I have had the optimal hearing aids for several years. I recently changed to seeing Melinda in Americus. She was very helpful in helping me understanding all the features that are included with my hearing aids. She even programmed settings for my golf game and for restaurants when we go out. She was very and patient and thorough. Will be going back to see her when I’m ready for an upgrade! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking for great hearing aid service.
