The guy behind the counter changed my headlight free of charge. I offered him a tip but he said it wasnt necessary. After watching how he did it. I dont believe I couldve. He really bailed me out this weekend. Last time one changed my wipers on a rainy day. These folks always save my behind.

Brenda went above and beyond for our family. We were traveling from up north to Florida and our van broke down. She let our kids use the bathroom even called her husband in for backup! Words cannot express how thankful we were for her smiling face at Advance Auto Parts in Cordele, Georgia. She was knowledgable and compassionate! She deserves a raise and some recognition for her hard work and positive attitude!

If you dont have a receipt, dont even bother. Not the most helpful staff...management in particular. A few of the older guys try, but are just a little slow. I eill price compare and go to Auto zone from here on out.
