoke to Beeca to report the problem had occurred again. Becca reply’s with “they need to do another diagnostic”. I questioned, Why wasn’t it done in the first place when it was there? Apparently the bike is too old for them to road test due to the tires. I’m not sure why they would have to test drive the bike when the diagnostic should pin point all problems.A complete diagnostic is to “identify or characterize; being a precise indication”. In this Case CYCLE PLAZA did not perform that!!So apparently his in the same situation he was in when he took it. He paid for parts that may or may not have been needed.

Great Place...LOVE MY BIKE!!!

They charged me $180 to install a rear tire. Down the street I was charged $65 for the same service. I will never go back to Cycle Plaze for service! They didnt even tighten down the spacers. I paid $400 to re pack and seal my front forks. It was leaking again three days later. I will say they have a friendly staff but thats it. Dont use this place if you can help it!

Went in for an annual inspection of a Can-Am Ryker Rally. No appointment necessary. In and out very quickly. Clean facility. Very kind and friendly staff.

Very kind people out there at Cycle plaza bought a bike from them back in 2018 or Mike to be more specific although I had walked on there several different times before buying a bike over the course of a year and a half various people buy the same positive attitude, people who love what they do and the people they do it for... I can honestly say I doubt that I will ever buy a bike from the other guy down the road.

I pre-ordered a 2021 Waverunner from CC Cycle Plaza. Todd replied the same day I sent in the pre-order on the Yamaha site. Throughout the entire process Todd always replied to emails and kept me updated on the status of the Waverunner. Mike took over once I arrived on site to pick up the waverunner, both he and Todd were great. There were no push sales tactics, just honest people selling good products. Lastly, Bobby went through all the functions of the Waverunner, I asked him a lot of questions and he has a wealth of knowledge on these. He answered all of them and was extremely helpful. It was a solid experience, from ordering to pick-up it was great doing business here, Ive been a person who stays away from dealerships and buys mostly used. Although, knowing that a dealership like this exists that is honest and straight forward I plan to simply go new on my toys for now on. Thanks CC Cycle Plaza!

Nathan was very helpful and professional in helping us get parts to rebuild a Kawasaki Mule.

This happened a few months ago but Ive been busy and havent gotten around to writing a review. I brought in my bike that had a flat rear tire and a drained battery (light was turning on but not starting, just needed a simple trickle charge). It took them about a week, and only to get the bike back to me in worse condition than I gave it to them -- and charged me $270 for it. Sure, the new tube was put in, but the lights on the bike would no longer turn on. When I asked why, they said there was a complicated electrical issue that only the dealership could fix. Reluctantly, I paid up, and I had to call a friend to help me haul my bike back to my place to figure out what to do. Then, after looking at the electrical wiring for five seconds, we figured out that Cycle Plaza had unplugged a wire (probably on accident while charging the battery) and had not plugged it back in. As soon as we plugged it back in, the bike started right back up. Literally anyone would have been able to see that; Id like to think that the mechanics here know at least a thing or two about motorcycles, so Im just left to conclude that they just chose not to look and even try to figure out what was going on.So in summation, yes - they put a tube in my tire like I asked them to. But they also charged me a ridiculous amount for a B.S. diagnostics and trickle charging, AND their diagnostic that I paid so much for was a complicated electrical issue which I ultimately found out was a simple issue that THEY had caused. Had I gone anywhere else, I would have saved myself so much time, money, and effort.

If youre waiting there is water and sofas and sometimes coffee. The staff are pleasant.

I wish I could give this two different reviews. The Indian side of the house is excellent and they have a very good stock of bikes. The other side has great selection in bikes, atvs etc, but they really lack in variety and quality of equipment

My wife has been trying to get me to get a new bike for the past three years, but due to deployments, it never happened. Well, she finally succeeded! We went to Cycle Plaza and met Jim. He was great to work with! When it was time to close the deal and pay for the bike, Wendy was fantastic! I forgot to bring gloves, and they took care of me there too. Great staff, great bikes, all around a great place to go! Prices were more than competitive and I feel that we got a great deal. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Overall the store has a #1 rating with us. We purchased a Indian motorcycle. It is spectacular. Gorgeous. What we like is that the service department has been amazing. Bryan is so knowledgeable and helps us as soon as we have a problem or concern..Jim is a fantastic sales person. Everyone needs to meet him.He is so attentive, friendly, and courteous. Jessica is always available to answer any question we have. If you are looking to buy a motorcycle please come and visit with them. Every employee is so nice. You will not be disappointed. Started out as a pleasant experience with Todd Mickle over email. Then I was transferred to Rick to complete the sale. We made a deal and he sent me the invoice. I went to the bank, got the check and set up my motorcycle insurance. Was about to head over to the dealership to pick up and sign for the motorcycle. When RICK says the bike wont start, Rick said looks like it needs a new batterie and when you push the break it dose not turn on the break light. So he said I would have to buy an new batterie and schedule service for this motorcycle. I just almost payed for and I would have to come out of pocket. The description and what Rick had told me was this was a nice bike and ran great! This is because I decided to buy from a dealership instead of a privet seller. This was a Terrible experience and to top it all off he ended up hanging up on me.

If you need any parts for your Kawasaki mule, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. parts are usually in stock for normal wear parts as well as engine service parts and any accessories that you may ever need.

When drove up we were promptly by a friendly, knowledgeable sales rep. He answered our questions and made us feel welcome without being pushy.

After Hurricane Harvey destroyed our golf cart Cycle Plaza built us an even better one than before. We are back to cruising the streets of Port A in comfort and style!! They have provided great customer service at the time of purchase and after!

Best customer service ever. I believe the management has really made a lot stride from the old reviews. I was a little uncertain what to expect, but I was approached by a sales person immediately. They were not over bearing but where there to answer all questions. Also they have a new Indian dealership there and it is really nice. I purchased an great Indian and they even encourage me to do the research and ride a each demo to make the right decision. Afterwards, I have had awesome experience with the service department. Brian is really helpful and will give you the straight skinny on what is going on. They are there to make sure you get the best riding experience and to keep coming back. The service shows. After driving a hundred and thirty miles and arranging for an overnight stay, he Corpus Christi Cycle Plaza whats the only grim disappointment. The salesman voiced a sales strategy that was contemptible and a significant disservice to Polaris Corporation. I would be glad to discuss this further with Personnel from Medina Minnesota

Parts department was very helpful with what I needed to get my bike to pass state inspection and was able to get the parts in a very timely manner. Definitely the place to go to for accessories for most bikes. Plus they have a great helmet selection.

I come here anytime I need something for my bike or four-wheeler. Unlike other places in town, they almost always have the parts I need in stock. In the rare event they have to order parts for me, it has always been quick to do so. The customer service is great! The employees are always so friendly and the parts staff is very knowledgable any time I have a question. This is a family business that demonstrates family value!

Extremely professional helpful and all around great from the moment we walked in the door! More then willing to help with all of our needs and questions and went above and beyond! The parts department/service area rep (can’t remember her name) was extremely helpful. They didnt have the replacement part we needed but were more then willing to help us find it in the area. Since we were kinda last second need she went out of her way to help us improvise until we could get back home and order the part. My words do not do this place any justice that it deserves. If I could I’d give it 10 stars! Highly recommend! Not many bike shops like this 1 exist anymore.

My husband and I came in looking to purchase new helmets. After looking at a couple of places, this was the first time I had ever been taught how a helmet should fit as well as some of the safety features. I never knew I had been riding around with a helmet two sizes too big!! Jessica went above and beyond to assure we found what we were looking for. Were from the McAllen area, so this made the 2 1/2 hour ride well worth it.

I have been riding motorcycles for around 7 years and have bought all 4 of my bikes at CC Cycle Plaza. I started with a 650 Yamaha for my first and have now purchased a Trike. Throughout the years I have received excellent attention and service. Whether its from Jessica in parts, Brian in the service dept., Jim with the sales dept. or Matt, the owner - I have never been disappointed. They can answer any questions, find any parts or accessories and always give me a good deal. My family and I also enjoy the various rides sponsored by the store. Looking forward to the upcoming Frosty Fingers ride.

Noone answers the phone. We had to ask for help , the salesmen are standing around talking to each other. The phone number on the door has a disconnected phone number.

The best way to describe these guys is RUDE! I cannot believe that they serviced a Honda when they do not even sell Honda’s. I tried to get my Kawasaki Prairie 360 serviced and they told me that because they did not sell it, they did not have to honor the warrantee. They are a bunch of dirt bags and you need to watch your back when you walk into this establishment. THEY WILL RAPE YOU on the price of your new bike. Do yourself a favor and go to Dale’s Fun Center in Victoria. They were worth the drive from Corpus Christi. Treated me right and were really nice about everything. CyclePlaza has NO concept of what customer service is. How they stay in business, I have no idea! Good thing Yamaha and Kawasaki have a good name because CyclePlaza does not!!!!

Ive been a customer of Cycle Plaza for at least 5 years now (the parts department). They know me and even my voice when I call. They have always been helpful and friendly to me. Anytime I have ever had a problem they were quick, resourceful, and fair. They have always made it right! I will continue to be a customer for a long time now that my husband bought a new 2014 Yamaha R6.

Such great service, went in today for an inspection and instead of just failing me and sending me on my way the guys in the service department at cycle plaza went well above and beyond making sure I new exactly what the problems were what I would need t do to fix it and even got me the exact part numbers. I am looking for a motorcycle and have been to the other dealerships in town as well as Corpus Christi Cycle Plaza. CCCP treats me wonderfully and always has. Every person-EVERY PERSON there has gone above and beyond to help me and explain to me and teach me and impart their expertise and knowledge again and again! the people on the floor, behind the counter, the trike conversion expert, Matt the salesman, Lisa in her office, all have made me feel comfortable and welcome. BECAUSE OF THEM I will buy a Victory motorcycle! The other dealerships: Harley Davidson for one made me always feel uncomfortable. Through research I know Victory is an American made bike that will take me across the country and I am assuming any other Victory dealerships will be as easy and honest and caring as this one. I rate them 5 stars!

First of all I will never buy anything from these people again I went there a couple months ago to buy a bike I found one that I liked so I bought it CASH then I find out they sold it to me 700$ more than the bike is even worth which I wasnt too upset because I really dug the bike not to mention I also bought a helmet at full price when I purchased the bike you think since they screwed me hard enough on the price of the bike youd make a better deal on a helmet but no still I wasnt mad enough to write a review till today when I took it in to have my break light checked out they wanted to rape me once again and try to charge me another129$ to just look at it there customer service is the worst you think they would have been more than happy to check out a safety issue on a bike that they sold without any problems but no from now on I dont care if I have to drive to California to buy a bike I will Never deal with cycle plaza again for any reason and every one I know wont deal with them either

I went in today got help right away got my bike taken in to get worked on got me a quote. Service was great. They told me about how long it was gonna take to get it done then we were off. They were really nice and I can start riding with my friends in a week.

First trip into cycleplaza and I got just what I needed lots of great help suggestions and knowledge! I am ready to do my turtle Patrol in the cutest darn red helmet ever! Brought the bike in for a state inspection. They found the front tire carcass separating all the way around. So glad I didnt take it to a buy the sticker place.
