Ive been dealing with Hartshorn TV and appliance for around 10 years now. Their appliances techs Rafael and John are professional and personable they know their job and do it well. Hartshorn is my go to appliance repair company always a good experiance.

Convenient, If you need an appliance part right now is pricey, I paid $21 dollars for a $7 dollar part on Amazon!! The lady ask me for my last and first name, I thought, for the warranty, I ask her the part has warranty, she said no, I guess Ill be receiving all kinds of junk mail!!

Great experience , we had to repair an Oven, a stove top and later replace a 23 yr old dishwasher. Each time Repair man Phil came. He was very informative and professional, and did a great job

I was skeptical.The Magic Chef microwave died in our RV six months after we purchased it online.In this day & age, I was expecting the usual.... Well send you RMA packaging, and when we get it back, well send you a new one.Instead, Magic Chef asked us to bring it to Hartshorn.I was surprised to see it was a real, old-fashioned service center, where they actually repair things!Two weeks later, they called, it was done, we picked it up, and the helpful gentleman offered to help load it back in our car.The repair was perfect, and its working like a champ again.

I hate to give this type of review for a small business filled with an amazing, knowledgeable, friendly staff and owners. I always support local businesses but have to make exceptions when I cant afford it. Unfortunately there have been many times I can find the exact product online for 1/10th the cost offered here. I still buy certain products from here when the price is right or there is an emergency.Unfortunately I know the overhead and lack of discounts for buying in large quantities will drive prices up for businesses like this. I think businesses like this are necessary for the community and should be supported. Support your local business and buy here!

They not only installed the new washer we ordered, they hauled away the old one. Phil was the installer and was kind enough to help replace the water faucets in the process. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Worse than Johns tv, these guys only sell new tvs.

Best replince repair

Since September 2018, Hartshorn TV and Appliance were in my home 7 times and replaced all parts of LG refrigerator including adding sealer to stop leaks and I paid $1,153 for Labor not including compressor and condenser were paid by LG after all that I had to buy new refrigerator they are thieves and i was ripped off they also try to replace the coils that was replaced a month before.

They came out to repair my refrigerator and they found the problem right away and took care of it no problem.

Nice salespeople

They will go above and beyond for their customers. You can count on it.

Kinda pricey!
