Offers notary public services but doesn’t advertise that this service isn’t available during normal business hours. Not a big deal, but post your notary hours if it’s not available during all open business hours.

Depending on who you get the customer service is fine or extremely mediocre. Remember, many people would love to have a steady job right now.

Never, never, never use this location for notary. Very incompetent. She requires clients to fill out the statement that SHE certifies and so on and so on, however it is her obligation. Other notaries use their own stamp. She doesn’t even know that it exists!!! She confirmed that I could sign the document and after that she informed that she had needed that statement. So, the document was spoiled and the day was lost! Stay away from this notary.

I frequent this location a lot, as it is a convenient place for me to drop off prepaid UPS packages. With that said, I dont think I would ever use them for any other services ever again.I recently paid them to package an item which I sold online. The item arrived damaged and upon filing a claim, UPS denied the claim, stating that the damage was due to the UPS Stores poor, inadequate packing job. This was the same sentiment expressed by the buyer as well.Upon discussing this with the UPS Stores employees and franchise owner, they told me that I was totally out of luck. They refused to help, as I paid for the shipping fees on my UPS account, as opposed to theirs. I had all of the proper declared values and insurances, so it shouldnt matter at all. It was just an excuse. Essentially, Im now out a few hundred dollars with no recourse.I trusted this UPS Store franchise to safely package my items, but I shouldnt have. I suggest that you dont trust them either. They dont stand behind the work that they do.

This is our one stop shop for printing services! At our company we get A LOT of fliers and marketing materials printed and there is no team I trust more with my professional work than the Cornelius UPS Store crew! Always pleasant to work with and with fast turn around! A++++

I called in to get directions to the UPS Drop Box and David was so incredibly helpful! He didn’t seem to mind that I sounded like a crazy person and he even called me back to make sure I found it okay. 10/10 recommend

In the past I have received good service from this store, however the woman waiting on us was entirely rude and treated us as if we were bothering her. When we asked if someone else could assist us she told us no although there was another lady in the store. We left and went to Fedex. I won’t be back.

They do great printing jobs for out team. The work is done fast and very nice quality. The staff is pleasant and very helpful.

Awful customer service. Collin was a terrible representative of the store and was either not informed of how to do his job or not willing to help us. Either way, my daughter and I left very upset. We were able to get our services taken care of at another UPS Store without any issues.

Visited this UPS Store a while back to mail two packages and had excellent service. Will definitely return.

Longer lines than the DMV. Ridiculously understaffed. Will not be back.

Rude service, I asked to see the sizes of boxes for moving and the guy at the counter says There in the back, you cant see them... theyre all flat so you cant see the size, what do you want...
