Customer service is top notch! They have awesome products you cant find anywhere else like Westherwash. It turns raw wood into barn wood. Carmel corn. And free apples. What more could you want?

Friendly staff nicely organized and you definitely want to browse! A nice variety of beautiful plants orchids and shrubs and hardware. Honey, nuts and snacks also available.

First visit. Clean, cozy, warmly lit, golden floors, balanced product selection-- not too much or too little, inviting displays, zen-like patio and garden decor. Super helpful, friendly employees. Easy to find things. Found what we needed at a great price.

This place is amazing! The employees really go above and beyond. Not only are they super friendly theyre also very helpful in assisting you. Very knowledgeable to boot. In my opinion they are better than Lowes and Home Depot.

Always someone around to help. I love that Im not having to chase someone down, only to be told hes waiting on another customer. That happens 100% at the other home supply store, south on University. This store excels in customer service. If youve not been there, give it a try. You can park conveniently in front and walk only a short distance. It will open up you eyes to what its really like to be treated as a valued customer.

The staff are so amazing, polite, knowledgeable, and genuinely polite. The prices arent overly overpriced, but a bit. But i will say, if you have it, it is 150% worth the tiny bit of extra cash for the extra love and attention you receive from the outstanding employees.

Have always loved Orchard, sad to see it closing, except after today. 30-70% off everything. (Mostly 30%) sign by all products, so i look at price and deduct 30%, all good. Go to register with 14 things, floored at price.....apparently price marked WAS ALREADY 30% off....YIKES!!!!!

This is a really interesting store. Its so much easier getting in and out compared to home depot or lowes. It also carries unique items that you dont find at any other hardware store. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

Orchard Supply is a great store. Its clean, orderly, well stocked, and filled with helpful, friendly associates. The store caters to home improvement and repair types without the bulk contractor traffic. Seriously, the only thing missing from the down-home feel is the potbelly stove, crackers and pickles.

Great attitude, nice place.... but the pop-up stopper that I bought there for $17, I found id later in Amazon and Home Depot for just $7 (exactly the same one). Anyway, great attention and customer service when I returned it.

I love this store. The employees are professional and friendly. The store is organized and clean. Also it has unique items throughout in each department, such as, decorations for the garden to the outside furniture.

Whats wrong with these people? I just called up and they are extremely nonchalant and rude. I get transferred and I hear hello? What do you want?. I understand they are going out of business, but dont treat your customers like that, and also, you dont answer the phone as if someone was calling your home! I work in customer service and I understand its hard, especially when closing, but why act like that to a customer when they are simply asking a question? Its uncalled for.

I cannot believe Loews is closing this store. Best service EVER!!!! Weve spent thousands of $$$ in this store. We will NEVER shop in a Loews again. And I will pass it on to the 20thousand people that I work with at a large south Florida healthcare system.

Simply the best hardware store Ive been to in years!!!! Almost the size of Lowes, Amazing service (5 different employees asked me if they could help me find something!) and all at good prices!!! Customer Service is alive and well here! I have a Lowes 5 mins away and a Home Depot 7 mins away, but drive 20 mins to go here - They are that good!!!
