Staff are very rude and like to play the race card when there is a civil disagreement. Staff at counter swear at customers and will refuse service if they dont like you. They also do not accept military IDs as a form of identification for purchasing alcohol. The Shell station across the street is better than this store. THEY accept military IDs.

The best breakfast I have found since I have arrived here. I love trying new things and this spot caught my eye while I was out walking and decided I would stop by on my day off. Oh my goodness...the best idea I had on that day. Well today was the day I stopped by in the early morning hours. The lady making my food was super nice and patient with me. Im trying out a version of the keto diet and its working for me but difficult to stay on track on vacation. Well this young lady made it super easy. She helped me with figuring out the sausage patty situation. Soooo instead of the patty she had small round sausage bites is what I call it and I got that for my everything burrito. I dont remember the name but it had sausage bacon eggs cheese and veggies...i.added guac to it also. Remember i said keto...lol. I got it without the wrap and she was sooo helpful and sweet and didnt hesitate to make sure I was getting what I wanted. That right there is what I call OUTSTANDING customer service. I will definitely visit in the future to try one of those massive sandwiches. A perfect morning! Oh..if you are looking for some good guacamole...this is the place to go....so fresh...so good.

I won $9 on a lottery ticket I was the only customer in there and he acted like it was an inconvenience for him for me to buy more lottery tickets while hes doing inventory

We love this liqour store as everything is the best priced here for being on Coronado. Also. Try their sandwhichs. Best ever. Meatball sub is one of my favorite especially the islander way.

They will sell you a defective product and then wont return or exchange it. Go to the liquor store next to the visitors center instead.

This is the best liquor store on the island! Their selection is extensive, their deli sandwiches are tasty, and the prices are great. Honestly the best part of the whole store is their staff. I’ve lived on and off the island for years as a mil spouse, and have grown to know each of the staff members quite well. Mark and Tiffany are the best. They are so helpful, considerate, patient with difficult customers, great conversation, and overall they keep the place running smoothly ! Would highly recommend this shop over the others nearby.

Nathan and his staff always go above and beyond to make my dining and shopping experience a pleasant one, especially their tasty bacon. They even deliver to a dear friend who is shut in and at times needs items on short notice! When youre in Coronado do stop in and get your lottery ticket. I find them to be extremely lucky for me!

One of the only places in Coronado thats open late. And they have watermelon flavored sour punch straws, which I love and are surprisingly hard to find.

This is a great place if you want some sandwiches and great customer service! I was helped by Greg who made my food and Tiffini who helped me check out, a great team! I’m definitely coming back soon!

Came here once and gave the clerk my North Carolina drivers license as a form of ID. He told me it was fake, he couldnt verify my identity, and that if I ever came back he would call the police. Have heard similar stories from other people who have gone here with out of state IDs. Dont give this place your business-- there are several other liquor stores on the island that Ive used my out-of-state ID at with no issues. If they actually gave an effort to serve people with non-California IDs then Id consider going back.

Look carefully for some hard to find whiskies. while the prices are accelerated due to the type of store (small), and mostly location, the selection is most appropriate for whiskies to get your fix and needs taken care of. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful and kind.

I love Tiff, she usually works nights most days. She is very friendly. Pops jokes too. 10/10 would recommend going here for their subs as well!

This is THE spot on the Island for Sandwiches, the Hot Orange Italian with Garlic Salt is hands down their best sandwich. If youre visiting the island ask the locals, well tell you about Avenue Subs. and that isnt even mentioning there very large selection of Beer and Liquor !

Did you guys know that military dependent IDs are NOT government issued????The guy refused to accept it and was EXTREMELY rude when I told him that it was a government issued ID. I was a loyal customer not anymore, lost my business forever.

There is another deli closer to my post but I prefer coming here because this teams attention to detail when my food is being made and quality customer service keeps me coming back for more, thank you Tiff and Mark for the great service!

I always come here to get snacks and drinks after work ,and Tiffany is always super welcoming and has a nice chat with me whenever I come in. Their sandwiches are also some of the best on the island!

Most convenient liquor store in Coronado located in the center of town next to Vons. Excellent deli and a vast selection of drinks and snacks. Always open till 2am only store open late in coronado.
