Jim is the best, he is friendly, he is communicative, and he is dependable. He is also honest and upfront with his plans for a repair. My reason for visit was to replace a clutch push rod and magneto cover gasket on my Suzuki SV650. He had the bike back to me the same day the parts arrived. Thanks again!
