We purchased a mattress on March 26,2021, after 38 days it was already broken down. We contacted Casabella, they assured us they would send out a representative to review our complaint. After two weeks, still no word. After many attempts to speak to Mario, we finally was told to send in pictures of the mattress and bring it back for in store credit. We live approximately one hour away so we loaded mattress on trailer and took to Casabella today, then was told they wouldnt be able to do anything since the tag was off! The tag? They never mentioned that before and who sleeps with the tag on anyway!!! And the tag says the CONSUMER MAY REMOVE! I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE AGAIN AND WILL BE CONTACTING THE SEALY COMPANY REGARDING THIS PURCHASE!!!

If I could give them negative star rating, I would. They are ridiculously over priced & the quality is mediocre, at best. Even during sales events of 50 -70% off, the prices are higher than most stores. I honestly tried to give them my business. Went there 3 times but I wont waste my time again.

We hooked up our trailer and headed to Corinth to buy a mattress set and look at chairs and other furniture for a college apartment. We found some great deals in both the store and the clearance center. It was a stormy day and the staff had to work through some challenges to get us rang up on some of our purchases. Everyone that worked with us was friendly and there was no pressure like the kind you see in some furniture stores.We found enough bargains that we decided to try to finance a few pieces of furniture. We started the process at around 4pm and 2 hours later, we were still there waiting for the paperwork to finish. I am not very patient and paperwork delays drive me nuts, especially on a stormy day when rain could ruin your purchases as you haul them home. The paperwork glitches were all on the external company and not with Casabellas, but it was going to effect our salesperson if we walked away without purchasing anything.The owner and his wife were there and saw most of the event unfold. He came over to my wife and I and asked for a few more minutes to get it straightened out. We talked for about 15 more minutes and the paperwork fell into place. They got all of my mattresses, chairs, and other pieces loaded and tied down in good time and we made it home with no problems.Even though we were made to feel unique, probably because of the circumstances, I got the feeling that the owners would have done that for anyone, that that kind of service in the store was part of their success. Price and service - high marks in my book and I will go back as we need more furniture in the future.

My husband and I purchased a full house of furniture before our wedding in February 2017. When the furniture was delivered one of our coffee tables was missing. The delivery guy said he would find it and it would be delivered to us. We never heard back from them, I called several times and they assured me we would get it and now more then a year later we still dont have it. No complaints about the furniture we did receive it is wonderful just super disappointed in the terrible customer service!

Absolute bullcrap. Sold us a recliner and when we go to pick it up apparently they had labeled the wrong price on it. Then try to blame us for not know that it was the wrong price. Rude on the phone and vulgar towards customers. Purely ridiculous

They will not take care of there customers Mario was caught in a lie and then got mad when I told him that I was going to put pictures on Facebook about there furniture.the furniture I got started ripping on the arms and they did take my couch back which is still at the store because Mario banned me from the store because of me saying hes going on Facebook.he said that the furniture was being redone because of a bad batch of the furniture I bought.ok almost a year later I have a love seat thats torn and a chair thats gonna do the same thing.told today by Mario since my lawyer sent a letter to them that the owner said he was going to wash his hands of me so now they have my money and iveI gor garage for furniture.

Saw a entertainment center here that we had previously seen at another store. This “clearance center” was double the price for the entertainment center as opposed to the other store. They are jacking up their prices and call themselves a “clearance center”. There’s nothing clearance about this place. Go somewhere else and save yourself a couple thousand dollars

Only thing we didnt like, is if you tell salesperson youre just looking please let the customer look and discuss with his or her spouse, not say we have to stay with you, but you see other customers without a salesperson(Pam) thats rude and disrespectful to the customers, so we just left.
