This place is beautiful. The latte tasted incredible, and the price was very fair (less than a Starbucks drink!). I only stopped by on my trip, but I would come back if I could!!

I absolutely love this place and come in at least a few times a week! The staff are absolutely wonderful and super friendly. The atmosphere is cozy and laid back, with plenty of comfy seating. There are lots of really unique drink options, and everything Ive tried has been wonderful! I cant recommend this shop highly enough.

My favorite coffee shop in the Iowa City area. Besides the usual selection, they offer some coffee flavors and teas that I dont see elsewhere, like their killer taro latte. And they have a lot more comfortable seating than most shops. Theyre rad.

Coming from the Northwest to the midwest good coffee places have been hard to find. This is one of the best places we have found. Atmosphere is nice and comfortable and so are the chairs!

It was nice and quiet. People had large coffee or small espressos and snacks. Its right off the highway and the perfect place to study and work peacefully with out any loud interruptions. Two lattes are easily under $10. The Batista was quite kind as well. I recommend going there and I plan on visiting again. (I had purple latte, although I will omit flavoring next time because it is already sweet.)I found it on Google with a high rating and had checked it out with my boyfriend. Love it after the first try. I may bring a friend the next visit. ✌☕💓

This is one of my favorite coffee shop in Iowa City because of the staff, atmosphere, and green tea latte. It is both the perfect place to study and to catch up with friends. It is hard to find a coffee shop that is perfect for both!

Nice place, service and coffee. I come here maybe once a week, however, they seem to be closed a lot even though their website and door opening hours say they are open. Cars (inc. Myslef) keep arriving, checking the door and having to leave - its rather annoying. Id have to give this place a 2* in reliability.

This is a pretty cool coffee shop. People come here to study. The drinks are really good. They have some food and its fine, but nothing extrodinary. They have WiFi and a chill vibe. There are tables for groups and some comfy chairs up front.

Decor is almost hilariously bad, think 90s chic, but the coffee and espresso and macarons are the best around, and the staff are very professional and kind. Highly recommend if you value quality cappuccino, and the siphon coffee is great too.

Great atmosphere and good place to study

If you havent seen Caffe Crema while driving down the Coralville strip its probably because you blinked. This is a coffee shop that you shouldnt miss out on.They have so much that set them apart from some of the other local coffee joints in the area. If you hit them up with the right barista and its not overwhelmingly busy you will get some pretty cool latte art. Its always nice to know a little extra thought and creativity went into the making of your drink. If you get your coffee to stay and relax for awhile or be productive and get some work done they will deliver your drink right to your table which shows that extra level of service.My husband swears up and down that they have the best iced coffee in town. I personally love their matcha latte which you can also get iced if its a hot day. So if you havent seen Caffe Crema on the strip keep your eyes open they are across the street from Reunion Brewery and Dunkin Donuts and swing on by. Be the judge of my husband and my debate age old debate and let us know which you prefer, iced coffee or matcha latte.

Among my favorite coffeeshops in the Iowa City area. They feature house concoctions that I really enjoy (especially the Firenzi) and, although their food menu is limited, the turkey sandwich is far better than I expected (only $6 for a sandwich + coffee). They have a few regular baristas that are knowledgeable and friendly. Since I exclusively use coffeeshops for studying, I appreciate that Caffe Crema consistently has tables available, even when busy, although the internet speed often suffers if there are more than a handful of customers.
