The sales people are very nice and professional . We have bought 3 vehicles from them. I have a 2014 Chevrolet from them. Shortly after the purchase, paint started flaking off on both front quarter panels right behind the signal lights. I took it back to the dealership and Sammy told me that he didn’t have a body shop and recommended a person. I took my truck to this person and he said it was a recall on this issue. I told Sammy and carried it to the Tupelo dealership. The service manager took pictures of it and sent them to GM. GM said that they will not repaint the front two panels. I asked the Sammy that if I traded my truck in what would need to be done. Crossroads would have outsource the paint job to the body shop guy in Corinth. Now, this past week, had air conditioning problems and they gave a price of roughly $500. Then , within an hour, another problem arises, then another. My total for the visit was $1056.00 for the day in which $500 was for labor. When I left the parking lot that day, I could here a whining sound coming from somewhere. Sammy said that the new blower motor was bad so I carried it back on Tuesday. The supposedly changed it out however it’s still doing the same thing. Then, Sammy told me that it could be the aftermarket a/c line making the noise and the said that he didn’t believe that the fan was bad in the first place and proceeded asking me if I wanted him to order a GM air conditioner line to change it out. My question is why in the heck are they using aftermarket parts and advertising genuine GM parts. The tighten the a/c hose and the results are my truck is still making the same sound. I use my truck as part of my living and can’t put it in the show for them to do trial and error mechanic work. I need my truck fixed as I paid for it to be fixed. I need someone in authority or leadership like the service manager Craig Farly to contact me. This kind of service ( not sales ) makes me want to never buy another vehicle from Crossroads again

Literally the biggest waste of time Ive ever encountered. My truck needed a simple sensor replaced, after three days of hearing nothing back, they tell me they can get to it next week. They dont care about anything, other than I dont know. Dont waste your time.

I bought a 2020 GMC Terrain that was a demo. Sales process and team was awesome and felt taken care of. Had the car less than a week and the radio blows up in it. The dealership worked with us and got us a loaner vehicle until the issue was fixed. My wife had left the dealership and realized she had left her sunglasses in the car and called and said they would get them out. Up until this point everything was awesome. When we get the car back no sunglasses to be found and when we asked about them no answer was ever given. I went to talk to the general manager William Sweatt and from here it was a huge disappointment. After speaking with him about the glasses and realizing he did not care I told him I would not be buying another vehicle from here and his reply, Thats fine and What do you want me to say? No please buy another vehicle from us Mr. Fowler in the most unprofessional tone. Then after asking if I had to clean out my car for a simple oil change because of worrying someone would steal something out of the car his reply was I guess so. The glasses werent even a big deal but the simple fact of them making right of the situation. He told me he would look into it and got my contact info and never got back with me. I sent and email to him and no reply. William Sweatt is a poor excuse for a general manager and if you have to deal with him make sure you get ready for the smart tones and remarks even if you are level headed and respectful. Im going to Tupelo for a simple oil change just to not have to give them any of my money. If you want good customer service I would recommend Dwayne Blackmon Chevrolet in Tupelo. Its worth it not to have to deal with William.

We came down to trade and the salesperson was just as nice as could be. When it came down to talking to the manager and we refused the offer he gave us, he walked off and hollered for the salesperson to give us our keys that we have done this a few times. Excuse me. Very unprofessional and it doesnt matter if we had been down there ten times (which we hadnt) If the deal isnt where you want it then it shouldnt go through. Dont deal with Will. He will throw a fit if you turn down the offer.You cannot do business this way. Keep your attitude and your comments to yourself. Especially when you are affecting someones commission!

WORST DEALERSHIP!! COMPLETE RIP OFF AND EXTREMELY RUDE SERVICE DEPARTMENT!! Wanted to overcharge me by twice the misrepresented quote. When I called them out on it, the service manager became competent combative and rude! ID MEVER RECOMMEND THIS DUMP TO ANYONE!

I noticed a pinging in my car and thought I had gotten some bad gas. I did an STP treatment and used 93 octane gas. The pinging continued. I called Crossroads Chevrolet and spoke with Sammy. He was so helpful and got me in that day. It turned out I was extremely low on oil. They took care of my car and as long as I’m in this area I will always go to them for my car needs. Thank you Crossroads!

They are more interested in selling car loans than cars. Cash buyers go elsewhere. I pulled up and noticed my sales person smoking out front before a more senior salesperson directed me to him. So when I told him that I wanted a full size truck in the $10k , 04 -06 range with 100 to 120k mileage, I figured he would show me something in the 14k range (my max cash offer)and try to get me to finance like a decent salesperson would , but he quickly turned around and dismissed me and implied that what I was looking for was trash and they didnt deal in peoples trade -ins because the owner didnt want his name attached to vehicles like that , he then proceeded to tell me to look on the dirt lots for salvage titled vehicles, as if that was all my money would buy. I guess the used truck market will stay inflated until people stop getting sold on payments instead of the actual cost of the vehicle.

Worst dealership I have ever dealt with. Do you notice how they do not put the prices of the vehicles on their website. When you call them the salesman will not tell you how much they want for the vehicle. We have been looking at a Tahoe all week. Talking to the salesman several times. Said they just got it in on trade and was not sure how much they wanted for it and did not want to give a wrong price. He said we needed to come to the lot. Well we go to the lot and they are showing it to other people. They are test driving it!! They place the salesman game..they dont care about potential customers..shame on you...will never recommend you to anyone. We will take our business else where

Scheduled a maintenance appointment for a squeaking brake pad. Showed up to be told there is a $100 diagnostic fee to look at it. This is not applied to the bill if they did the work. $100 bucks to look at a brake pad is insanity. These people are crooks.

I bought a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban from Crossroads. I have dumped 40,000 miles on it in 9 months and have had a great experience with the vehicle. I probably paid a little more then I should have but they accepted a trade for payoff value that they probably shouldnt have paid as much for. Overall great experience

Horrible experience. Went last month to get a electrical problem on my wife’s vehicle fixed. We thought it had been fixed properly. Well now it’s March and we decided to go back for regular maintenance and gasket changes. Thought ok $700 out the door 4 hours later. wife was ready to go home. Gets in the car and the electrical issue is back. She takes it back and has them check it. Come to find out the shade tree mechanic they had working on my wife’s vehicle was using some type of glue to reconnect a broke Battery ground that was suppose to be brand new from last month. But no we got charged for a new part when it’s the original part with some super glue on it. Really makes me not trust who the dealer employs to work on someone’s property. Long story short a horrible experience that cost way to much $$$$ to be half *ssing mechanics work. The worst part is we had a valve cover gasket changed and intake manifold gasket changed today and after this experience I hope we didn’t get screwed on that also. Only time will tell but I really hope any new customers will read this and think real hard about who is messing with your property and if there doing it properly or just charging you for wiping the dust off a part to make it look new. Thanks for the horrible experience and will be telling everyone one I know about this

Waited for a oil change. Sit inside waiting room. Waited, waited, waited, finally a text came to my phone that my vehicle was ready. I asked the woman u pay and she looked and looked and found my paper work and said yes you are ready. I asked why didnt somebody come and tell me instead of me waiting so long. She lied and said they just got through, but when she looked for my paper work it was in the middle of a stack of papers on printer. Been there a while.

Unhappy with price charged for simple repair. Sent letter to General Manager. Owner responsed with the following ...how this would have been handled had you purchased your auto here, the technician would have been paid for their time its just the dealership would have paid him. In other words, if I had bought my auto at Crossroads Automotive, I would not been charged $85.60 for simply locating the problem of high idling due to a floor mat over the gas pedal. Therefore, you must purchase your auto at Crossroads Automotive in order to be treaded fairly.
