Unwelcome to disabled people.ALL wheelchairs are completely blocked off by carts with no room to squeeze through. The ONLY way was to have my friend climb on top of the carts to get to it. Nobody helped us.

I left my wallet at the checkout counter. Didn’t realize it till I was home 65 miles away. Called them up and it was in lost and found. Picked it up at the courtesy counter the next morning and Addison made sure I checked for anything missing before I left.. Fantastic service and relief!!

The gentleman that checked us out was very friendly, not too chatty but seemed genuine to carry on a conversation. Very refreshing as the young kids working today dont really take the time to ask questions about out shopping experience or just friendly in general.

Targets employees are very nice and very helpful the store was pretty crowded so I wore a mask there were plenty of people in there without a mask

I really like shopping at Target and would definitely recommend this to everyone.They have great deals on baby products especially diapers , wipes & formulas.Other than that they have deals on beauty section & household sections also.They have a app named cartwheel which has good offers aswell.The Starbucks location inside target offers cash back if you pay with your red card.

After my experience today. I will not be shopping at Target again. I was a dedicated Target shopper. I am a person whom praises good service by spending my money where I feel they deserve it, despite higher prices and even inconvenience. I believed they had great customer service which is why I continued to go back. And I once worked there.I ordered a Black Friday deal online at opening. (6AM). It was one of their TV deals. The kind of deal that everyone knows comes only once a year on Black Friday, so I was lucky to have it, and I relaxed the rest of the morning waiting for the moment when I could go pick up my order. I was counting on Target. I could have gotten a better deal else where or at least a similar deal. However, hours later I found out they could not fulfill my order. It is now after 11am. I felt so satisfied that I was getting the deal that I didn’t keep shopping for a TV. Went to pick up my order and they don’t have the TV. There is “nothing” they can do. And they literally did nothing, but explain to me how they had a lot of online orders and they apologized for their mistake.They suggested I come in and shop for a new TV. During the pandemic and multiple managers said their was nothing they could do. And made excuses about the fact that they had 1200 online orders. I understand how busy it gets. I used to work at Target at one time. But they did nothing to make it right. And my bank account has still not been refunded the money for the TV. Even when it does get refunded I still feel they did me wrong. They messed up and I am the one dealing with that. Those kind of deals come once a year. And I missed all the other opportunities because I was counting on Target.With that said, I will not be shopping at Target anymore. When it comes to where I choose to spend my money, that’s one thing I will hold a grudge on forever.

I went to Starbucks with my grandpa. I went first to Barnes and Nobel but they didn’t have the syrup I wanted so I went to target. The staff was great and their customer service was great as well. Every time I go to Starbucks I get the same order but this time it didn’t taste similar or closed to what I get. I didn’t even drink it I just threw it away. I was very disappointed

I placed an order yesterday my order # is 1066778242312 I did a curbside pick up. When I got home I saw that 2 of the sling stacking chairs in Tan were damaged, they had paint chipped off in a few place & were scratched. I called the store to try to return them and they told me that I had to come into the store. I asked if they could just exchange the chairs so I didnt have to go into the store. I explained that the reason I did curbside pick up is because I am not suppose to go into the store. I am high risk for Covid 19, I am 68 years old, a cardiac patient, & had cancer, those are 3 high risk factors. The manager said that he would not exchange the chairs unless I came into the store because he needed a credit card, Anytime I have exchanged or returned something they just looked up my Target credit card number & find the order. So apparently my health & safety is not important to Target. While I was waiting for my order I witnessed a lot of people going into to target without masks, so this is very risky for me. Before the pandemic I shopped a lot at Target I have been a loyal customer and this is how I am treated. I will make sure that I tell everyone that I know how I was treated & there are other places that I can shop from in the future!

I dont think I have ever had a bad experience at Target. This location is generally friendly, inclusive, and full of great finds. Recently, Ive been looking for African American baby dolls for my nieces ( specifically twin dolls and ones with accessories). I checked Walmart and Amazon first. I live closer to Walmart and I have Amazon prime. The options were minimal and sad compared to the options for Caucasian baby dolls. This was disheartening and frustrating. So, I decided to check Target’s website. I immediately found 4 great options! Targets selection was better in quantity, appearance, and variety. I would love to see even more one day. From my experience , Target is equitable and knows how to target all custumers. For their constant effort to adjust to and support societys needs, I will continue to support them.

Lots of everything to choose from at reasonable prices! Staff were friendly and attentive and were there when i needed to ask a question. The whole store was clean and I liked that, The fact that there was a Starbucks right inside Was convenient too! Would come back!

Hate how this Target is connected to the mall & all the way towards the end of the mall. You practically have to drive towards the mall to go to this Target.

Every time I have bought items at this store they ring up much more expensive than marked on the sales tags because of how unorganized it is and how many items are incorrectly stocked. Literally every time I come to the store this happens so I just start taking pictures of the sale tags before going to the registers.

I love the atmosphere, friendly staff, a variety of fruits (but not vegetables) there! A little bit high price than Walmart, but high quality!It was the first time for me to be in Target, Erik in grocery section was really helpful to find the products. Thank you very much! I strongly believe that Target will be my priority!

I like Target. Its fairly clean, the employees are helpful and polite, you carry most of the things Im looking for on a regular basis.

This Target is good. It would really be great as a Super Target but I guess theyre restricted to the size of the space they have. It seems like theyre always out of Mio Sport, as well.

This is probably the worst Target within a 100 mile radius, to no fault of the employees. The organization of the store is very poor and it is extremely difficult to walk around the store with a shopping cart; I am constantly bumping into things or having to physically lift my cart to get around clothing racks and shelves. It is IMPOSSIBLE when the store is even slightly busy, because if one cart doesnt fit, theres no way two will. Besides this, the staff that work here are great! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful, and the store is very clean and always faced well. There are almost never any wait times when checking out; one time, the line went all the way to the back of the store, but I waited a maximum of five minutes to check out. I blame the higher-ups for the way the store is mapped out, but other than this, its a great place to shop!

Customer service. Manager Phil keeps an eye on details. He seems to be everywhere at once helping to keep things running smoothly. Great staff backing him up as well. Love Cartwheel and the Target App for saving done all in my phone! Plus I save 5% with either my Redcards!

That moment when your wife has you hold on to her phone because her pockets are too small and she wants to look around the womens clothing at target. You find a seat nearby wishing it were a nice recliner or even some sort of in store furniture that you may be inclined to buy after the test drive...so there you are waiting patiently and 15 min go by so you stand up to look for her by she is too short to see over the clothing racks. So you try to call her and realize you have her phone...

Its clean! Drive up is an amazing addition. Being able to use the Cartwheel app allows me to save money. There are ALWAYS multiple registers open, and people willing to help you if needed.

Was incredibly easy from start (online order) to finish (pickup). Pickup person was friendly and quick.

A gal Mary Ann went above and beyond, since of course the clearance didnt ring up right and they try to tell you its not the right ones, when clearly the 2 sign is directly in front of all 4 shelves.She got it fixed tho. So its worth a shout out!Otherwise, nice clean store. But Im noticing theyre beginning to shelve during the day, making it harder to go around when more than 1 is in the aisle.

Not a super Target but still a lot of groceries which is nice. Still getting adjusted to this store and find it hard to navigate at times but its getting better. Employees are usually friendly although some cashiers are slow as all get out. I love Target for picking up everything I need in one place. I do advise avoiding the store on weekends as it is crazy busy and hard to get through people to shop.

The checkout help was great. They may have been new and needed to call a manager over but he was thoughtful under pressure of a growing line and the manager was quick to help and nice as well

Target is the best but the new Starbucks is not good. The workers are very inexperienced and do not know the proper way to make drinks. I asked for a java chip frappachino and it had no coffee and no flavor. 1/10 would NOT recommend.

I often leave surprised that the store doesnt carry the products I need. Im talking about common, over the counter medicines.

Clean, plenty of checkouts open. Isles are wide enough. Can get food and alcohol there. Open late. Its connected to the mall.

I was having trouble figuring out how to get my cartwheel coupon to work. I was at the self checkout and the gentlemen working then came over and showed me how to use the coupon from my phone and was very nice about it.

This Target is one of my favorites for sure. Its easy to navigate and always clean, and I almost always walk out with what I was looking for and more. They have a big selection of music, electronics, and groceries.

Looooooove Target! Its so hard walking in here for a single item and not stopping to look at everything. Friendly, helpful staff. I love this store even more because of how inclusive and accepting theyve been with the laws on restrooms in other states! Im glad this company stands up for diversity:) cant get enough!

Use to work there 4 years ago, and ever since they decided to let me go Ive always noticed Ive been followed by their employees. Me and my wife couldnt even shop there. I forward the bs to Target corporate, nothing has been done about it. Im just thankful we decided to leave coralville Iowa. Nothing but very rude people, nasty places!
