The staff at Beltone was professional and very friendly. The exam was very thorough and Caleb spent lots of time with explaining everything to me, and helping me choose the right hearing aids for me. Very pleasant experience.

I had a hearing test today at Beltone and found out I have high frequency hearing loss. Caleb was very good at explaining what was going on and showing me my options and explained how I needed to address my issues. He was very knowledgeable and understanding and I felt like he could understand what I was telling him about my hearing issues.

Suddenly losing my hearing in my right ear unexpectedly was devastating. The doctors said a hearing aid wouldnt help. So for a couple of years, I didnt even entertain the idea. After several falls due to balance issues, I decided to see what Caleb had to say. He was able to fit me with an aid the, although doesnt completely restore hearing due to nerve damage, it does restore enough that my balance is better. I was almost in tears when I realized there was help available. Caleb was a pleasure to work with and was the answer to my prayers.

As someone that has worn hearing aids for 45 years, I can attest that Beltone Hearing Care Center of Tupelo and Corith is a first class operation. The company office is in Tupelo but Caleb Williams comes to Corinth twice a week so appointments are easy to schedule and the customer service is top-notch. Caleb goes out of his way to see to it that clients get what they need.
