Seth could use more training. I thought he was a manager,so I asked if he could help with the price on an open box item that was on the clearance table. He said it was half price which was not the case. The clearance price was 9.99. The other price was 11.99. Then he told me it was 20 0/0 off when I showed him the ticket. It was only 16 0/0. Bottom line is know before you say. I think a real manager could have helped me on the price or at best would have read the ticket before saying things that were not correct.

Ive had good expirences at HF in Corinth..but recently the manager I guess, Brandon, went totally out of his way to help with a large purchase...but he has always been very kind and helpful even if it was a very small purchase...Brandon I just want to thank you again for your help and kindness...

Clean store, well organized but as always only one register open but associates doing other things. They must think we like dtsnding in lines while they watch us. Do they get bonus pay to watch us standing in line to check out?

Was there March 7th, 2021 and the service was awful to be a sat morning and a line and only one register open !! There wasnt anyone else called up front to help the other associate and management wasnt called either !! There was at least 8 people in line !! and with covid still around and with that many people that close together That was a health hazarrad and I know if I catch it who I will blame and file a class action on !! With as many people out of work I know you can hire some help !!!

Can get cheap tools. Some last longer than others. But for alot of do it yourselfers like myself who doesnt want to spend hundreds on a tool Im only going to use very few times. This is heaven for you. Ive got some things Im still using after years. Some stuff cheaply made. That said, I love this place. You can get most anything at affordable prices.

Great for cheap tools but dont buy the security system. They told me I had Uninstal everything and bring it back when only the hub/base was bad.

I hate this store. I have never seen such a poorly stocked Harbor Freight in my life ( probably a delight to Lowes. They are a good bit of money off me due to the poor stocking at Harbor Freight. Customer service is hardly existant and they are very unprofessional. The last time there will be the last time period.

Harbor Freight is a good place for building a basic set of tools and equipment. Some of their tools have no right to be as good as they are, considering the price. Others, arent quite as good. My general rule is to buy it from Harbor Freight, if I use it enough to break it, buy a higher dollar replacement. Be careful though, theres so many good deals that its really easy to spend way more than you meant to.As for the Corinth store, it is well organized and the staff is friendly and helpful, but not overbearing or forceful. Its kept clean and Im always glad to go in.

They actually had the tool I was looking for in stock!! I called ahead & asked & almost begged them to hold one for me. They said theyd have one. Id rate a 4 but the fact that I couldnt use a coupon because I bought a sale item wasnt their fault. Maybe Ill be able to stop the long drive to Tupelo now.I love tool shopping!! Most tools Ive gotten here have been great for personal use.

Ive only been in this location one time but its nice and clean and organized. They have a lot of stuff to choose from and the prices are reasonable. try to get you a coupon before you get in there so you can get the best deal possible. I am glad they put one of these in Corinth so I wont have to drive as far.

One star is way to much for this store. You buy something and cashier says they DO HAVE A RETURN POLICY but when you try they tell you that you cant return the item..brand new item cant be returned only after 2 days and it wasnt even used ...Im going to take my issue to as many people as I can. I dont care if this store winds up closing forever...bunch of Inbred people working in there anyway. I will take my future business to the store in Jackson, TN from now on ..better store and better employees in Tennessee anyway ...screw Mississippi

My uncle was sold a faulty machine he needed for his buisness and when asked for an exchange we were treated very badly by a woman employee while the G.M. stood by and acted like he has no buisness being a store manager !I myself have many years experience in upper management and as a G.M. your job is to make sure your employees are trained properly and your employees should not be doing your job for you it is your duty as a G.M. to Make sure your customers are taken care of in a friendly manner.. AS A G.M. ITS YOUR JOB SIR. I DO NOT FEEL YOU HANDELED THIS SITUATION PROFESSIONALLY..I do not recommend buying any equpitment from this store .It was Definately unprofessional all the way around even from low level employee which should be grounds for termination.
