The parking lot is huge since it shares with the nearby stores. we came here and had a few questions where a few different genres of books were at this location and some other items were located. they told us exactly where everything was. the store was pretty clean and the books werent messy or thrown around. i hope to return and make another purchase soon.

I love Barnes & Noble,They have the best books. The employees are helpful. They could give you the online price as well all you have to do is ask them when you buy it.

Barnes and Noble is a wonderful store you can FREELY browse books and other accessories like book marks, magazines, records, CDs, toys, etc. I enjoy shopping then treating myself to a Starbucks drink. The staff is always helpful and will take the time to help locate a book or item. B&N offers rewards perks if you are an avid reader, student just likes to shop a lot.

Love this store. So many neat things and books of course making learning fun. Nice and clean, quiet. Has Starbucks and clean restrooms.

I love barnes and noble. They always have any book you need, plus some. Its a great place to go to when you need to research something, or if u just need to do a lil work and have some coffee.

Great place to walk around check out the latest books and find what you looking for. Great for kids to look for fun books and explore. Only draw back is book prices are high, but they do offer nice discounts.

Nice store, friendly staff, good coffee at the cafe area. The bathroom is a mess and looks like it never gets cleaned or maintained. Wallpaper is peeling and the toilets were dirty, tp left loose for everyone to dirty while using. Gross to say the least, buy here but dont use the bathroom.

Went to purchase some books and at the checkout, I was told they charge 10 cents for bags. When I asked why, I was told that since they exceed a certain number of employees, their Lawyers have told them to charge for bags. Pretty sure this not how it works. Next time, I will shop online.

I have been there four times in little over a week and have not been greeted by one smile from their staff. They look at me weird as if I shouldn’t be in there store. Customer service in the toilet. I must have spent close to $200 total in books to them just this week. If it wasn’t for my passion for books, and the convenience of the location, at the fact that I love the Barnes and Noble image in and of itself, I would not shop there. Very cold reception.

I love brick and mortar book stores! I dont know how long theyll last but help me delay it. We came looking for a biography for my 7th graders book report. Two friendly and knowledgeable staff helped us look for and find a great book about one of our gold medal-winning Olympic gymnasts. Success!

💕Barnes & Noble. Let me tell you Ive been coming here since my daughter was in elementary and now shes about to graduate from college! Long story short, the kids reading area is brilliant. My daughter used to read out loud and being in a kid friendly environment like that was great for her. Additionally the programs at that time were great (not sure what they offering now). I also like to come and just browse and sip.

I experienced a no hassle exchange at the register this afternoon. I noticed a discrepancy with my purchase and brought it back for an even exchange. I selected something off the clearance table and wasnt sure if they would honor an exchange. The young lady was very sweet and very understanding.I have to say that the management are doing a fine job selecting the right people to represent B&N. They make every visit a pleasant experience.

Barnes and Noble has a little bit of everything! I often come here to buy gifts; beautiful cards; grab a coffee or tea; check out games and puzzles; and, buy books of course! The staff is always helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Bored? Go to B&N and hang out! There is so much to look at. And, they stay open until 10PM!

This is a great study location except for one thing, no electrical outlets. In this day and age laptops are needed for most college courses. Other than that, the staff is friendly and helpful and the building looks great. Lots of good stuff to read as well which is sort of expected ;-)

I am a book addict, and could spend HOURS here.I showed up looking for an odd item- origami kit and/or paper, and they had a great kit and another thick book of origami paper for a decent price, hurray!The prices however, remain ridiculously high for most items and ESPECIALLY for Starbucks- even with the discount card I bought I am usually (and sadly) forced to window-shop rather than purchase items here.

Never have any trouble when we come here. We needed to get my daughter and her friend a book that was needed for school and they always have a supply of what we need! I have never been told that they are out of a book that has been requierd for school. Also one of the best book stores around! My oldest loves coming here and just randomly picking out a new book to read.

I love this place! It’s always clean and organized, friendly service, and they are always helpful! The environment is quiet and overall great to shop in or just sit in the cafe and get some work done.

They were severely understaffed when I went. I understand this may be due to COVID-19 but I think its unfair for there to only be one employee on duty for a whole store.

Clean, quiet, excellent selection of books in the bargain sections throughout the store. I love being able to use my educator discount to get 20% off. The Starbucks inside also had a better selection of bakery items than what I often see in in the regular cafes.

It was my first time coming to a barnes & noble and i can say Im very pleased with the staff and the place. Its exactly like a library very calm place to go and read a book without dealing with noises or if you wanna study or do homework in peace. I bought two books that a employee recommended and Im hooked. Ill definitely be going back to buy some more very soon.

The new store layout especially where they have fantasy and science fiction its not convenient to use. Rather than having it together and following a through z alphabetized they break it up into sections which causes you to go to different areas to find what youre looking for very inconvenient

The store is fairly big. The staff was very nice and helpful. I asked someone where I could find a section and they gave me very good directions. When I was near that section, another staff member came up to me and asked if I was the person who asked about the section. She then proceeded to walk me to the specific section I was looking for.

I still love a bookstore like Barnes & Noble even with the emergence of ebooks/Amazon.Highly recommend taking your kids to bookstores.Im thinking about knocking 1 star from Barnes & Noble just because I dont like that they place a bunch of toys in the kids books section at a 3yr olds eye level. I get it, yall want to sell things, but Im taking my child to the kids book section to LOOK AT BOOKS not get distracted with toys placed at their eye level. Take this feedback with a grain of salt though, I get why its done, perhaps just consider another strategy.Highly recommend Barnes & Noble

Quiet, clean and oh REAL BOOKs! Ive not been into a book store in so long I had forgotten what its like to shop for these things. It brings back such great memories. Yeah I do like my Amazon shopping but I must say, go out go get a real book.

My family loves it here. Even though we were here at closing time, we never felt rushed. The employees were super nice. The selection of books here is fantastic too.

Lady working the coffee bar was kind of rude, ended up talking to the customer behind us in line the whole time instead of us the current customers... the rest of the store was ok nothing above average so far

Help was no where to be found. Was shopping in the dvd area decided to pick something up wait by the register because thats where you buy stuff and nobody ever showed up! Had to walk to the front setting g off the alarms and nobody could care less.... nice

They spider wrapped the Lego set I bought as a gift so tightly that deep grooves had appeared on all 4 sides. It was the last one in stock. I feel as though I should have received a discount, since they did ruin the presentation of my gift.

Mother In Law invited us to Riverside and this store was there so we took the initiative to go here. And it was pretty darn big. Bigger than previous locations Ive been to.Check it out if you are a book lover.

I like Barnes & Noble because they got good CDs to buy like Christopher cross and others and i know you will like them to.

Nice store. Helpful staff and never too busy, but not vacant. They seem to have the same sales as other stores but it has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. I can see myself sampling books in one of their couch areas next time.

Good selection of books, I wish they had more books in there mystical/supernatural metaphysical philosophy selection though. Also it gets kind of loud and they dont have enough seats. The books are also kind of expensive.

Ive been coming here since the store opened. Its been a favorite and they doing pressure you to order drinks to sit in the cafe. The baristas are always friendly and the book sellers
