I live in Florida and found out about Juelerye thru Facebook. So happy I did! I placed my first online order and received a personal phone call from the owner, Jacqueline, thanking me for the order! Who does that today in this fast pace world we live in? I was so impressed! The packaging is done so well too. She even includes a thank you gift in the package!!! This just arrived (#166 - Wanderlust) from Juelerye in NC, and oh my goodness! Jacquelines attention to detail and customer service are absolutely impeccable! I ordered this on Saturday (1/16/21), she called me to thank me for my order ( I missed the call but had a lovely voicemail) and informed me that it would be shipped on Monday. It arrived today, with a lovely thank you note and a small sample of hand cream that she sells in her store, that is a customer favorite! I cannot thank her enough!Her slogan Delivering Happiness is truly just that! If you have not checked out their website, you simply must! I know I will be ordering from her again!

Without a doubt one of the best online shopping experiences I have EVER had! From now on, this will be the ONLY place I buy my Sid Dickens Memory Blocks!!! Not only did she let me know when it was being shipped (along with tracking number) it was so nice to open the box to find it snuggled with love and care along with a hand written thank you note! Then a follow up email asking if everything was ok and if I liked the Sid! In this day and age, customer service has pretty much gone out the window…but not with Juelerye!!! This shop is amazing! My good friend told me about it and shared what a good experience she had when she ordered her Sid Dickens tiles. I was amazed at the wide selection of tiles there were to chose from. I especially appreciated the personal service I received placing a phone order. Jacquie and her husband helped me arrange my tiles in several different configurations, took pictures, and sent them to me so I could make a decision. It was the next best thing to being there and see my grouping in person! Jacquie was extremely patient with me as I made my decision on which tiles to choose. I ended up going with her recommendation and trust me it was the correct one for my situation. My package arrived in two days and everything was superbly packed. Ordered my first Sid Dickens memory blocks from Juelerye, and Jackie was just amazing to work with. Finally discovered another place in the Charlotte area that sells Sid Dickens tiles. I have been collecting them for almost twenty years and I really prefer buying them from a shop instead of online. The owners seemed very knowledgeable about their products and really incredibly helpful. They are located inside a multi merchant shop as well, so there is lots to look at if you make the drive to check it out.

I became acquainted with this store though Instagram, where I saw three necklaces that I wanted to buy for my two sisters and me. I contacted the store and Jacque could not have been more accommodating. The necklaces had sold, but she had identical ones made for me, packaged them beautifully and got them to me before Christmas. When I showed my mom the necklaces, she had to have one, too, so I bought a second necklace with the London Blue Topaz and Jacque was able to get it to me before my mom’s birthday (the day after Christmas). The whole process was very pleasant and hassle-free and the jewelry is beautiful and very well-made. I will definitely buy from Juelerye again!
