A water pump that Id bought at a big box store about 15 years ago recently died. I took it into HPS on the offhand chance they could fix it. I expected to be told that the pump was gone, and that Id need to buy a new one. Lo and behold, Josh diagnosed the issue of bad seals, and bearings, and while not being able to order parts for that pump, he said he could fix it with parts in-hand. He did it! On-time, and slightly under budget for the quote he gave. Its been working great now, as if it just came out of the box.

The people who work here are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The water tech spent 20 minutes telling me how to plumb a 1500 gallon holding tank into my well system. He explained in it such a way my 12 yr old could do it. THANK YOU. 2 big thumbs up!

The HPS team has been easy to deal with and they have been more than fair with the pricing. After a few serice calls at no charge my water softener is up and running. I will continue to be an HPS customer and support a long time local company.

Our well pump quit and we had no water on our farm on a Sunday afternoon! I called the emergency services number and left a message. They called me back right away and came over very quickly and repaired/replaced the necessary parts. All fixed. Very professional and nice! Would definitely use them again.

HPS recently engineered and put in my new irrigation system. They installed my new pump and made sure everything was working properly before they left. They came last week and winterize the system. The crew was very professional and courteous. They went above and beyond to make sure my fences were put back and every area was cleaned up .Their prices were reasonable. They will do all my irrigation work .A great place to do business!!

Amazing service! These guys have it all! I am putting in a new sprinkler system for my yard and these guys not only designed it for me but they gave me the best products for the best prices. The store manager Rick was even kind enough to talk to me about my system. Great staff. Great prices.

I needed a new conditioning and iron removal system as soon as possible for my well as mine had stopped working. I was told to bring in a water sample which I did on a Saturday morning. I was told that they would have the results that day or on Monday and they would call me. I didn’t hear anything by Monday so I called and the gentleman that answered said he couldn’t locate my sample and would call as soon as he did. I don’t hear anything Tuesday so on Wednesday I called and the woman who answered told me that they had lost my sample and that I should bring down another one. I’m just wondering how long they would have just let it go before they would have called me if at all. I won’t do business with such an irresponsible company.

I had a leak in my main water pipe from the road to our home. It was 30 in the ground . After finding the area of the leak ,HPS sent out Nick and Aaron to make the repair . They dug up the area and used a newer extension piece on our 1 1/2 PCV pipe that worked very well. Thank you for your response time and the crew that knew just what to do. Also , Pat is a very good counter man , knows his stuff. Thanks guys Steve S.

Had a water line break while I was out of town. HPS was available the next morning to help. I had to walk the technicians through navigating my property over the phone and they were able to work with my excavator to get the problem fixed and tested in short order. Excellent service and not even a bad price for last minute emergency service.

Super helpful and great people. I showed up at 1:45 on a saturday and they close at 2 with a order of over a thousand feet of different sizes of conduit and they had no trouble getting me taken care of. Great experience thanks guys

These guys have sales, and service down to perfection. They sell pipe, pumps, fittings, and other stuff. They have a fully cable crew to install all of it too. Give them a try, you wont regret it.

Everything related to parts, service and repairs, Patrick is very friendly and knowledgeable about equipment and parts, but also everyone there knows what they do. Very friendly staff I visit this place very often if they dont have it theyll find it for you

These guys are legit, I drove 2 hours to get there as my local companies were not helpful. I will only use and recommend HPS for well pump plumbing solutions.

Had a concern regarding a new submersible pump recently installed. Water level had dropped to about 4 s below top of pump. Thought I had fried it. Spoke with Jerry & he assured me this was not the case, only got a little air inside & to shut off power for a while. This was on a Saturday! This co is redefining customer service. Thanks Jerry!

Horrible service, takes months of weekly calls and email to get anything repaired. Still trying to get a repair scheduled. HPS does not return calls, nor emails. Many empty promises to get back with you, but doesnt deliver.
