Lost most brakes on RV on way thru Mississippi headed for Florida.Stayed in Cross city RV park one of our usual lay over spots going south.Tried to find somewhere to get RV checked ,but was met with all having a lack of help do to current conditions. Spoke with gal at Pro Fleet and she told me to show up next day and they would check it out.Place was out of the way ,but when I connected with the mechanic he went right to work and found a hole in the brake line made repairs and I was back at the campground in two hours.I would recommend them to any traveler that needs work .

30 March 2021 Prior to the two gentlemen coming to repair my trailer I called them and was told that my total would be $290 no matter what. Once they came and spent 45 minutes repairing my trailer they attempted to charge me an extra $97 for the repair that was told to me by two different people at their company.The head guy who came out told me not call them back since I was rude. I never cursed, got loud, nor was a disrespectful. I simply told them that I was told $290, how can you charge more an hour after I was told two different times that my price was $290. So, he took the money and left. I only held him to what his company had already promised me. I would NOT recommend them to ANY after this. I will NEVER use their service again. The quality and integrity of this company is horrible. Total not please at all with the job nor the customer service relations at all!31 March 2021 They call me back and rant for 5 minutes about the issues from yesterday and about me giving them a negative review. I listen to everything he had to say, then when he was done I told him that I allowed him to speak his peace without interruption and I wanted the same thing. Why I was telling him that he didnt inform me anything extra that needed to be done, that there would be an up charge, and never got the authorization prior to doing more so I dont feel I should have paid anymore then the original price giving. He then hung up the phone on me.They are very unprofessional, disrespectful, and the lie to attempt to gain more money. They were asked to do what thing and failed to do it fully and correctly. The trailer still has a leak from the same place that they said that they patch. I do NOT recommend the use of this company.

Our motor home broke down in Corinth, MS and Warren, the owner of Pro-Fleet, and his crew helped us in every conceivable way. While waiting for the parts to come in, they set us up with electricity and even loaned us a golf cart to get around in! The motor home ran perfectly after the repairs were made. Great crew!

Sorry Service.. over priced, and did not fix my truck. When I said something he hung up and yelled at me, continued to call back next day demanding more money. STAY AWaY!!!!!!!

I cant express how much this owner and his service men care about getting your problem solved quickly and permanently... and getting you back on the road. This same repair had been done 3 years prior by someone else. The owner of J&J said, im sure we can fix it, but im more concerned as to why it has happened again.... I want to make sure when we fix it, that it never happens again!Would give 10 stars if i could!!

I drive for Conqueror trans had to have my trailer work on the owner was awesome to work with and was ready to get my trailer fixed I would recommend them to anyone

Best service from the best guys. These guys will do their best to get the job done right and to your satisfaction. They definitely customer driven and it shows with attitudes and they definitely didn’t charge as much as a typical road service truck would. Probably one of the best interactions I’ve have with a roadside breakdown. They definitely helped to cut the anxiety down by pledging to get me fixed up in time to make all of my prior load commitments. Would recommend to anyone needing truck service in their area. They are worth calling.

Highly recommend Profleet if you have mechanical issues in the Corinth area! The shop was very professional, friendly and got me back on the road the quickest way possible. Definitely fixed what the high priced big shops couldnt. Would recommend these guys to anybody!

Wont answer phone when he finds out I needed warranty work after the fact. Had my truck reprogrammed, what a joke that is I get outpulled by fleet trucks all the time. Stay away from this shop.

They was very good in Service that was provided hotel rooms got the truck and trailer off the side of the interstate was kind and very conserve about the driver safety and well being..I give Profleet two thumbs up very quick response...
