Moti has all the knowledge you could ever want. While this is a smaller location, it doesnt matter. They have a very good selection and can get you anything you want. Some of the weapons they have you will never find anywhere else. Im the type to ask 100 questions and Moti answered every one of them with professionalism. He even called suppliers to verify how many weapons were made in a limited edition model for me. I highly recommend this location. Super friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. I only went in to get some information on firearms in Florida. The old guy behind the counter was nice and actually gave pretty good information. We asked if he knew of any good ranges and pointed us out to Gun World of South Florida, turned out to be a great place.

This place was great. Very knowledgeable. I would go back there in a heartbeat. I bought a weapon online and had it shipped to Masa. They stayed open an extra half hour to wait for me while I was stuck in traffic!!If I would have known better I could have gotten a better weapon there at a better price than I ordered on line.

Guys seem nice, transfer fee is the most expensive Ive paid in 10 years, 60 dollars. I might buy ammo but guns and transfer fees are way to high.

Helped me get stuck screws out of a Trijicon RMR mounted on a Glock G19. Got a bit of cosmetic damage on the RMR from drilling but whatevs. It wasnt terribly expensive for the service either.

This place may look small from the outside and even small when you walkin but they have a great selection of firearms for sale and their prices are very low. I drive 3 hours (from Orlando) to purchase guns and suppressors there, thats how great and affordable they are.

My first time there an we were talking like we were friends. Moti was very helpful. I had a problem with my hand gun and it was fixed in like 2 mins. I will definitely be back. It is finally nice to be around real people who arent trying to rip you off.

Great gun shop - Ive been to several shops in South and West Florida, and this is likely the smallest in size but the best in service.Moti is great guy, he is wealth of knowledge and he does everything by the book (considering the type of commodity he handles thats a good sign). He also sees through in people, and I can tell he wont do business with wrong customers (again, and I like that about him)The shop is small, but its packed with various rifle, handgun, accessories, list goes on. They also provide gunsmith service which I havent tried.Price is decent, you can also do the search and they are one of many local shops participates in on-line offer service, and Masa is always below everyone else in South Florida.Does Masa offer all the fancy Hollywood style guns? Nope. But they carry practical guns, guns that meant to be used and enjoyed. Sure the owner might be opinionated, but I did research I agree with his opinion.I never felt pressured to buy here, we have good long chat, I go home with homework, and make a decision and call back next day or next month. All good.As for all the negative reviews...I dont get it, but you know the man can refuse business, thats his right.

They were very rude and disrespectful, their prices are marked up very high. I went in and the first 3 minutes before I even knew which weapon I liked they were asking me If I was going to buy today or not real annoying sales tactics and I would never go back their in my lifetime. They were so intent on selling that same day that I could not even find a product I liked I mean honestly by the 2nd weapon he showed me he pretty much told me if I was not buying today then come back when I was buying and he would show me then. Horrible experience. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!

This may be a great gunshop, however, the fact that Matt Adika is doing videos with Thomas Gucciardi from Armory Express/Weapons Educations is very concerning as Thomas Gucciardi is not an hosest business man and is swindling people as you read this!!! One should wonder about a person who is friends with crooks.

I am looking to purchase my first firearm and attempted to enter the store twice to learn and find out what was best for me. The staff almost seemed annoyed that I was in the store asking question. The customer service is terrible and will never attempt to make another purchase there ever again. The older gentleman was rude and very dismissive of any questions. Stay away from this store.

I entered the gun store to look to see if they had an F&N handgun and I was about o look and the clerk in there told me to get the F**** and started making threatening motions towards me, so I left... Awful customer service, the guy should not be allowed to operate any business where he treats potential customers like that!!! Dont buy anything from this guy!
