Typical Target but what a hot mess! Went to the restroom and it was filthy with toilet paper and female toiletries on the floor. There was even a worker who had used the restroom and did absolutely nothing. Walked into a stall and there was blood on the floor. Yes, blame people who come in but that is absolutely horrible to have. As you walk around Target, there was trash here and there on the floor once again being passed by workers. Must have been an off day for being cleaned.

Absolutely disgusted at the level of response to people with disabilities. Hung up on three times, rude girl at the service desk, on hold for 20 minutes combined on the 3 calls. Each time hung up on. What in heavens earth is causing this lack of attention to a person with a severe disability??

Super easy to use app for quick trips. I have arthritis and getting in/out of the car to shop is extremely painful. This service allows me the independence of getting items I need quickly and efficiently! I so appreciate the service!

I love the openness of the store. Always very clean and always very organized and welcoming. The staff makes a huge difference too. You definitely feel that you are in a higher-end store when coming to Target vs Walmart.

I dont shop at Target much, but when I do go it is ALWAYS clean and fresh. Stay away from the Target in Norco, dirty, disgusting and always out of certain items.

Wow...excellent customer service from Nick at the front desk/order pickup counter. We had travelled from Temecula for some Starbucks Nespresso pods as all other Targets were out of stock. When we got there, our online order had not been fulfilled yet. That did not stop Nick...he tracked our product down as it was out of stock on the shelf. Phenomenal customer service by Nick and a great representation of your Target brand. It is not common this days to get this level of great service!!!

Some Target items are cheap, but they work very well.. Me, being a teenager I dont have a lot of money.. neither do most of my friends, so I would recommend going to target to my friends 100 percent! GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES A RAISE! you dont know how hard they work

Customer service, cleanliness and organization of store

Experience was terrible. Well it was pretty good until I got up to checkout at register 5. While I was trying to explain to the cashier that the machine literally could not hold my card, she blatantly ignored me and played on her Apple Watch instead. I’m a department manager at a retail store in Texas so I understand the annoyance you can feel through the day but I would NEVER treat someone like that. I guess hospitality is just something you experience in any state but California.

The employees were pleasant and super helpful, from the youg man cleaning the carts, the youg lady stocking near the infant dept, the ones stocking near shampoo to the wonderful cashier! GREAT TEAM! My favorite Target!

I absolutely love the mens area from the beard care to the cremo body wash and the mens under garment is awsome. And any kitchen utensils from pots and pans to your daily coffee cup there is a big variety that will tackle any dinner situation. Also purchased my bedding and its so comfy and durable I love the turn out, and this is for any target I go shopping to!🤙🏻

I personally love this target as the Atmosphere the employees have with each other is very uplifting and settling in these hard times. I was personally helped by a cashier named Natalie and she was very sweet and helped me with all my items. She was a real ray of sunshine in the dark times of corona and was very polite( since speaking and articulating words is harder with masks) in trying to understand what I was saying. I wish all target’s employees could take a note from Nat.

Customer service and shopping environment

Dirty bathroom and the entire store is super messy. Unorganized, trash and clothes on the floor. I had a really bad experience shopping at this location.

During this pandemic, I have grown to appreciate the Drive-Up Service at Target. Easy to use their website/App, service is fast and convenient. But there are quite a few items they show out of stock for pick up and/or delivery. Wishing their friendly staff nothing but the best, to stay safe and sane =)

Okay, this usually does not happen in Target very surprised. Well, I stoped here last week after leaving Ross (which is almost next door). When I arrived I went to the ladles room first, and OMG this was the most dirtiest restroom ever. Im not going to describe what I saw, but it was not what I would expect from Target. Maybe a gas station, but not Target. In fact there are gas stations that looked better than this was looking. I was very surprised cause Target holds themselves to a higher standard than that. With all that is going on this was scary. Lastly, Im sure this may have been a bad day, and I hope this will not be often.

I like this store is clean and bright everything is in their place, my husband is in a wheelchair and is not crashing with boxes in the middle of the aile. We are happy so far. Ohh and always friendly employees, thank you. My only little complaint is all time shopping carts are in the parking lot.. need to move in the store more often special From the handicap parking.

Went looking for a particular item. Asked for help in the toy department was directed to correct isle. Went to marked down area of girl clothing, worker scanned an item to check price for me she was polite and apologetic for full priced item placed in discounted area. self Check out was fast and efficient worker was polite and offered to help. Went to food shop, worker was very nice and checked out quickly. Over all a clean well run store. Very satisfied😊

Lately Ive noticed that shelves remain empty for days. Especially in the toy department and food department and no one knows why when asked. Ive been going to the Anaheim Hills Target because they are fully stocked and have many more choices in all departments. The Corona Crossings Target is definitely lacking in their inventory.

I love target but this target in particular seems to frequently be out of products, baby and produce specifically; or poorly cleaned, the bathrooms and shoe department in particular. I love the clothes, quality clothes in plus sizes. Most places you go are fashionable with poor quality or high prices ,high quality, but end up looking like a giant toddler. Target makes me feel beautiful and sexy with quality clothing at affordable prices.

The customer service at this store is really bad. First of all none of them can hear/understand what your questions are. None of them knew the product information : The easy answer was we don’t carry that product. I had to go on line and get the isle number so that they could locate the item. FYI it was Keebler Pie Crust. I’m truly surprised because Target has good standards.

Id have to describe this place as the single worst Target I have ever been to. Every department is lacking in inventory, and what little inventory they do have is scattered randomly across the sections in which they belong.The workers actively avoid eye contact, and seem to be some of the most apathetic individuals you could ever hire. Many of them look lost, rather than performing an actual duty. I could, perhaps, ignore all this if the cashiers werent slower than molasses.

Someone cleans carts , overhead talks about social distancing. Employees are helpful when I have questions.

Missing items unable to replace via the app or get assistance at the store

A target employee came up to me while I was in the pick-up line, got my name, went to get my item and brought it to me. The whole process was so seamless and quick. I prefer target pick up over delivery, honestly!

This Target is my familys go-to store being that we live in the Dos Lagos community. The guest service is always great and I particularly love that the shelves always look neat, things are easy to find and they take pride in the aesthetics of the store. Line/queue management for checkout is the main focus of opportunity. Many times where they will open a new line but not manage the existing queues into the new line to reduce stacking. Its not horrible, but it needs work.

Having all of my Christmas shopping done on-line and ready for my husband to simply pick up at the store was fantastic! If I had sent my husband to the store to find these items it would have been a disaster. Getting things shipped to the house is risky because of people stealing packages off the porch. This was an excellent way to get everything we needed with the least amount of stress possible.

Customer service was awesome and I recommend this Target Location in Lake Elsinore, CA as your regular place to shop.

Every time I go, I want to use the self checkout. I have my RedCard loaded into my wallet in my app on my phone. I use it...it sometimes works right but about half the time it doesnt and they send me over customer service to wait in line with a printed receipt with a bar code on it and they sometimes they give me cash to cover my 5% redcard discount. Silly. Whats the purpose? I am slowly and deliberately tapering my Target shopping off to other retailers.

The grocery department looks like the Miami store just before a hurricane. A friend thought they were clearing out to close. This isn’t some recent experience. It’s shabby all the time. I was informed by an employee they get a truck daily, but don’t have enough people to keep merchandise shelved. Every other department is generally acceptable. If you want to SELL IT YOU HAVE TO SHOW IT ! Come on y’all act like you care.

Love the deals and cartwheel but this store is always out of certain products. Many empty shelves. Empty refrigerators. :(

This store seems determined to force Corporate to shut them down. Empty shelf after empty shelf..it looks like the apocalypse in there some days. Ive never seen any Target be missing so many items from so many different areas of a store. It is not uncommon to see the same product missing for weeks at a time.

Large variety of items and plenty of employees walking around, most who are willing to help. Lately the shelves are not stocked, messy, and unorganized. I prefer ordering online and picking up in-store to avoid the lines.
