Absolutely delicious ice cream to back up a great concept! So many flavors and cereals to choose from and ways to customize all the way down to the flavor of the cone! (I chose midnight vanilla and the cone was black!). The topping options and drizzle flavors are endless and the staff really make each creation with care and aesthetic in mind!

This place is amazing -- both staff and the ice cream creations. If its your first time there, they walk you through the options and even offer ideas if you dont know what you want. Jared is an awesome worker and has great energy. Its always a delight when he is working!

There was absolutely no reason for it to be that good, this ice cream was easily the best I’ve ever had and the menu and how cool it was to order you ice cream was super easy. great trained and super nice staff, and endless options to choose from would easily recommend to everyone and would give 10 starts if I could!!!

Delilah is an absolutely magnificent employee. I asked for a vanilla milkshake with Cinnamon Toast Crunch, honey drizzle, along with nutter butter topping and she made it to perfection. Highly recommend this establishment!

Ice cream is good, concept is cool. What I didnt care for was the employee who in the middle of making my ice cream stopped to pick up the dirty phone then proceeded to use the same hand to individually place my toppings onto my ice cream. I get the store phone needs to be answered but at least remove the glove you already have on your hand and replace it when done.

Went to MilkyWay’s tonight and was greeted by the amazing and friendly Delilah. She made my chocolate raspberry ice cream just the way I like it. Delilah is dope.

I went to Milky Ways for the first time today. The girl at the counter was so friendly & kind. She wanted to know if it was the first time I had been there, & she thoroughly explained the menu & how it worked to me, then she gave me some time to think about my choices. My ice cream was delicious & I had such a pleasant experience due to the wonderful staff member! I will definitely go back!

Just left Milky Way’s ice cream and cereal bar in Coram. The cashier Sophia was so kind and so welcoming. The staff is always great there. Always nice, happy and smiling which is always appreciated when you’re going for your favorite nighttime snack! Would definitely rate it 10 out of 10 if possible!

This place is sick! They have great customer service and the atmosphere is great. I would recommend this place to anyone, not the mention the ice cream is absolutely phenomenal.

I use to travel 40 mins to get some Ice cream that’s how good it is. You can’t go wrong everything they have is 10/10 and the staff is great. I’m just happy they have new place in Huntington which is much closer to me.

This place was absolutely incredible!!!! My friend and I went in there and asked to be surprised with a waffle. The worker, Jared, surprised us with a waffle of his own creation. He made a waffle with Reese’s puffs inside the waffle and oh top of it as well. With brownie bits along with chocolate and peanut butter drizzle with a vanilla ice cream on it. The waffle was INCREDIBLYAMAZING!!!! We also had the milkshake special: “You’ve never had Biscoff like this before.” In that shake it was a vanilla milkshake with biscoff cookie and Cap’n Crunch blended with cookie butter around the brim with a cookie on top. That milkshake was DELICIOUS!!!! Overall experience was amazing!!!!

Very clean store and very fresh ingredients. There are plenty of great combinations that you can make with any of your favorite cereals. Sadly, theres only one machine to make the ice cream so theres a bit of a wait when theres a lot of people.

Milky ways cereal bar deserves more than 5 stars, but google wouldn’t let me add more. 9:45 on a Saturday night and all my boyfriend and I wanted was ice cream. The other big chain ice cream shops we settle for all close at 10pm. We did a brief google search for ice cream and lone behold found Milky Way which closes at 11pm, “this will be decent” we thought. We thought wrong, it was beyond decent, it was incredible. Cereal and ice cream, who would’ve thought? Milky Way, milky way thought. The staff’s customer service skills are impeccable and the space is super trendy, complete with black light. So happy we found our new spot!

Drove there. Went inside. There were 5-6 employees standing around who informed us they dont open until 2. Even though Google says 12. Even though the door says 12. Had to put a screaming child and disappointed family in the car and go to Carvel.

Finally went into the Coram location after months of Instagram stalking LOL. Went in this afternoon around 2, i wish I grabbed the ladies names but I didnt of course. They were amazing. Being first timers the cashier went over the menu and everything with us, which she did great & was so friendly. The second girl made our order perfect (which my trix shake was heaven) was very friendly as well, they had such nice personalities & great customer service skills.We love cereal so it was only right we finally checked them out and I am so glad we finally did. Thanks for making our first time at Milky Way so perfect, we cant wait to come back!

The most delicious place ever!

In a time of COVID-19 awareness, this place knows how to do it right. We arrived and they kindly asked if we would wait outside for a few minutes, as they have a 6 person maximum at this time. In addition, the person who asked us to wait outside was extremely nice and apologetic. We placed our order and they were out of one of the cereals we asked for. Once again, the server was extremely nice and apologetic. We ordered 2 shakes and 2 cones between the 4 of us and everything was fresh and very tasty. The toppings were not stale and you could even hear the cereal crunching within the ice cream. The place is absolutely immaculate. The machines are cleaned after every order quickly and completely. This is a great concept and I wish there were more locations throughout Long Island!

This place was on our summer bucket list. We had to get there before summer was over and so glad we did. Ice cream tastes exactly like the cereal you choose. So many choices. The kids LOVED it. They actually ate their whole cones. The staff was amazing. SUPER polite and accommodating. It was so nice to see young kids act so professional. We asked their names (Ashley and Sophia and a few others were hard at work). It isn’t super close to us, but we will definitely be back

Horrible dirt bags made children wait outside at 830 for a half hour to come out at 8.59 and say they our taking no more orders and to go home lowlife owners for sure I worked in many places you tell last person on line at 8:30 we are not taken anymore orders. And finish whomever is left even if you have to stay past 9 they are getting paid still .total dirtbags

Fantastic! The ice cream is delicious and the creative concoctions are just about endless.This was our second time there and the staff, Tim and Aniyah were amazing. They were friendly, professional, polite and helpful while we navigated the numerous combinations. They listened carefully to our specific choices (Thank You!). Tim created a “chocolate surprise me” that my daughter said was “DELICIOUS ”. My other daughter got her ice cream creation in a red velvet cone, which she was surprised tasted exactly like red velvet! I had my chocolate ice cream with rice krispies, cheese cake bites and caramel drizzle in a toasted coconut cone...yum! Now, what to create next time?!?I would definitely recommend. It is a bit pricey but portions are kinda big and it is really delicious!!

Just visited with my friend who lived near by and everything was excellent. All the people working tonight were great - very friendly. Ice cream was different - very good. I got a cone and it was excellent and so big I had to save some for tomorrow.

Rude employees!!! cashier gave me total back sass and did a poor job at explaining the concept to me they got annoyed when i asked a question. i was VERY confused. took me 37 minutes just to receive one simple ice cream. they seriously need to get it together because there was only 3 other people in the store with me. super expensive not to mention. barely got any toppings and drizzle. also it was really dirty in there. there was a weird smell right when you walk in and it made it super unappealing and unappetizing. will not be returning. would not be coming back.

The shop was really clean and the person making the ice cream was super friendly. He made the ice cream cups really good, you can tell that he cares and wants to produce a quality ice cream sundae. The ice cream sundae isn’t your traditional ice cream sundae but a blended “create your own flavor” kinda sundae. We ordered 6 ice creams and they were all delicious. We will go again!

Tried this place due to all the hype but was not impressed. I thought cereal and ice cream would be a good mix but ended up not enjoying it. Also they allowed a customer in the store that wasnt wearing a mask and that was being very obnoxious.
