I wish they were more helpful in the store, but they only are when they are about to close and want to hurry you out! I get it, you want to go home, but y’all close early and I just got off work and have a birthday party coming up. Rushing me out has cost you my business! Sorry! They were nice, no complaints, just wanted to get some stuff.

Last week Tuesday, I came to buy balloons for my daughters birthday, spent about $100, was so impressed with the service that I came back to get balloons today for another daughter’s birthday and unlike the girl last week, I got someone who wasn’t as helpful.One of the balloons I wanted was not part of the $25.00 deal, so I asked if still buy it, the lady had to ask another colleague as if I was asking for a discount, in which she said ok, by then I was just annoyed.No balloons and paid 45.00 for colored plates I could of got at the dollar tree.First mistake Party City was you assumed your customer couldn’t afford it.Not coming back, disappointed.

There were three employees blowing up balloons, only one on the register, and 5 people in line. They definitely need better organization.

We went here just to look at costumes and we were met by a very nice young lady in the costume area who helped my son pick a costume.

If you want anything for a party or dress up costumes and candies of all kinds, Party City is your main shopping store.

Kinda of busy but what can you expect during Halloween!! But lines were easy and my online order was ready for pick up!

Selection of party items are good. Party candies are available. Prices are comparable. Great selection of mylar balloons in various designs & sizes. There are options of purchasing unique weights for your balloons, unique balloon streamers or adding Hi-Float to balloons to extend the length of life of latex style. Party City carries seasonal items and the best Halloween costumes with makeshift fitting rooms available at that time. The employees are helpful, the store is clean and very well organized. The parking lot is convenient.

Went to this party city store to buy my baby first Birthday party decorations I spent some time looking for all the stuffs and some good money too; when you have a question they dont really help you out, they were just two girls at the store, they have really bad service, when I was ready to pay they asked me to pay for a (cheap plastic ball) item I didnt want it to buy because they said my 11 months baby was playing with it, and I asked to talk with a manager she says was the manager and with a bad actitud throw the ball to the trash and says was a lost for her store :S I dont recommend to anyone this party city location, Ive been on other locations with a really positive shopping experience!!!

We shopped for my daughters birthday party. There was no one at the register when we walked in, and it was tough to get help. Items were expensive but we eventually found what we needed. Glad to have the items, but Ill try Target first next time.

It is a great place to get items for very specialized party needs. Kids can get a hearts content treat with candy with just a dollar. Party dresses can be expensive but will not see in target or Wal-Mart store.

It is AMAZING THEY HAVE GREAT STUFF

I was very disappointed in the appearance of this store, boxes left all over the store, ladders left on sales floor, so many hazards on the sales floor, aisles that looked as if stock was just thrown on pegs. I sadly worked at this store when first opened, we would have never left a mess like what i saw in the store, too many projects started and none finished. Some of the customers in the store commenting on the messy appearance, pinatas that looked faded, no up to date cartoon party themes. Very sad assortment of holiday, and every aisle was a mess. When you see and hear customers talk like this it must be bad, but watching customer leave and not buy anything says it all.

Really big store thats kept very clean. There were several employees working and nobody else in the store besides me. Only two employees bothered to greet me. The girl that took my order was friendly.Id go out of my way to visit other party supply stores before going back.

Totally over priced. I came here to find things for my baby shower. Their selection was terrible for actual baby shower items. They were sold out of alot ot things and when asked about restocking they had no clue when they would be getting shipments. Filling balloons is a joke. There is no reason it should cost almost $2 per balloon.

Worst customer Service. Employees so RUDE and attitude. Better if you go Party City located in Eastvale.

I ordered several balloons with the additional cost for the hi-float. However, when they were filling the balloons they did not do anything special with them. It was only until after I asked how the extra cost one was different that they started to put something in the balloons. The staff did not apologize at all to me and did not even think to get rid of the balloons that they messed up. Instead they just gave me the bad balloons and sent me off like they did nothing wrong.

They always have what you need but, a little over priced. Its nice finding it all in one place though.

This place had nothing we were told they had when we called before we went to the store. We ended up back in Riverside at Allens party supply whom had everything we needed for our firefighter themed party for my son.

A little unorganized, but its what you expect. Great for any little last minute needs.

No one seems to care about their jobs or customer service. It was like pulling teeth to get any type of information and, they were not very helpful. No smiles, no cheesiness, no welcome to Party City. It was like night of the living dead. If I did not really need the products. I would ja e went elsewhere. What a horrible experience. I only gave it a 2 because they had what I needed but, I practically had to find it myself and In the color i needed. Horrible customer service.
