I always enjoy shopping at this home depot. They have the most friendly staff and are always courteous to everyone. Yet today was no exception I came in looking for some lumber and I know that its been in short supply for quite some time. My associate mark was very nice and he was able to place an order and it will be coming in in 3 days.

The sales person named Jeff was Awsome. He was very knowledgeable of the merchandise that I needed to purchase. He was very patient and understanding. He took the time to explain the ins and outs of the product. I was so happy that he cared about his customers. Just great Customer Service. 👍Thank you Jeff for your help!

I shop at this Home Depot quite often for work and home. Always have a good supply of parts. Associates are always friendly and helpful.

Home Depot is not the same business as before. Low inventory on material. Their competitor does not have that problem. When acquiring assistance, very difficult to get. Their competitor does not have that problem. Home Depot, whats going on?

Our visit today was okay we eventually found what we needed. I completely understand that its hard to hire new associates at this time. But your employees should be at least professional and helpful. If they arent happy helping customers maybe they should be in the stockroom unloading the truck or sorting the stock by departments to go out. So maybe that young in the paint department should work back there. She was a very rude unpleasant young lady. Wasnt able to see her name tag, but she wore eye glasses and had shoulder length hair dyed blue or purple with maybe a touch of pink in a messy ponytail. I was just happy to get our paint and leave. Unfortunately maybe she was having a bad day...smh. Anyways the young man in the lumber department was very helpful and friendly and we found what we needed. A shout out to your team for going to work and helping us customers. Times are hard right now and we appreciate you guys. Thanks for being there !! 👏👏💯💥

Hard to tell you things are good. I purchase some building supplies and it took 6 separate deliveries to fulfill the order. Tough part is it took almost 6 week if not more to complete, drivers and I became great friends. They would show up to make partial deliveries over and over and over again.

Im there every other day. They seem to have improved their services by having aisle techs. Serve you better, not hiding like before.

I mean they have everything u need for your home but today i went for a couple fly traps, portable shelves and plastic clear totes. My garage needed a make over and it got a good one. Thank you home depot

The parking lot was busy but very clean and it took me no time to find a spot to park. I went in looking for a water pump and was able to locate the only two in the store. The directions on the site were perfect. Aisle 46 (dock?!?!) 25. The employees were all very helpful and friendly. Checkout was smooth. 🤗🤗🤗

It was very messy we went to buy shoes for my husband and could not find The right size the boxes were not in order in any shape or form or form which made it extremely hard to find. But you do have an amazing staff this one young lady came and asked us if we needed help which she did extremely well with a smile And she kept an eye on us to help And she kept an eye on us to help When she felt we were having problems finding shoes and because of her we bought we met 3 pairs of tennis shoes for my husband which was over a $200 sale.

This is the home away from home. Im here everyday and they always have what I need. Its clean. Fast service. Plenty of room to keep distance frome those felow shoppers

This rating is for the credit dept and not this store, they offer you credit as you walk in, I wanted to but a trailer and applied to see what I qualified for. Got an initial response for a low amount so I said thanks. Then I get an email for a amount that would of covered the trailer. I went to customer service to verify and they were surprised as well. They get on the phone with the credit dept and put me on. The 1st person was surprised and passed me to another gentleman and I say that politely. He was rude and not helpful basically saying I was scamming home depot. I still dont understand how. After 45 minutes I hung up there phone and left. I called back and cancelled the account...fyi, went to lowes and opened my account and got my trailer! Little more but well worth it!

Found what I was looking for and then some. Bought some potting soil never use this brand, like it be back for more. Was using lowes brand but wasnt to happy with it, had too many wood chips in it. As for your workers very helpful and friendly will be back

Wow!! Rude rude staff! It took forever to find help and then the staff member who finally asked if we needed help rolled her eyes and caught an attitude with us. All the employees were standing around. Looked like a bunch of kids who just work there to have a summer job and not wanting to actually help. Seriously… Avoid the skinny chick with black and green dyed hair! No customer service at all! Couldn’t even explain anything without being aggressive.The Home Depot where I’m from in Houston is way better than this one. Wish I could take the employees from that location and bring them here. I will gladly choose Lowe’s over this location because of the lack of customer service at this location.

A great home depot, great location, friendly and helpful staff, and I feel like the in store option of items is a bit more robust than other home depots that I have been too, although it seems like they also have a lot of things go out of stock, at least in the tool section.

It’s the best place to get everything you want plus it’s pet friendly.

Got there close to 7 a.m. and service was awesome, was asked if i needed help, i said yes and questioned about tool, response was great, started looking around, and then asked associate for a tool that showed in stock online but was not displayed, associate went out of his way, scanned barcode, searched for it and noticed it was still packaged, he then went off and grabbed a ladder to open box and stick them in placed. I then asked for another tool and he was able to respond quickly where it was located. My visit felt very satisfying and didnt feel like i was playing chase or hide and go seek with workers.

Home depot where the D.I.Y.ers or weekend warriors usually find what theyre looking for, especially when its a quick fix or a small project.

Please add more people in customer service for returning.......You can find all garden tools and materials in this store at the same sorting others store. I never lost in home depots store. The sorting materials are in the same fashion all stores and you can find your stuff easily.I am not sure why there is long waiting for returning all times, just theres one cashier for customers to return. I backed to store for returning something I waited almost 30 minutes in line 🥺

I recently visited Home Depot because I was shopping around for some flooring to put down on my Breezeway. A Young Man by the name of Joey asked if I needed help and after I told him what I was looking for, He Explained to me the different types of Vinyl Flooring they have in stock. After I selected the Flooring I wanted, Joey Calculated how many Boxes I needed. He Then realized that I had to wrong Basket and Quickly went and got one for me and loaded up all the Flooring. Afterwards, he asked if there was anything else I needed and I remembered that I needed some Window Blinds and after I told him which Color I wanted and the Size of my windows, He Cut them to the Appropriate Size. After Joey was done, he Told me to Have A Great Day! This is Why I Love Shopping at Home Depot! They Have Everything You Need and The Right People to Help You!!!

Can never get anyone in store or on phone to help. Phone just rings, or get put on hold, then picked up every minute and put back on hold so they dont have to listen to the beeping. Get some staffing, it is beyond obnoxious trying to do business with this store. Have spent an hour and over a half dozen calls today just trying to find out if my order is in. Still dont know.

They have so many tools I want to check out. On this trip we came for a tip head for a drimmel set. Once I get some more funds I want to get a wood burning kit and try my hand at that and a drimmel set. So I can work on some hobbies.

The customer service desk is the worst of the worst their can be. Employees don’t acknowledge customer till they are done with their own gossip and then seem to have attitude towards customers. Seemed like they just didn’t care to attend any customers at all giving short answer to any questions asked and could not help at all...employees seemed ignorant and not educated at all..people should just take their money else where..

Successful trip - able to get in & out with all we needed. Spouse was able to buy a few new power tools he has been wanting because someone was actually available and willing to help this time. The last few tools weve ended up ordering online from other retailers and having shipped to the house because we couldnt get assistance in the store.

Andrea/Adriana (the phone made it hard to hear) and Deborah, both from the appliance department, were absolutely amazing. They answered all of our questions and were very informative. Fantastic employees!

Employees r lazy on helping customers find products

All the staff has treated me and my family nice and professional. I have bought bathroom commode, cabinet door knobs, hard wood floors, plants, and Christmas trees. Oh and wood.

Got some tools I needed. Thankfully it was what I needed. A 26 peice socket set for small bolts. Metric and standard. Great buy for me.

Employees are always very helpful and go out of there way to assist you.

Horrible customer service.Im still waiting to hear back from their manager Albert, and this is because Ive gone up there in person to speak to him 3 times but he magically disappears.I rented a trencher that didnt work!After 3 hours of trying to use their trencher which was literally of no use.I loaded it up and went back to return their trencher, nice and clean.I spoke to the gentleman in the tool rental department and he assured me that I would not be charged for the rental.Well Home Depot decided to charge me for the worthless piece of equipment.Their trencher delayed my project for an entire day.I dug quicker by hand (30ft) with some shovels.The trencher couldnt even dig 13ft in 3 hours.This was a total waste.I hope that they do the right thing and credit me back the 164.32 for having a piece of equipment that didnt work, and that delayed my project for an entire day.Im a small business owner and time is money, their trencher cost me both!

My parents and I had the worst experience at the Home Depot on SPID today. I drove in from Houston to take my parents to purchase a new water heater. We found the one we wanted. I looked for help and found 3 employees looking at merchandise and asked for assistance. They said theyd call someone. I thought one of them would help. I waited and asked another person but still no help. I went to customer service and waited for help but still no help. After aproaching a 4th person, I finally requested a mgr. We finally got assistance. We get to the register and wanted to pay on the acct. The cashier could not figure out how to give change taking $68 from a $100 bill. I get out to the parking lot and although the young man helping was super helpful, he could not secure our items. Its sad that I had to make a phone call to get help and someine had to drive to Home Depot to help. My parents are elderly and would not have been able to do this alone.

Didnt seem to have many employees on the floor for assistant. But plenty of them at the front of the store. chit-chatting.

Little to no staff to answer questions. Price were high and selection poor. Did not have what we needed and suggested wrong items for a substitution (roofing for trailer skirting).

In a phone conversation with an associate he said they had none ...I went online and it said they had SEVEN ...I called back and asked for a manager ... she said oh we have eight of them on the floor (online it said seven)and I said that was great... but the DUDE that I had talked to earlier said there were none....I asked her to make sure since there was question and she assured me that they had them so I drove the 30 miles to get it and it was a done deal but they almost missed a sale because of an inept sales DUDE....Thank heaven For their website and the provided SKU number....Hobbiehubbcapp....aka....Dan Habluetzel

I was about to buy a large amt of flooring materials from this store, but they would not pick up their phone for 2 days. And when they did, i would get transferred to flooring, then wait at least 15 minutes, then get transferred back into the store general. This happened 4 times. They did call me back , with an extension number, even after i tried that, no one picks up. Bad customer service practices. The people answering were very nice though. I am going to another store. Disappointing.

Its Always a challenge going in to make a purchase and to find an employee to help locate an item or even to find an associate period. You see them walking around but when you ask for help its a different story.
