Love cvs. Only place in town where i get my prescriptions filled

Waiting over 45 minutes from them to answer phone !!! I took a shower while still waiting on the phone to be answered got dressed went to CVS they answer phone just as I got there almost 1 hour on wait time ‘ there is no EXCUSE for this kind of customer service!!!! It’s not the first time either just SORRY !!!! If you don’t like your job then leave don’t take you attitude out on customers that pay your salary

Everything you are saying is correct had to change over to CVS from Walgreens for insurance reasons but having problems getting my medicine every since I changed over Ryan is very rude not concerned at all about you having a pleasant experience. I am thinking about going back to Walgreens even if I have to pay more money the staff treat you like they want to help you

MEGAN the woman that works in the front is the best. She’s very knowledgeable of the store and it’s products . My experience with CVS was successful only because of Megan’s amazing customer service skills ! CVS is lucky to have such an amazing, compassionate employee like Megan !

Been my pharmacy for years but I am really really getting tired not being able to get my meds when I need them, I dont want to change pharmacies, but this happens every time now, even though I have a valid prescription with several refills on. You are really pissing me off!!!!!!!!!!! Fixing to start using Unadilla Drugs which is 5 miles from my house and a local pharmacy with people who seem to care more. I live 30 minutes from Cordele.

Evacuated for hurricane Dorian pharmacist not helpful, he had the NOT MY PROBLEM attitude. Definitely going back to Walgreens after this closter mess.

I have never had a WORSE experience at any CVS pharmacy in Cordele Ga. and never in my life been treated so badly. Ryan the young male pharmacist was unpleasant, rude and Arrogant. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, Ryan questioned who the doctor was and really acted like he didnt want to fill my prescription. This prescription had been filled for many years from another CVS with same physician which they had record of. This physician is a great well known doctor and Ive never had any issues with his prescriptions being filled. So I kinda brushed that off and drop the prescription off anyway. Was told it would be an hour so I ran to do some errands. During this hour I received 3 calls from Ryan with various excuses why he couldnt fill the prescription. First call was to say he only had 30 tablets so I said ok then just fill what u have. Second call he only had 10 pills, so once again I said ok Ill get the 10 and just go back later for the rest. (Which Ive also never had problem doing) The third call he started questioning the physicians credentials. This being the same prescription with same doctor that Ive seen for years!!! The doctors information was listed on the prescription like any LEGAL/LEGIT prescription should be. Then after almost 2 hours of this drilling as if Iam some kind of drug addict, after begging him to call this physician so I can just get this done! I finally said just forget it! I left CVS in cordele and went to Walgreens in cordele and got my medicine filled within 20 minutes!! Worst experience of my life and very humiliating!! Ryan should not even be allowed to work with sick people! Will never ever use CVS in cordele ga. again!! U want good professional friendly fast service go to WALGREENS or WALMART pharmacy! U dont want Ryan helping u or handling your medications!

We love the pharmacists and their staff. Very helpful and answer all of our questions. Buy all our meds here. Dont buy too much from the store itself...unfortunately Walmarts priceis still cheaper even witg CVS coupons.

The Store was very clean. You could up and down the isles they were not, blocked the people were very kind and didnt mind helping you out.
