Be careful with this company that offers the best quality of laminated floor and the best financing options. The photos that they have on their website would make you think that your house would turn out beautifully. I went to LA Carpet in Corona with Ray and Ana. At first they were very attentive. Ray came to our house and took The measurement with the floor that we chose because according to Ana it was “the best on the market” I asked them for a floor that is 100% waterproof, scratch proof, and stain proof. That day I asked Ray if we could install the flooring next to the chimney and he said yes we could with 100% confidence. He should know since he has years of experience and is the regional manager. My husband signed without knowing the literal nightmare we were about to go through. Since the first day they installed the floor we noticed the terrible quality, chips in the paint and cracks in the laminate. Even when they installed it they left gaps between the panels. When they came to install the floor by the chimney the installers told me that they could not install it next to the chimney because it was against the law and they would need to put ceramic instead. There sellers were so interested in selling their product that they didn’t care about the possibility of causing a fire by lighting the laminate on fire. Ever since then it has been one incident after another. From choosing the tile that would be placed by the chimney, to the floor that they already installed chipping and breaking, to them not coming back to continue the installation for two months. Hey still have not come back to install the rest of it. I have had 2 months of sending them proof that their floor is terrible quality, but all they care about is that we pay for their defective flooring. Their website says that they have a “satisfaction guarantee” which is a bunch of lies. They are even took pictures of my house without permission and sent us a letter threatening to sue if we did not fulfill the contract. Even when they came back to install the floor the installers would not continue the installation because we had not moved out furniture something that they said they would do as was specified in the contract. I don’t want anyone else to go through what I am going through and I’m sure some people have had positive experiences with LA carpet, but I’m sure I’m not the only one that has had a bad one. If you still go to La carpet to get work done. Make sure you read the contract and ask them for a cost breakdown before you sign with them because if you ask them for one after you do it will be next to impossible to get one from them.

We had a partial kitchen remodel in December. they said it would be done in a week and their prices were fair too! I was skeptical about that time frame but wow...they delivered just as they said and finished (except the backsplash) in 6 days!!! They did a GREAT job! I would definitely hire them again for more jobs! Juan does very good work and is a very nice man and so is his crew! Anna and Ray are very patient and helped me pick out materials as well as answer all my questions. So happy with how it turned out!

LA carpet did our whole house flooring about a month ago. Ana and Ray were wonderful in helping us with ideas and picking out samples. Ray brought samples for us to choose from and the process from choosing the flooring to the estimate and setting the date was very quick and hassle free. The installer was amazing. Tile needed to be taken out and he did a wonderful job of sealing the area and covering all the furniture and cabinets before demolition of tiles. The flooring looks amazing. Thank you Ana and Ray and LA carpet for the wonderful job 👍🏽

This company is horrible. Don’t fall for Rays lies. I paid 16k for a kitchen remodel and it was a horrible experience, the material of the cabinets is cheap as well. Keep that in mind ! You’re better off paying for real custom cabinets someplace else. They didn’t even leave my kitchen up to code like I was promised and I’m still waiting over a month for the guy to come back to fix that. He won’t fix his mistakes. Beware of this company !!! By the way a professional company doesn’t bring kids to a job. Don’t go through them only cause of the no interest for 5 years. It’s not worth it !!!

They have a good variety of different materials and product, and excellent Store Managers. Anna helped me a lot regarding choosing the right material and she offered me great pricing as well.

Working with Ana and Ray was wonderful. I have to say Mr. Sanchez and Marcos did amazing work with our two showers. The work was done to perfection! Juan did our plumbing and a few extras to give our two new bathroom the custom look.Thank you everyone! I highly recommend LA Carpet In Corona.

Paid $20,000 for Mohawk flooring throughout my whole house. Yes, the scratch proof, waterproof floors, just as what I was told...theres a defective plank and a visible gap between the planks in my master. I call Ana, she forwards us to the claims dept, we call the claims dept, they take forever to get back to us. Finally after a week, they set a date for Sept 13th which is a waiting period of 3 weeks from the time we set it to inspect...we wait patiently and no one shows up as scheduled. I text Ana and no reply. Now, Im livid. Im going to make sure I report them to the BBB and contact my attorney just as I did for the landlord who tried to take advantage of us before we purchased this house. I will be as patient as possible however I dont play when it comes to my money.One star because the sales pitch was fabulous, the installers were nice, but the customer service is shallow. Dont do it.

I purchased $16K worth of flooring almost a year ago making sure that I had explained the need for Bullet-proof flooring as we have kids, pets and a pool. I was so concerned that we made sure we purchased the correct flooring that prior to purchasing the flooring I had the sale representative from LA Carpet come to my house to make sure it was the correct one for us. About 6months into it we started noticing bubbles and water damage. This took place with as little as an ice cube on it !. (not like we flooded the house or even spilled a glass of water.) It took several calls to both the store and customer service to get anyone to come out and take a look at it. Once the company sent someone to come out and look at it they said they would contact us and while we waited for over a month, I finally contacted them and they said it was water damage and not covered. I explained the situation and explained that their representative sold it to me as indestructible. The customer service representative on the phone said she would look into it and get back to me in the next couple days. (that was three months ago !) I contacted the store in Corona directly and explained the situation and they stated that they were sorry but the sales representative sold me the wrong product and that he no longer works there. They told me they would look into it but there was nothing they could do. I warn everyone to stay away form LA CARPET.. as the customer care is terrible and they just want the quick buck......

LA Carpet just finished putting in porcelain wood look tile, and quartz counters in my home. Anna and Ray make the process so stress free. Annas knowledge of their products helps you with your selection in their store, and Ray keeps on top of the project for you as the workman complete it. Hes always a phone call away with any questions or concerns.The work that was done is beautiful. The tilers were on time, cleaned up after each day of work, were polite, and did a beautiful job on the flooring. Christian (Chris) did the quartz counters. What a craftsman!! They are gorgeous. He made a couple of suggestions we had not considered, and made the counters and island even better than what we had anticipated. He was on time, professional, and cleaned up after the job.I cant say enough about how glad we are that we made these home improvements with LA Carpet in Corona. The price was competitive (I had 3 different quotes completed), and the quality of the job was awesome. So check them out and tell them Sue sent you, lol!!

LA CARPET JUST REPLACED OUR CARPETED STAIRCASE WITH HARDWOOD AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY TOOK AWAY THE OLD CARPET N CLEANED UP PRETTY WELL WHEN JOB DONE. THE WORKERS WERE REALLY NICE TOO. VERY SATISFIED. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. IN FACT, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL LA CARPET AGAIN WHEN ITS TIME TO REPLACE THE ENTIRE WOODFLOOR IN MY HOUSE. OH, THEY OFFER FINANCING FOR EVEN SMALL PROJECT LIKE MY STAIRCASE, WHICH IS A PLUS :)

The workers was very good and they work continuously non stop. They was very courteous and polite and did an excellent job putting down the laminate flooring, leaving no cratches. They also constantly swept up their footprint when they walked across the floor. When the work was done they clean up everything and haul away the old carpet. I would definitely recommend la carpet.

I had LA Carpet install laminate flooring in my house, the gentleman name Alberto and Jose did a wonderful job the work was done in one day and they were very professional. Ray was a gentleman I worked with and he went out of his way to get all my questions answered I would definitely use them again

Dont go to this place for carpet if you want to get lied to. We bought our carpet here 2 years ago, we were looking for a carpet that had a pet urine warranty. We were told it was and it was not a cheap carpet. So we went ahead and purchased this carpet. two years later we went in for warranty because our dog peed on it we cleaned it several times and it kept coming back. So we went in and filed a claim. We waited 2 months for them to tell us it wasnt covered. I will never do business with LA carpet again and will never buy a Shaw product again. Becareful when buying and always get it in writing.

These guys did a great job throughout. They ordered the specific carpet and tile we wanted. Both the tile and carpet guys did a fantastic job. Especially the tile guys- job came out excellent. Very positive experience, and the price was on target too.

Ray is truly great to work with, he’s always goes above and beyond treating you like you’re family and paying attention to every detail. This is our second time working with LA carpet aged they never cease to amaze us at their level of customer service and professionalism. They have excellent public relations skills. If you call Ray about your job, he always answer or will return your call. He and Anna are very polite, respectful and accommodating with prices . I have gone to many flooring businesses and appointments were not met, punctuality a problem, estimates werent emailed, prices changed from original estimate prices even though I had the original estimate prices in hand, calls not returned, rudeness, and the list continues. You Will Not find this with them. May I suggest, if you have flooring needs, give them a try. You Will Not be disappointed.

The installation took longer than expected. The installer took the liberty to take days off and leave without connecting the oven or stove....I wouldnt use L.A. Carpet again nor refer them. Prices high and installer that just seem to come when he wanted. Each day he arrived at 11 left at 4....

Worst experience ever. I did my kitchen and was considering flooring and bathrooms. Well I will NEVER use LACarpet again. My kitchen is horrible, the work done was sloppy scraches all over cabinets, drawers off track, cannot move shelves, they broke my wall and floor board. Trying to get them to fux it must take an act of god it has been over a month with no resolution. This is unacceptable, unprofessional and no way to run a business. So disappointed!!!
