We cant thank QualCraft enough for making our 20 year dream a reality! Mike’s full service team: Dominique (interior designer), Sean & Paul (Project Managers), Aiden (Project Coordinator), Cheryl/Alice/Kalli (business office) & construction team members exceeded our expectations at every turn. Mike’s expertise in all the trades, his construction management system and most importantly his attention to detail were exceptional. The project came in on time and within our budget expectations. Without hesitation wed recommend QualCraft fo anyone looking for a quality construction company at a fair price.

We set out to build our dream home at the end of 2017 and moved in early 2020. After creating plans with our amazing architect, Dorothy Howard, we had the difficult task of choosing our Contractor. After meeting Mike from Qualfcraft and touring his previous work, we knew he would be easy to work with and make the process fun. And he did not disappoint.The amazing team at Qualcraft created our gorgeous home and every detail of the house was created from a practical and thoughtful perspective. Despite weather/pandemic delay, he kept our construction moving forward. Dominique, their interior designer, did an awesome job taking our vision and making it a reality. We love all the finishes in the house. She spent tons of time with us, looking at different options for every aspect of the house. Both Mike and Dominique had a way of making us feel like we were their only clients. They gave us their full attention and were quick to reply to all requests/questions. They also have a can do attitude about everything. Anything we dreamt of, they would always reply that, yes, we can do it. We will figure it out. We had been warned about the stresses of building a new home, however the team at Qualcraft made it as stress free as possible.Even after moving in, Mike and the Qualcraft team continue to serve us and solve minor problems as we transition into our new home.Without this awesome team our dream home would not have come to fruition.

I contacted Qualcraft months ago to deal with a small bathroom problem. At that time they were very responsive and told me they would be glad to look at it for me. I repeatedly called to confirm and never heard anything back. I called everyday and sometimes spoke to their receptionist requesting someone call me back. Over the past 2 weeks I have called everyday (sometimes twice a day) to not only the office but a cell phone; left more messages but to no avail. I finally reached the owner during their dinner time and he basically blew me off. Obviously not project was not a total remodel like they do. If my project was too small I would have appreciated months ago being told they couldnt help me. So rude. I would NOT recommend them to anyone unless you are planning to totally remodel. I am now stuck since my building prohibits any type of construction during the summer. Shame on Mike Jacobs-Bonnett on his lack of professionalism.
