I have gotten really good service from the young ladies during my visit they have done and excellent job helping me with my concerns.

I WOULD NOT DUE BUSINESS WITH CRICKET... THE EMPLOYESS ARE RUDE AND WHY SHOULD YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO PAY IN THE STORES... THEY SELL FAULTY EQUIPMENT..

Employees not friendly at all. Act like it is such a burden to wait on you.

This is the worst place to do business if your IQ is above 70. Crickets service itself is fine but this store is not even what I would call a business. I felt like I was at a circus. I happened to be walking in at the same time as a fight in the Walmart parking lot. All the employees went outside to watch and left me in the store by myself. I also have heard conversations about baby daddies not paying child support. If you arent ghetto and speak in complete sentences, stay away from this store. Seriously. The one in Tifton is so much better.

Some of the employees(excluding one black woman who was helpful, cant remember her) were horrible. They are young and were acting very immature. The cell phones and plans though are amazing, great quality and value.Cell Phones, Service Plans: 5/5Customer Service: 2/5

I have been with Sprint about 20 years with great service. I moved to an area where Sprint has no service so I gave Cricket a try. Great pricing and service in my area but the spam calls have passed the point of harassment! Called Cricket at which time they changed my number but Nico advised that I would probably still recieve the same calls as its a goverment thing. Today is the second day with the new number and the same calls are coming. Great service if you can withstand the 20+ spam calls per day. Changing to Straight Talk whuch my son has and never receives these types of calls.

The plans are really good but one of the workers was mostly on her phone while I was talking to her about my phone situation and she was very inpatient. She is young but that’s no excuse to give bad service to a client.
