This past October, I contracted with Nathan Ziegler at KS Audio Video on a project to convert our home from cable to WiFi. The project involved boosting the WiFi signal throughout the house, installing Apple TVs, converting from cable to YouTube TV and the purchase of new TV and audio equipment. Everyone from KS was friendly and knowledgeable. Nathan did a great job of understanding, specking out and delivering what I requested. Daniel did most of the work upgrading our TVs and, more importantly, handled educating us on the new system. He spent a lot of time with us and made sure we understood as much as possible about our new system. KS installed a distributed tv system across 8 tvs using 6 inputs via Control4. We finally have an intuitive system that works seamlessly and without constant issues (that we had with our previous system). They also installed a speaker system in our pool area with landscape and hanging speakers. We have had problems for years trying to get a speaker system there to work, and this install finally achieved it.The majority of their work was done while we were out of town and they let themselves in and out, communicating with us when they left every day so we could remotely set our alarm. They kept in touch with any questions or clarifications. They were respectful of our home and kept it clean.We had a couple bugs that Tony addressed very quickly. We had a party coming up and Tony gave me his cell phone and told me to contact him over the weekend with any issues (of which we had none).Professional, trustworthy, and do what they say they are going to do. Highly recommend.

I called KS Audio to design and install our home entertainment system in what was being converted from a kids playroom to more of an entertainment room for the entire family. Not only did they do great work, they did it within two days of placing the initial request. I gave them a basic outline of what I was trying to accomplish and they took care of everything else and we could not be happier. Would use them again in a heartbeat as the cost was very competitive and the service was unmatched.

After having Continuum install new/faster internet service (which they did not get up and working on WiFi), I couldnt connect phones, thermostat, control music/TV, etc. I had been working with Ed on upgrade recommendations so I reached out and he immediately switched gears and was able to get Daniel to my house same day. Not only did he fix every issue, he spent time explaining and did not make me feel stupid at all for my questions...and now everything is back up and running and I am smarter about what I have. We needed a new microphone system, so I called KS Audio Video for some advice. Tony listened to my needs and was able to present options that I did not know existed. The condo we bought had a lot of audio & video equipment partially installed, but not operational - sufficiently complex that I knew I needed an expert. Ed came out, assessed the situation, and created a plan that took advantage of existing equipment, hence was affordable. Later Brian arrived, cleaned up the media cabinet (removed obsolete hardware, reracked the remaining hardware, tied off the cables, even tidied up our Internet closet), got us up and running with audio (were not videophiles) and reduced the final price by eliminating the need for a piece of equipment. Brian used a drop cloth to ensure his work did not scratch the floor or soil the rugs. After a brief training session and comprehensive test of 5 sets of speakers, we were self-sufficient. While this was not a test of KS Audio Videos full capabilities - it was exactly what we needed, done economically and quickly.

I think I lost the first review I wrote but these guys are so good, they deserve 2 reviews!I have some rather unique internet issues with my house so I called these folks because they were close to me. I spoke to Ed Studer who immediately said he could help but wanted to look at the situation first. Very professional. He showed up the same day he came and looked around the house and immediately devised a plan and set an install schedule.My techs were Bryan and Chris. Man, do they know their stuff. They went around looking at the setup I had and began the fix. Extremely polite and keeping me informed at every point. They were even able to explain and eliminate a glitch I had in my internet setup, even though it was not the reason for my issues. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. Now here is the kicker, it was all very reasonably priced and i received a refund because it was unnecessary to do some of the work originally scheduled.These guys, Ed, Bryan and Chris are the best! A very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, fairly priced, family business that fully stands by their products and installation guarantees.Hired to upgrade both an internet system (powerful new router & additional access points; interface with ARV receiver, televisions, iPads, Smartphones) and upgrade surveillance system (new DVR and upgrade/replace cameras).Post installation we encountered problems with an old camera and intermittent internet lockup. KS Audio returned on 4 different occasions, always within 2-3 days of my call for help. They spent nearly 10 FREE HOURS testing, resetting channels, rewiring, evaluating each piece of our network for faulty devices, etc. They promised to solve the problem, which was, ultimately, a new Apple AirPort Router. Who wudda figured all problems stemmed from this new piece of equipment???
