Part way thru a BBQ island purchase but the service was good and drawings were sent over quickly

We ordered 3 custom tables. 1) one table they measured wrong and didn’t fit, 2) there was an insert over one of the fire pit tables that they did not finish because they ran out of stone 3) they did not give us enough glass rock to cover our fire pits. These guys do not stand behind their work and I would recommend going with someone more reputable.

I recommend you do not purchase from this company. The customer service, Juana, in particular is absolutely horrible. We were initially told by our sales person, Brad, when he was at our home that we would not need a crane we had enough clearance. But when they delivered it, we had to have a crane as it was to big and guess what, we had to pay for it. But guess what they had the dimensions from the start. The island was scratched when the crane lifted it up but now they are not stepping up to repair it, thank goodness we have video of the incident. Warranty information on the products was not provided for the side burner and ice chest. Juana told me it was in the boxes but she may not realize her guys took the boxes with them. Then to top it off the side burner does not work and I get to play tech with the manufacturer. Overall, this has turned into a bad experience on a product I would like to be out enjoying and not on the phone with Corona BBQs manager Juanawho has no customer service skills. Take my word for it and spend your money with another company because if you spend over $10,000 on a product you expect the company to make it right.

We recently had a home with a custom bbq island built into the home. When the BBQ stopped working, we needed assistance in finding a custom BBQ that would fit into the pre-existing Island. Corona BBQ was nice enough to mobilize and go out to the site and measure the BBQ depth and width, and let us know what we would need to complete the job. It was very helpful.
