If you enjoy waking around a dealership not being greeted, not being asked if you need help or have a question, then this place is perfect! Customer service is key but its l good I went somewhere else.

I went in to check out a PCX for commuting. Scott was very laid back and showed me all of the features and amenities. He is very knowledgeable and really seems to love riding. He showed me some other bikes not to try and sell them to me, but because hews genuinely exited about them (especially the new Goldwing-its beautiful). He also told me he may have a different color in the back. He was very accommodating and allowed us to tear open the cardboard and check it out. It turned out to be an ADV 150 in beautiful candy apple red. My wife and I like that bike better, and we purchased it instead. They had already prepped the white PCX for me, but Scott didnt miss a beat and seemed genuinely happy we liked the other bike better. He never complained we made them prep the other bike. We picked up out ADV150 a few days later and love it. Probably the best experience buying a vehicle. No pressure, sales people who love the product, and finance folk who dont waste your time. Ill definitely buy here again, and recommend anybody to come check them out.

Long story short. I have a 13 year old Suzuki GSX1300BK (B-King) that needed a new voltage regulator / rectifier. I called these guys and they put my mind at ease because they were so professional, friendly and helpful. They got the part for me in one day! (and I got a discount on it, so it was a good deal)I asked if I could test it (using my shop manual testing procedure and my voltmeter) in their store before leaving and they agreed and said that if there was a problem, they would take care of it right then.I went there, got the part and tested it.....it was perfect and I am putting my ride back together today (the next day).Glad to know that old-fashioned values of courtesy and professionalism are still alive at Corona Motorsports!

Corona Motorsports unfortunately didnt have the right motorcycle for me but, they did have an extensive showroom with lots of bikes and the staff was honest, friendly and helpful.

Nice guys but they dont negotiate prices even on last years models no discounts apparently theyre selling like hotcakes they say, but have leftover models. Want full MSRP plus fees price is the priceI was told on two different occasion even with my pre approval in hand. Malcom Smith beat their OTD price.

Shopping for a sxs isn’t easy especially when you have to choose from a Can am, Polaris, Or a Kawasaki Teryx. I chose to go to Corona Motorsports and Brian the floor sales rep answered all my questions on the Kawasaki teryx, and the rest of the sxs on there showroom floor. I decided to go with the Teryx and Ron the finance manager made a hell of a deal for the unit. Highly recommend these guys they didn’t waste my time. In and out in less than two hours.

They have to much work not enough mechanics. Takes a month to get in if you can. HIRE MORE HELP!

These people are my dudes. I am constantly in there buying parts, talking to sales, and going to service for this or that. They ordered some gear for me and saved me from a 2 hour headache with an online retailer, and get this, the price was better. They are quick to get parts, super chill to talk to, and very willing to help. Do yourself a solid and come here.

I know very little about motorcycles and just came to get gear for the safety course. Staff was super friendly and open. They answered all of my questions with smiles on their faces and never made me feel bad about being so naive about riding. I will definitely come back in the future when Im looking for more gear.

The Sales department is awesome, specially Brian. This guy knows his bikes. Hes probably forgot more that what most folks know. Their pricing is competitive [I shopped around] but Brian made me feel good that I was buying the right bike.

Just walked around their showroom over 30 minutes. Walked by the group of sales men at least 6 times, did not even acknowledge me. Pretty sure they had me profiled based on my appearance. Ill take my business to Malcolm Smith Motorsports. I am in the market for a Cam-Am X3 max, not from here abviously.

Fred always knows what I am looking for when I walk into the showroom! He tries to get me the best deals. He actually let me see them taking my brand new bike out of the crate! I just stopped in to check out helmet and tire prices and pick up some oil, filter, and brake pads for my good ol enduro. The service guy was very helpful and personable and explained various options on everything I was looking for. I will definitely be back for any supplies I need in the future. Glad youre so close.

Craziest thing, I walked in the front door, looked at two different dirt bikes, a quad for my daughter and son, checked out the razors and left. Not a single person came over to me. Went to Berts and bought 2 quads and a razor. You might want to get on your staff about standing around talking in the corner instead of helping a potential large sale.

Brought my bike there for a simple fix, they charged me $123 bucks for a 3 dollar part and 20 minutes worth of work.... no offer to lower price or explain anything they did....

Last year I purchased a can am XRS. Ron and his staff at Corona motorsports couldn’t be more professional in providing great service and a relaxed atmosphere. after owning it several months the car had a few warranty problems. Ron and his staff were quick to fix the problems and get me on my way.

Overall I would say I was treated well. I have bought 10 motorcycles and have had both great and bad experiences. I got a fair price with out any games etc. I had a minor warranty issue that they fixed without a problem. Good customer service.
