Nice and quiet for a Friday night. Staff was super friendly. Looks like theyre still transitioning seasons so not all shelves were filled but lots of great new stuff out. Great location.

Found what I wanted on their website first, just to make sure they carried it first. Unfortunately, even though they supposedly had 3 of the items I needed in their stock, they could not locate anything for me. The store seems old, kinda dimly lit, and in definite disarray... especially their clearance, oh lordy-lordy, lol...the employees were all pleasant enough though, helpful even - or at least as much as their environment allows them to be.
CURBSIDE pick up is the BEST! Order online, select curbside, then download the fly-by app (they will show you how on the Joanns website). You let them know when your on your way and the fly-by app do the rest! As I was pulling in the curbside spot right in front of the store, the team member was already coming outside with my purchase, no waiting time whatsoever - they were able to track my position on the app, so youll have to allow that (if you have an issue with that I suggest you only instead the ask for that purchase and then uninstall it again). Lightning fast & efficient!

I found some fabric on clearance that was a great deal. I was shopping at 7:30 p.m. There were less than 5 customers in the store. Easy to shop and find what I was looking for. Dont forget to bring your coupons.
No help at all under staffed they dont know where anything is, and high prices Hobby lobby is a much better place

I was impressed with this location. The store was very big, well stocked, and there was a lot of clearance sections around the store. The workers were very friendly and the cashier was knowledgeable regarding the coupons and discounts offered.
Excellent place to buy fabric, employees were helpful and perfect place for the homemaker.
Items were on the wrong spot making them appear at a lower piece when in fact they were full price. (Misplacement did not appear to be done by customer) cashier took too long with a rude customer 2 ppl walked out due to lengthy transaction.
Ordered my items online and everything was ready for pick up before the store even opened.

Friendly, helpful staff. I hate to make their jobs harder however - This store looks unkempt, dingy and disorganized in some spots. Handmade signs from staff everywhere. Some of the merchandise is beat up. Overall unprofessional and unclean appearance of the store. Not a big deal though as thats easily fixed.Good sales, good selection of items.To be honest if there were another Joannes in the area that didnt have these issues I would shop there instead.
Lines long. Only 1 cashier. The signage on blanket kits was very decieving!! The price said 2 Kits for $10. It gave the size but not anything else except for when the sale ended. There were different colors etc. When I went to pay, each kit was $12.50!! I said I saw a sign that said 2/10. I was told that those were for some others that were on the same shelves as others that are 2/10. I felt ripped off but I had already had my kits up there, so I paid but I will never shop there again.

After looking online, downloading app and then going in, I was disappointed. They have an online only coupon, yet you could use it for pick up. I went it to see the items in person and scan anything I maybe didn’t find having to search online. Store prices are significantly higher than website/app prices, turned me away from purchasing.
Curbside pickup here went well. You can actually do it online via your confirmation email, unlike other locations where I had to call in, wait forever for the voice recording to end and then wait for someone to answer. The employee was outside as soon as I hit the Im here button and polite. Much better experience than I have had at other locations, I will be coming back here to pick up future purchases.

Its been awhile since Ive been in a Joanns. They do NOT have their fabrics in circle rounds displayed beautifully on the floor. The selection was limited due to the virus. The only workers on the floor were men and I didnt feel I could ask for help on my project. But I did ask and they did try to help me.

She was so patient and friendly, helped me get the exact cut and style of fabrics I needed. I had no clue what a brocade was or a tulle and she very patiently helped me get what I needed for my grandmothers surprise birthday party!Sally even went above and beyond to call another Joann store to help me get the remaining fabric item that I needed.

Oh my, didnt realize how much I liked crafts until I had two girls. Lived near this location but only shopped a few times. Huge selection of flowers and about everything the had. Tons of kits and things to make your own items too like blankets and brackets etc. Kinda pricey however, I got a 50% off coupon at the bottom of my first receipt for my entire next purchase. Girl at the counter was very friendly and helpful.

Lots of good stuff but somehow always barely staffed. Many of the items are pricey without 40-50% off coupons, but sometimes this is the most convenient place to find arts and craft supplies.
Sometimes a man needs to make things out of something other than wood, steel or concrete. Since Home Depot doesnt carry canvas and nylon fabric I turn to this place. I may or may not have been guilty of buying quilting supplies as well. Love me some remnant bin deals.

Went to the store for some holiday decor. Their website stated they had 9 of a wreath I was interested in purchasing. When I arrived I couldnt find it so I asked one of the girls if she could point me in the right direction. She literally rolled her eyes at me and told me oh lord. At first I thought she was joking but she went on to complain that she had to go all the way upstairs so itll take her a few minutes. I told her to take her time it was no rush. A few minutes later she came back with two small boxes and asked me how many I wanted and I said just the one. With a huff she yelled at me in front of other customers and said are you kidding me?? and shoved the wreath in my hands. Ive honestly never felt so embarrassed in my life. If they werent the only store in town that carried it I would have thrown the wreath back at her and left. Sorry for making you do your job!

Oh my word the choices of fabrics is almost crippling. Dont go there to just browse if you are tight on funds. Definitely go there if you have a plan and specific project in mind. They will have what you need.
Always great sales on seasonal decorations. I just picked up bunches of red, white and blue silk flowers to get my July 4th on! Glory!

Holy cow they really love their yarn. Went with the little missus because of a 40% off sale. The sale brought the price in line with what she pays at Michaels without a sale. We let them keep the yarn.

I feel that they could organize the stuff better what they have on clearance. While I was looking at everything I was oganaizing the stuff in the same time lol.I know it sounds crazy but you couldnt see what they have.Instead of those who work there doing therein job they where talking in the office.

After waiting in in line for two hours, since I didn’t have my phone that had my discount coupon I wasn’t given the discount. I drove 14 miles one way to this place and:1) I didn’t have the actual coupon for my 25% discount to2)t Didn’t say sewing machines excluded so I drove 25 miles round-trip to show the coupon and was told that it didn’t apply anyway. The manager would not honor it her name is Mary kept stopping my transaction to answer the phone every two seconds even after I returned the second time to get the discountVery Disappointed

Well, Had a good visit. Had to return 2 items, no problem, had receipt. Bought 3 skiens of yarn and some scissors and had coupons for all items. Had fall items for 50% off, no coupon needed.
The staff is very helpful and ask you if you brought your coupons so you dont forget to use them. Its very affordable and fun things to do. It has a lot of options to choose from.
