Purchased a 1g cartridge in April, tried it last week for the first time and it was blocked and did not heat up.Took it back only to find out that they have had issues with the 1g cartridges. Wont exchange or substitute. Offered discount on a 0.5G cartridge…. I called customer service and explained to her. The lady on the other end said that there’s nothing she could say or do… I have to decant into a MUV cartridge as they don’t block up and the service is streets ahead of these plonkers!

Customer service is always above and beyond. Pre-rolls are rolled really well and not tight like other competition out there. Always a pleasure when I stop by.

The dispensary is only good for potent thc cartridges and thats it. Besides that they are still overpriced and I just tried their whole flower and it looks like mini’s. They are also very dry. 1/5 stars on the bud 4/5 stars for the carts. Express pickup isnt really express. Customer service is just too slow. They are misleading with express.

This was my first visit to a Fluent store. I live 4 hours away but stopped during a stay in Tamarac. Absolutely excellent service and clean space. All of the staff were friendly and knowledgeable on the products. I got a great first time visit deal and am quite happy with the selections recommended for what I was seeking. I plan on visiting my local store and hope its as good as this one.

Lovely people, went there last week they helped me out with picking out some products. Got 2 cartridges with flower. The flower is okay, not much kief when you grind compared to truelieve. But the 2 cartridges super orange almost light brownish color. And I dont know if its supposed to happen but the air bubble was moving to the top so fast. Most carts Im used to dont do that. It was probably made wrong I dont know or maybe thats just how their carts are. Good thing is that the cart works. But Im just gonna stick to trulieve 👍Edit:So I got done with the carts 2 days ago and I can honestly say it was very bad. Never buy carts from this place. I dont know what they did to these carts but I coughed excessively, more than ever before while inhaling carts from this place. I know vapor sits at the back of the throat for a while and causes excessive coughing. But this was just bad. I thought maybe it was the voltage of the battery, so I turned it down since I have the option to. Made no difference, excessively coughing to the point where Id have a very sore throat. I honestly dont know if it was just me or If i inhaled wrong but I have never had such a bad experience with carts in the time that i have started using them. I enjoyed the flower though, that was fine.

Beat my expectations! Robert one of the staff he is my favorite he is so helpful. I always feel like its my first time as far as the amount of info Im given. The staff already remembered my name after only one time being there. Great variety of products with amazing deals of the week.

Curbside takes forever...I’ve been here multiple times. The in-store experience is GREAT! They have a very knowledgeable staff and a good product line.But the order online pick up curbside option is garbage. I should not be waiting outside in my car for 15+ minutes when I already placed my order ahead of time. Please note I’ve used this option twice and it was not a fluke. It really takes that long for someone to assist!

This place is AMAZING!! We usually go to another company (won’t name drop) but that place never has flower, takes too long to fill online orders, long wait lines, and no control. We decided to go to Fluent because they had good ratings and was very close to our house. Awesome staff. Clean place. Great prices, and offer coupons. The flower is top notch. Orders were filled within an hour of being placed. Wonderful experience!!! Recommend to everyone.

Great location. Nice inside, clean. Store is small but thats okay. Staff was friendly. They offer curbside pick up. You can also place orders online or via phone. They DO have weekly discounts as well as others (birthday, ect). Product is good quality.Its nice to have access to this medicine within my city!

I went there about 2 weeks ago and purchased a cartridge from them and some flower.. The flower was dry and did not help my pain and the cartridge tasted like pencil shavings and the oil was brown and the cotton from the coil was in the oil... i called customer service and they said i was supposed to receive a refund but i went back and they said they couldnt do it but exchange it and it still had that nasty taste to it. The staff was very nice upon my arrival into the dispensary. I was greeted almost immediately by the young lady with the beautiful curly hair behind the desk. Everyone that I spoke to during my visit seemed to be very knowledgeable, Juliana, my consultant for the day, she made sure that I was getting the correct products needed for me, made sure I knew all the discounts that I could apply while I was there, overall great experience. Will definitely visit again in the future.

Is the best dispensary there is in south florida, it has the most promotions per week than any other dispensary. And the discounts repeat them self’s every week so you have a consistency on how much you will spend in the month.

People there are very nice and the place is clean but the only problem is they never have anything you want to buy period like literally one type of weed is all they ever have and its usually really expensive. I go to this place when I dont feel like driving out to Hollywood which is where the best dispensary is that I have found.

This is one of the best dispensaries that I have ever visited in the state of FL! There is usually a wide selection of products every time I go, and my pickup orders are always ready on time.
