We got recommended from Lone Star Hardware in Portland to 1st Source Servall Appliance Parts and we certainly am thankful for it. When we needed specific parts to a stove, they were able to look the part up from their computer and give us the exact part we needed. They are cheaper than our usual go-to suppliers and the parts are new in the package. To make things better, there is a one time lifetime warranty on the parts we got from them. Thanks so much!

Went in for a simple Frigidaire older model door rack . Lady behind counter wouldnt even compare sizes ( had broken rack with me ) to what she had in stock . If any .. said she had to have a model #. Should of just ordered on line . All she had to do is measure the length and check her inventory list on the computer screen sitting right in front of her .I guess her rear was glued to the stool she was sitting on and she couldnt stand up and check her boxes in the back .

Dont go you will over pay its cheaper to buy online. Trying to take something back and get your money forget about it been trying for the late 2 days and nothing. Ok so you want to call one person was helping me and the other person was just standing there looking phone ring and nothing just standing there. So I guess he got tired of it ring that he put them hold. But you dont have to believe me try it and see if you have better luck than me.

Went in for thermal fuse was out in 5 minutes . Very knowledgeable. Good customer service . Dryer is up and running like new!!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible! If you need parts go direct to the manufacturer. Dont waste your time being lied to and ripped off. Costumer service was a complete joke until I got to the last guy handling my refund!!!! It took 3 months to get parts for a 3 year old gas range! Going straight to GE(after ScrewAll could seem to send the right part and then lied that they were on back order from GE), GE got me the parts in less that a week. Find your parts elsewhere Folks.

Damn, called 4 times...left on hold for 12 minutes, then 15 minutes, then 9 minutes last one 11 minutes... yea wont hear from me again... Ill stick to wonderful amazon....

Never open when they say they are. Opens at 9 , but get there and doors are closed. However they do gave great customer service

I went to buy a part about a year or so ago and to sum it up- when I read this review it was as if I was reading my own experience when I went there:Elijah JollyVery un helpful staff (the woman with the smokers voice and sounds like she gargles with rocks) is inattentive (of the 3 people there, nobody acknowledged my entry until i directly approached said female and directly questioned her).I walked in and not one of the 3 people there even acknowledged me and mind u I was the only customer there- I actually stood there in a awkward silence for a few mins till I tip toed toward the female thinking she might be the nice one of the bunch so my shock not only did her voice take me back a few step so did her rolling of her eyes becuz I bothered her in what ever the heck she was doing behind the counter and then the rudeness kicked and sarcasm with any questions I had. at the end I got my part I needed and tried once again to engage a conversation about the air fresheners with the lady by her area and she gave me this look of death as if to say what the hell do u want now look. Im posting this becuz once again I need another part and fortunately and unfortunately this place has it all sooooo im headed over there right now -lets see how it goes. wish me luck!!

Unless you order your parts online avoid this place, theyre over priced for the same parts you can get online, if its a job you dont need parts right away, order them online
