Derick is the man. He stayed late after his shift trying to help me figure out my situation and he knew what he was talking about. Really good customer service.

Very helpful in getting my trade in taken care of. But then I come home to get a message from verizon saying I still owe the past due(253) when I was told and asked them to charge that to the card I was using. They said they did, but they did not. The man charged me for like 3 other things I did not buy, watch out if shopping here for extra charges and not chrging for what they are saying they are, they did not show the charges as covid, you cant get that close. Along when calling verizon they said it got refunded to the card used, it did not. People are struggling right now. And you do not have any decency for them!!!! HOW DARE YOU. Charge them for what they are asking and talking about or if not able to just say it!!!!

Dont do business with them. Helpful when getting your money but after you sign the contract just rude and complacent. I was severely overcharged on my bill and when I approached them about it I was told I dont know. Talk customer service thats what theyre for.

Exceptional service, best phone purchase experience yet. They were patient in dealing with the phone Verizon techs who certainly needed to be trained. The staff here are on it. Even after I purchased the phone, they provided support in helping me get credit for even a lower competitor price. They’ll certainly get referrals and future business from my family and friends. Thanks for being righteous!

I was very disappointed in the customer service I received at the Coronado store.The first time I went in, the lady with the long nails, said she could not help me with transferring of photos. The second time I went in, the guy on duty said he knew how to do it, and trsf one photo and said I could do the rest myself. I asked him to show me how he did it, but he just went back to playing on his own computer. Both times, I was the only one in the store. Very bad customer service.

The service at this location was extraordinary! I came in near closing to see if I could get help with a new phone. Denise was extremely kind and willing to help me even after closing time. She treated me like a valued customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my phone.I failed to ever back my last iPhone up, so the transfer took a little longer than usual. I told her I would come back the next day. When I came back, she was there and ready to help!The other employees were also terrific in making sure to keep me updated with my phone transfer.Every single one of them was polite and professional. Im referring my family and friends to this location and will now only come here!

OMG! Julio and Aaron are SOOOOOO amazing! They were such a great help! No problems! Completely honest AND they even stayed late to help me with everything! Above and beyond the call of duty made me changing phones the EASIEST thing ever! If I could travel from Annapolis to Cali just to visit this store for the hell of it! I would! Somebody give them a RAISE well deserved!

Excellent - Daniel helped with upgrade new phone for my 78 old dad. Dad needed a phone with larger screen due to poor eyesight. Daniel did a great job finding the right phone, and helped with transferring contact / pictures to new phone. Great to have a local store with great customer service

MY experience at this store was amazing! Even though Robert Gonzales was by himself he was very attentive with every customer and myself. Helpful in helping me pick a phone and answering all the questions I had. Thank you to this specific location . I am so happy with my s8 and I am happy to be with Verizon!

What do I even say... Literally the worst experience Ive ever had from a store ever. My girlfriend and I went there because my phone completely broke while we were on vacation. I explained that I wanted a Samsung again, I felt pushed to buy an iPhone that I didnt want. I asked if I could see a spec sheet so I could compare and the guy told me I can just tell you which specs you want to know you just have to ask. If I wasnt knowledgeable as I was about phone how would I even know what to ask? Really? Then they messed up resetting the pin and told me to ask the support service to just go through setting up my own plan without the pin. This Literally turned into 4 hours of my vacation time at store. While dealing with this my girlfriend decide to get a new phone as well. But they never told us that the screen protectors were $80 and that there was going to be $100 tax fee. As well as telling both of us that were can return our stuff within 14 days after purchasing to any Verizon. Which were now told thats not true at all. This whole thing was just a big scam. No one want to give straight answers. I wish I could give this a zero rating.

I am here from out of town and broke my phone. Robert helped me get a new phone and a better plan. He was patient and answered all of my (very obvious) questions without rolling his eyes. :) He and Brianna were very helpful and I wish they worked at my Verizon store in Utah!

Horrible service. Purchased a product they didnt have on shelves and they were going to get in stock the next day. Had to go back to the store 2 times and different days before the product was restocked and was promised it would be in stock the next day each time. I eventually tried to just return all the products I had bought and get my money back but was told it was nonrefundable. Will never come here again for any kind of product or service. Better off going to the electronics section at Walmart. Dudes name was Robert Gonzales. Hands down the worst customer service I have ever had dealing with my phone.

I was miss informed on the price for unlimited data, the sales clerk was not only rude to me, but was even ruder to Verizon when on the phone with the Verizon Rep. THIS IS NOT A VERIZON OWN AND RUN STORE!

Had a delightful experience at the Verizon on Coronado Island. We were fortunate enough to work with Maritza who was very patient and helpful when explaining are new purchases.

First, I want to say that it took me a while to make the decision to transfer over to Verizon from tmobile ...but after speaking with Denise she was so knowledgeable about every single product I was inquiring and helped me with all me questions and gave me the best recommendations and service possible...this was an amazing experience and I highly recommend everyone to check this particular store because of the overall experience was just fantastic...thank you Denise!!

Pretty upset at the staff at this location which ive been going to for about 10 years. Never had an issue till today.I went in 2 weeks ago to inquire about a warranty i had on a screen protector, which i was told in my case was covered, yet they didnt have any in stock. A staff member offered to have one shipped from a nearby store, would be there in a few days, and they would call when i can come by to replace my screen protector.Two weeks had passed, and i called to inquire. An audibly uninterested person answered the phone, and as i tried to explain my situation, the person and before i could finish, the rudest person i have ever encountered in customer service, would interrupt and state they didnt have the item in stock. I wouldve explained that i already understood that, yet the store had promised to have one sent from a nearby store, but i couldnt as the staff would not allow me to get a word in. I even tried to ask if i can get a word in. At this point the member just hung up on me. Unbelievable. If Verizon and this stores management doesnt research who this person was and doesnt fire them, this person might cause a violent altercation in their store from his attitude alone, aside from ruining a usually great professional store.

The staff at the store was amazing and very informative! I could not be happier with the service Denise gave transferring all my stuff for me.

Walked in for service and stood in a line for 15 minutes and NEVER had the one person (on a Saturday!) they had working even say hello to any of us waiting. Not a well be with you as soon as we can or even a hello. Another person had been there longer and hadnt been acknowledged either.Understaffed...and those who work there are obviously not trained in customer service - to the detriment of both customer and the business. Never seen such a poorly run Verizon Wireless store! I left and will patronize a real Verizon store elsewhere.

BE AWARE! Probably the worst customer experience in the US ever. Sketchy girl with a lip piercing asking for personal password, social security, phone number, and pin so she could text this information to her manager using her personal phone for help. She had a shitty attitude and was very condescending. If you dont want to jeopardize your security for service dont go there, terrible service.
