I have no good reviews of CVS Pharmacies but the one in Corinth, TX, is the most uncaring of all. I have tried for 2 years to appreciate their work but they are negligent and uncaring! Looking for another pharmacy! One star is too much!

Worst service in pharmacy. Stood there for 25 minutes trying to get a Covid vaccine. The two signs said walk ins welcome. However after being ignored I finally had to ask out loud even though no one still helped me and leaned there are no appointments left. Very disappointed as this CVS is near my home and I go often. Very poor service for a pharmacy.

So happy with our experience at the new CVS in Denton. They aren’t 24 hours but SO much faster. I have health issues and take a lot of medication and the CVS on Teasley took forever to fill medications and the drive threw took anywhere from 10-40 min. They had awful customer experience. This CVS filled it quicker and they gave us our medication in under 5 min. 100% will only fill meds here from now on! Highly recommend.

Got my covid vaccine here and am so happy with the process! Process did not take long at all, a minute to get checked in at counter, then you’re sat behind a blue curtain and someone comes and gives you the shot. It goes quick and feels like you just got poked with a mechanical pencil, no pain at all! Then they make you stay for 15 minutes to see if you have any after effects. Arm feels sore but i’m genuinely happy i got it! Thank you!!!!

I love how they call or text to let you know that your prescription is ready for a refill and that its ready for pickup! The pharmacist and the Techs are always friendly and polite!

The most ineffective COVID-19 testing site Ive seen in four states. It is a self administered nasal swab. The majority of people will have a natural resistance/reflex that will prevent them from putting that swab in deep enough/properly to collect a sample appropriately. Like the gag reflex, or bodies will try to prevent us from hurting ourselves. I can only Invision a number of inaccurate results due to improper test procedure. Find a site that has a PROFESSIONAL to administer the test. Dont go here.

When you go to CVS in Corinth for the Pfizer vaccine bring all your documentation, drivers license, health insurance card, previous vaccination records not on file with CVS, and phone numbers so they can verify this information is correct. In my situation they wanted to call a nurse to verify I did not forge my COVID-19 Pfizer vaccination cards. The entire process took about 50 minutes to complete and for me to get the 3rd dose. Luckily I had all this information because they were declining to give vaccinations to others who did not.

I transferred prescriptions in from out of state, and had a 3rd one filled with out of state paper order. Pharmacy was very fast and professional.Drive through the 2nd day was a breeze!

Cashier was not wearing a mask. Customers allowed to wander around with masks on their chin. Dont get your prescription here if you use GoodRx - they dont seem willing or able to work with GoodRx. I thought, of all places, a company like CVS would be more strict about masks a year into a global pandemic. Will definitely not return.

Terrible customer service. I went to pick up insulin syringes and the pharmacist made me prove from my CVS app that I had a prescription for insulin there. Wouldn’t look me up by my DOB. I’ve never had to prove I’m diabetic for syringes at any pharmacy I’ve been to. It seemed like she was in a bad mood and decided to just make life difficult.

Tried to get my covid vaccine and got turned away for having the wrong insurance!!!

I wish I could give negative stars...do not go this this pharmacy...unfortunately my company makes us use CVS now. Biggest mistake ever. Ill have to drive farther to another one. Avoid this one at all costs

Took forever to fill prescription and drive thru operator was rude and didn’t have a clue of any information I asked her she had to keep asking someone else. All the other reviews are true don’t go there I won’t go back. Just went for convenience but it definitely was not!

Low volume location easy to get to, always helpful and courteous.

This is the worse CVS you can possibly go to. They took forever to fill a prescription that they had at 10:30 a.m. and it wasn’t ready until 5:00. Ridiculous! Plus the pharmacy technicians aren’t the friendliest. My gosh if you dont like your job find something you do like. I was going to transfer all my prescriptions to this pharmacy but I think I’ll stay right where I am. Don’t go here if you need your meds in a hurry because you won’t get them!!

I have been sitting and waiting for 31 minutes and still have 1 car in front of me. Ever since Becky in the pharmacy left this CVS has gone downhill. I will be transferring all my prescriptions. This is ridiculous.

For the life of me, I can’t fathom the bad reviews here. It’s as if folks are reviewing the wrong location. Certainly my experience has been entirely different.I rarely do any shopping at the store. Most of my business is with the pharmacy itself, and I couldn’t recommend it more highly. The staff Is very professional—friendly, caring, and helpful. They remember me by name. They understand the medical issues that I’m dealing with, and they go out of the way to be a bona fide part of my care team. They ask how I’m doing—and genuinely care to hear my response. And they do whatever is necessary to ensure that I’m a satisfied customer. I couldn’t be happier with them, and I certainly couldn’t ask for more. Even after moving farther away, I keep coming back here because I feel connected to them. They are top-notch across the board, individually and collectively. A solid five-star pharmacy!

The CVS pharmacy at this location has the worst customer service in my many years of experience with many pharmacies. CVS, in general, is referred to as having bad service and not helpful. CVS is a very good example, if not the model, of typical large corporate pharmacies that serve customer as if on a conveyor ... next....

This place is terrible....the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. Explain to me why the pharmacist tells at me I dont understand why your doctor submits your prescriptions like this from the desk behind the front counter??? The tone in their voices and the dirty looks they give you every time. This is my THIRD time to work with them and they have all been terrible experiences.

As far as my experience here goes, people work here were patient and willing to help. It had cash - coupon back based on how much spent on certain items, and I liked it.

They do not communicate whether or not they have the medication called in, they do not communicate whether or not they can get it in a timely manner, when a prescription is called in and it’s not time to refill it yet, they give you a date of when you can fill it, that’s the date they decide to order the medication not actually fill it. These people are terrible and don’t care! I know why it’s not as busy as it should be with their location!

My husband sat in the drive thru for over an hour to pick up his mothers medication. This pharmacy is always very slow doing anything. They are always rude. Dont use this pharmacy if you can help it.

The pharmacy staff has no desire to do any follow up. It took me two weeks to get a prior authorization form approved because they never made sure my doctors office got their fax. One of many problems. Im sitting here waiting for my medication and not the only person with a problems with their operations. Im transferring all my medications to Walgreens ASAP.

Cashier extremely rude, every time we come in. Don’t bring your kids here they are not allowed, she almos jumps over the counter just to see if they steal something. Rude! Rude extremely rude, horrible

I’ve been coming to this CVS since they opened a few months ago, and at first everything was great especially customer service. The manager and the pharmacist were especially friendly and very helpful. However, I have noticed in the last few visits the employees at checkout were not as friendly and had trouble scanning and pulling up all my digital coupons and deals loaded on my CVS card. I hope the employees get better training and improve their customer service. Other than that I love CVS, always great deals and sales!

This has got to be the worst pharmacy! I have given them multiple chances thinking that okay maybe somebody was having a bad day or maybe I misunderstood however, employees are rude 9 out of 10 times or the prescription is NEVER ready on time. Who wants to come back in one hour when you are sick and the automated service said it would be ready at a certain time. The final straw is when I was told that my sons antibiotics would be ready at 750. I pull up to the drive thru at 758 and the window is already closed. So I go inside and the pharmacist says Sorry we are closed. I said but I was told my sons prescription would be ready 10 min ago and he needs his antibiotics tonight. She just shrugged her shoulders and said Sorry were closed. Thanks for going the extra mile for your sick customers.

I walked in to this store to get some drinks, and the employees were working hard cleaning the entrance. As I was waiting to check out, because the cashier was up on a tall ladder cleaning windows and I didnt want to interrupt him making him go up and down the ladder. This lady walks up to one of the workers critiquing his vacuuming skills calling him lazy, and then comes in to snap at the cashier on the ladder. I dont know if shes management or not as she was in casual attire and no name tag, but the way she was insulting the two men as they were working hard enough that sweat was visibly running down their faces just upsets me. The employees despite having her nagging in their ear were still very kind and respectful.

I have had several bad experiences at this facility.From saying my prescription is not there. Sending me to another CVS just to confirm that they had it at this location to begin with.Bad customer verbiage and no sense of urgency or quality of service.

Remarkably poor customer service & people skills. The pharmacies at Kroger & Walgreens (also on 2181) are much much better.

Terrible location, ever since it opened. I have been trying to be patient but every time I go in something happens to make me regret it. The latest, I basically get called thief by their clerk because my 4 year was carrying a toy my wife and I told her she could get. Then we were not so subtly stalked by the store manager. Oh and the only reason we were even shopping around of course was because the pharmacy was late opening. I wont be back thanks for helping me make up my mind.

***Edit Jan 30, 2019 It completely depends on which Pharmacist you deal with. The original Pharmacist was such a nice man and always helped me which is why I originally gave 5 starts. The past 2 times I have had to deal with the woman pharmacist or assistant and she is extremely rude. She wanted to argue with me about whether or not I had ordered a refill WHILE I was showing her my confirmation email from CVS. It seemed like a huge inconvenience for her to even speak to me. She needs to go back and get trained on customer service. I will be moving my prescription ASAP.The pharmacist is the best I have ever worked with. My insurance and doctor were being impossible and he took to time to listen and call my insurance and help me figure out my coverage. I will stick with this pharmacy as long as he is there!

We had to move to self-insured without script benefits. WG, WM, Kroger were 100% unsympathetic and refused any cash discount for something old and commonplace and costing less than $10.00 to the pharmacy; they all wanted $60.00 or more without insurance card. Stopped in to this CVS while still looking for a helpful pharmacy and they said they only take GoodRx but will honor it. They signed me up for both GoodRx and a CVS account linked to it right then and there. Medicine was ready in under 30 minutes.Really pleased. Not only does this CVS have a cash discount option but they went out of their way to assist with all the setup and form-filling.

Pharmacy is terrible, it always takes forever even if you get a text saying your prescription is ready, when you get there you still have to wait forever.
