Very friendly staff & never too crowded. Great prices too.I needed something for my Halloween costume, but they only had 1 left and I was at work all day. Definitely better than Hobby Lobby if you’re looking for items to run a crafting business. I always find what I’m looking for, although when I shop at the Michael’s store in San Antonio they have a way better selection. Corpus should carry the same expectations.

I went to Michaels to look for beads for my crafting and found some pretty unique ones that happened to be on sale. I even found the type of cord I needed that I was going to buy online. Had a great shopping experience!

Great place for all crafts and hobbies

I went there looking for stencils, paint that I can use on an outdoor mirror, and a stick on measuring tape. The store had plenty of stencils to choose from and a lot of other cool things to look at. Finding an employee to help me with the paint selection was difficult. It took about 5 minutes for one to come show me the aisle where the paints I was looking for were on. I started walking down the aisle, took maybe 4 steps, turned around to ask a question, but the employee was gone.A Customer close by must have saw my, I dont ____ing believe this expression, because he started asking me questions about what I needed the paint for. After telling him, he told me which paint is best, pointing out differences between the brands and kind of paints. He was very helpful. I selected my paint, then went aisle by aisle looking at everything and looking for my tape. I couldnt find it or an employee on the floor, so I had to walk up to the front where the registers are and wait in line to ask where it is. I was told I could find it in the back corner. I went, I looked, and couldnt find it. Looked around for an employee, no such luck, back up to the front, where an employee was called to help me over the PA system. A few minutes later, one finally shows up and takes me to 3 different areas before the tape was found. So, Im happy with the products I bought, but NOT the stores personnel.

I needed a couple of speciality items and had no idea the lay out of the store. Jenny (working the front) greeted me and handed me off to Jessica who did a GREAT job helping me find everything I needed. Customer Service 101. Both of these ladies did a fantastic job selling Michaels as the go to place when in need. Thank you Jenny and Jessica for helping out a customer in need.

Helpful polite staff, great clearance, sowing supplies are awesome, LOVED the garden section.... Art supplies galore AND they even had a wheelchair, which I wasnt expecting, for those with a disability.

They had a few empty shelves and an abundance of post Christmas on sale items. But they have everything for you crafting needs. Somehow I always forget about this store when Im looking for stuff. Now to convince my wife to let me get a vinyl cutter.

Michaels was clean and quiet not very many people where at the store so that was a plus. They are a bit over priced though, some of the items there I could of found else where for way cheaper.

When Hobby Lobby doesnt come through Michaels comes in clutch!!! Im letting you know in advance DO NOT go to Hobby Lobby for slime making supplies. They dont have anything except instant snow for cloud slime. Thats because we went to two different Hobby Lobby stores. Never again!Michaels literally had a slime making station area.My mom owns a daycare, and usually has a hard time finding good quality activities for the kids. The little sets are so nice from here!!!

Terrible experience at this location! There was only 2 people working and both were not happy to be there, very rude. I went in to take advantage of the sale. Signage was very misleading, wanted to purchase some crystals but were locked waited for assistance, no one showed. I have never had an experience like this before at any Michaels.

The sign outside is missing, but they are not closing, just updating. There are a few Halloween things up already which is exciting, cant wait for them to put up more. Just like at other stores, Cricut supplies were kind of low. There were too many people in the store for my liking. However, we didnt have to wait much to check out.

Sam is fabulous. As I was ringing up looking for my coupons, she guided me on how to go online to find the best one. She was friendly AND put me first instead of a sale. My hard earned money will go to Michaels because by saving so much, I can buy more😀. I LOVE the nostalgic lighted glass Christmas Tree they have this year because it reminds me of my childhood.

Took a print to have framed. Took a week longer because of their mess up. Did not offer any kind of compensation. Said it was a great learning and teaching moment for them. Was for me too. Not to ever use them again. I wont even go into their business again.

I was a bit disappointed on my purchase. Although I did not have the bar code to scan on my phone for the 20% discount, I did have the code :all for you 20. The clerk said they need the bar code in order to get the discount. She could not type it. I dont go enough to this store to download the app on my phone. Purchasing at regular price for Christmas items does not sit well with me. 😠

I go there for paint supplies and have to spend a ton of time going through every paint because it is so disorganized. Huge racks of brushes are often empty.

Took 25 minutes for a 2 item return with no line. The manager was paged multiple times. Seems like she couldnt be bothered. Told the cashier that she needed to finish up what shes doing before heading my way. I could not believe that she would make a customer wait. In the end I told the cashier that I needed to leave and that Im late, and so manager finally gave her code to the cashier over the headset they were wearing. NEVER saw the manager at all!!! Need better MANAGERS. Cashiers were great!

Staff was extremely rude. I placed a curbside order & they couldnt find it. I am from out of town & it was pouring rain. It defeats the whole purpose of curbside if I have to go inside.I called to ask if they had the item in stock & Id just get it myself. The rude associate didnt even know what product I was taking about. It is a new modular system & it was displayed right in the front of the store!The store was a mess. There were boxes on the floor & a large stocking portable stair unit was blocking the aisle. I picked 1 item off the shelf & 5 things fell on the floor. The associate didnt apologize for the mess. The cashier didnt greet me or say thank you. I will never go to this Michaels again.

Looks like a bomb went off in there.Micheals has always been my 1st stop for any craft supply I want. Everything has always been easy to find and a pretty neat store. I have noticed that about last year or so it has started to not look as organized as it once was. But today...OMG. it was bad. Things were everywhere. Couldnt find what I came for. I turned around and left.

It was empty. I spent way to much...lol I love michaels but OMG the short haired girl that checked me out slower than a turtle. Wont be going back to that one.

I do like this store. It is clean, well organized and full of great deals. My only dislike is the price labeling for the yarn. Its nearly impossible to find prices, and the yarn seems to be organized by color, instead of type or brand. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Love that they have alot of good brand paints kinda pricey but gotta understand the hi def when u gotta pay compared to Walmart acylic based u can tell the difference canvases I think priced to high id rather shop at Walmart on the cool for those unless there are running some special deal or something or a coupon just saying

Haf to return some items i purchased online. They told me they couldnt return and that i had to call a 1800 number. I called tht nunber and they told me to jus go into a local michaels and i can get my return taken care of.. Employees are not trained properly.

I was looking for tiny clothespins for a wooden sign I was making and they were the only place in town that had them!

One of the staff was VERY rude. Will not go back to that Michaels. I was looking through the back of a wire cart at gift bags they had been moving the cart, just then this staff member (female, long dark hair) took a stack of bags and threw them in the basket right at my face. Since I was on the backside of the basket nothing hit me. It was Christmas Eve, my niece and I ran out for a couple of last minute gifts. Be careful at this Michaels and if you see a young girl with long dark hair working, duck or walk the opposite direction.
