There is a women in the skin department who is very rude and pushy. I struggle with acne and walked in there just to pick up some makeup but was forced to listen to a women talk to me about skin products. She told me “I would be a great candidate for this product” which is extremely unprofessional to tell someone their skin is bad enough for a product. She should ask me if i was interested, and I definitely wasn’t after her approach. Then I had a young women at the front shake up a product for me that i clearly told her i didn’t want shook because it’s my preference, she did not care. I’m sick and tired of all the unprofessional and entitled people who work here. seriously go to a different ulta, coral springs is NOT it!

This is a great place to purchase gifts, or gift cards for the ladies. They also take hair appointments. There is a large selection of products. I rated a four because they do not carry most Clarins skin care products, which is what I use. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!. Walked around the store for almost 25 minutes. No help. No one asked. Looked at me a turned their heads. Which made it difficult to ask. Employees conversing with one another.

I love this store , it’s so much better than Sephora . Ulta is the best place to be & the workers really help you out even if you don’t ask them , they’ll come up behind you & ask you if you need anything , such a great place to walk into. Hopefully I get called for an interview since I applied lol :) but Stephanie was really sweet & showed a lot of interest in helping me look for what I needed.

Was very excited to send my wife in with her gift card to splurge a bit. Terrible customer service. When the manager was needed, literally all he did was laugh at her and tell her she needed to leave and call customer service for her issue. Grameer turned a fun night sour for us. If you want your hair done but dont have a specific hair stylist go to Ulta! They all know what theyre doing. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Will be there again!

Its okay. The people come off friendly when you walk in. When I asked for help it seems like the person wanted to help but dont care to help at the same time. I absolutely dont know anything about perfume or makeup but if someone tries hard enough to convince me to buy something, I will. Im not a difficult person to convince especially when Im purchasing something for someone else. So I left as the end result. I went online and made my purchases there instead.

This location advertises curbside pickup however, I called and called and called with no answer when I went to pick up my order. I had to go inside.Looks like the person who was supposed to be handling curbside got pulled away to help an in store customer. The cashier of course cant leave the register but here are a few things that could have happened.Cashier could have answered the phone and asked me to wait.The curbside employee could be given a cordless phone.Covid is still running rampant and curbside services are very important to me. I am ONLY giving business to places that offer it. I should not have had to go inside.Patience is, of course, needed from everyone right now. But no one even answered the phone to ask me to wait.When I walked in there were no customers in queue for the cashier. Nor did anyone walk out with purchases from the time I pulled up to the store. This means that your cashier at the register ignored the phone knowing that the curbside person was busy.Whoever this store manager is, I hope they get their team on program.

Love this salon! Ive been having my hair done here for the last 2 years by Ricke and he is fantastic! He does a great job with my color, highlights and cuts. Ive also gotten Ultas keratin treatment multiple times as well and Ricke is an expert at it. Love the convenience of being able to shop while waiting for my color, and they always have the products I need in stock. Great store and even better stylist!

Lindsey was the best hair stylist I’ve had in a long time! This was my first hair styling experience at Ulta, I was originally suppose to see Ricky until I called on a day where he wasn’t going to be there. I went New Year’s Day, Lindsey said she would do my hair over the phone. I took the appointment right away and had the best experience with her. She knew exactly what I wanted when i described my concerns to her . She does excellent with blondes!!! My hair was really grown out and dead on the ends! A complete transformation she made on my hair! It’s healthy, perfectly layered and cut! The color is GORGEOUS blended beautifully! I’m so happy she’s my new hair stylist from now on! Ulta better take care of her, she’s a GEM! I’m so thankful she was there ! Looking forward to my next follow up with her and maintains this blonde! My fiancé was very happy I definitely got very lucky that night thanks to Lindsey ❤️ She was gentle, efficient, worked fast! She has her redken hair certification so her foils are sooo EVEN and well distributed! Plus she keeps up with great conversations which makes time go by much faster! Loved her !

STEPHANIE IS AMAZING!I recently got my brows done at the Benefit Brow Bar. I had no idea they did brows until I came in one day and an employee named Stephanie offered me a free “brow mapping” which consisted of outlining the brows to show how they would look after waxed. I told her I have been getting them threaded forever because I was traumatized from getting burned a few years ago at a salon. She assured me she keeps her wax very low and its for sensitive skin. I was curious about the brow mapping so I proceeded to sit down. After she showed me I understood what it was. She recommended getting the brow wax and I had a good feeling about her so i gave in. Lord and behold it was the best experience ever. The wax was the perfect soothing temperature and she was very delicate and meticulous. The shape was amazing. I have sparse brows so she made sure to keep some hairs to give me a guideline of where to fill my brows. I love them and her! Go see Stephanie at the Brow Bar!

I had an appointment for a haircut and when I arrived, they told me that the stylist I was supposed to see no longer works there, and asked me if I could come back later (3 hours later, specifically). I understand things happen, but nobody could have called me before I arrived to explain that my appointment would need to be rescheduled? Will not return to this salon again.

This is the closest Ulta to me and a very nice store. They carry certain brands I like. The staff has improved, more people friendly then in the past. The only downside, its a busy location and sometimes stock is out on an item I wanted. I call first.

Highly disappointed with my visit today. Im taking time to speak to you all not from a place of guilt or paranoia but rather as a concerned 20 year resident of Coral Springs. Typically, I make runs to Ulta alone so I can concentrate on what I need to get. Today I am running errands with my children and desperately needing to buy shampoo. What a mistake I quickly learned that would become.What was supposed to be a pickup of 2 items turned to 4 or 5. Now I am very comfortable and understanding when it comes to using a basket. Lets face it, sometimes for these stores the use of baskets is their main line of defense from shoplifters.So here I am with three children running an errand inside of my neighborhood Ulta. Someone quickly asks if I wanted the basket that I rejected minutes ago and I finally cave in because Im holding more than 2 items now. As I am walking from the end of the store to the front, the security person in full on uniform is staring at me and the children so bizarrely and endlessly that my 6 year old notices first and says why is that person looking at us creepy.So now the mom in me kicks in and I leave all the items with that security person and shame the store on the way out. Sadly, I had to have a quick stranger danger conversation with my kids because I dont want to have to get into what it really was. I was mind boggled that this store that I give my business to would one day become a place of pure discomfort. Now, Im wondering how many other people that has happened to. Im left feeling offended and violated in my own neighborhood infront of my children.Ofcourse as I am pulling out of the parking lot I decided to make a u-turn and get the s#%* that I came to buy. Because face it some of us dont have time to be inconvenienced. So I went back in without the kids, spoke with management and purchased my items. The manager apologized for the girls behavior and stated that she would continue to make an effort to fix the problem she knows that she has. My arms are in the air today because Im a creature of habit and shopping Ulta was normal until today. With that Ill end this lengthy review- it had to be told.

They have almost everything in this store. Minus Sephora exclusives, this is the beauty destination for all things make up. Having items in stock is kind of a 50/50 chance depending on the brand. Check site or call for inventory information especially on popular items or new releases.

Can find some good deals here for some fantastic products. They have everything you need for makeup. My biggest complaint is they are frequently out of store brand products and any kind of good makeup brush. Finding a staff member to check if they have them in drawers on the back is somewhat difficult sometimes.

Denise is the best!!! Very talented and even more important she listens and gets it. I had to find a new stylist and did a walk-in, and boom, got just what I wanted. Talked color and cut and it was a perfect match/look for me. Even I was surprised. You wont be disappointed!!!! Ask for Denise.

I love your store and products, but unfortunately, because of my work schedule dont get to visit as often as Id like. I scheduled an appointment only with Deeana, She is awesome very knowledge about color. I came to Ulta with my hair orange. Deena matched the color I wanted, I wanted to trim my hair after the damage she knew what i wanted she did a beach wave bob, very professional, created, knowledge. Today I got a few complement with the color and hair style. I highly recommend Deeana.

Normally this is my go-to Ulta. The staff is usually super friendly and helpful, however, they really dropped the ball. I went in for 2 separate things from the ad that I really wanted to try. I asked an associate about it because neither of the items were out and she said oh theyre in the back and not out yet. Well the ad starts 5/12 so the product should be available then right? She didnt even offer to get it for me to buy...very disappointed

Why selection to the point its almost confusing. However when I went to Sephora they really took the time to apply make up and help you out especially as it relates to picking the right foundations for your skin

I dont normally shop at Ulta but I had a gift card to spend. I found some pretty good clearance deals and was able to stretch my $25. There were associates walking around, so help was available should I have needed it. The girl at the check out wasnt the most pleasant but she was the only cashier, so Ill chuck it up to that.

I come here to get what I need to keepUp with my hair - But the ladies are either chatting it up with each other or paying no mind to the customers - unless walked up too to ask a question. Customer service needs a little work. Great sales - pretty good prices.

Alex was so helpful. Her energy was great, she knew her stuff. I am a novice in regards to makeup, and she had no problem holding my hand through the beginners process. She understood my undertone, explained to me how different products work, how to use them, pros and cons for different brands, and the return policy for Ulta if the products I bought didnt work out. She was so patient with me, and didnt make me feel rushed (even though I came in like 15 minutes before closing). I am incredibly grateful for her customer service. I went with my daughter learned alot about make-up it has better prices than the other places we went before also its a large place its a playground for women and some guys too for skin care stuff plus they do have real nice colognes for men smells real good it has real nice staff too thats a plus.

A smaller ulta than a typical store doesnt have everything a full size does but still nice to have and you dont have to go to Roanoke.

I wish I can give best reviews for Ulta but poor customer service at your store time and again is going to completely take me away from Ulta for good! Recently, was in Ulta store to do an exchange for kylie lip kits I had purchased over 21 days of Ulta. I respectfully stated that the returning items (velvet formula) had not been opened or used and just wanted to exchange for matte formula. Both formulas were on sale during the sale. If any price difference, I was willing to pay. The manager on duty (10/01/19) was very rude! She completely lied on my face and said only velvet formula was the only one on sale at the time when that wasn’t the case. She had an attitude from the moment cashing associate called her for approval. Time and again, I have seen some of the workers in there treat the customers based on how much they are buying. There service is very discriminatory.

The sales associate was great, but when I went To go to the salon to get a trim, no one came up to me or helped me out at all. Some female was sitting in a seat playing on her phone and kept glancing at me and acting as if I wasnt there. Screw that, youre not taking my money. I just walked out and went somewhere else.

The store has great products; however, some of the older sales ladies are extremely aggressive. They walk up to you and get so close to your face. Personal space please. I told one I didnt need help and she practically pulled me over to something she wanted me to see. She came over twice and both times I said no. I feel very uncomfortable (and annoyed) when I go in there and try to get my product quickly before a salesperson comes over and tries to get me to buy something. I live near there but will go to another store just to avoid some of these aggressive sales ladies. I never write reviews but I thought this was valuable advice if anyone else might feel uncomfortable in there sometimes. Take a tip from Sephora sales people, in my experience they ask once, then stay discreetly in the background until needed.

Ulta customer service has gone down over the past few years. The representative s/ladies are talking to each other or looking at their cell phones, very unprofessional. Lately the times that I have gone to Ulta I needed to buy It Cosmetics eyeliner and a powder for my face and for some reason they never have it in stock. I usually end up buying those items at either Macys or Sephora. Im also an Ulta platinum member and every time I ask for samples or free gifts because I have spend in purchases over $200 in one single purchase, they never have any gifts or at least samples to give me to try.. They dont even offer any. Sephora entitles you to get at least two samples. I even have a MasterCard with Ulta so I can get more incentive out of it. The only privilege you gained with Ulta MasterCard is points you can use towards your makeup. But it defeats the purpose that when you want to to buy your makeup they dont have it in stock.

This is a great place to find quality beauty products. I love getting my shampoo and lotions from Ulta. The only reason I took a star off from it being a 5 star review is because the sales people are way too on top of you. I feel like I cant turn a corner without being asked if I need help, sometimes twice by the same person. Being too in your face wont get you a sale, let your customers shop around and if I need help Ill go ask.

I love Ulta. I spend so much money with them & love that I can get some coupons or dollars off for spending with them unlike Sephora. I also love that they started selling some brands that I could only find in Sephora.The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because of this stores customer service. Every time I have gone into this store, no one really goes out of there way to help me or even ask if I need assistance with a smile. One time I went into the store and an associate stared me down and followed me watching me like I was going to rob. I said Hi to her and she didnt even smile back and just looked at me. I told her joking around to not worry I am not going to rob or anything and she gave me an attitude back. The only times I did receive help, I did let the manager know which sales associate helped me a lot and it looked like the manager didnt really care. They also have really long lines every-time.All in all, if you know what product you need and need to get it quick then just go to the store and buy it. However, if your needing assistance with buying products or are looking for something then please do not go to this store. Take a longer drive and go to another Ulta store.

SERIOUSLY ? I mean its ULTA, whats not to LOVE, I can spend an entire day there, clean, great parking, helpful but not intrusive staff, notbto be sexist but from where I stand its a girly, girls paradise., that makes it fun, and dangerous...you can really hurt ur wallet.

Love the concept but always short on cashiers and never have any clean applicators in stock. If I cant try the makeup on Ill go to walmart instead. Whats the difference at that point?

Ulta Beauty in Coral Springs Florida is amazing! Today was my first time in and I was attending the EMC (Extension Master Class). We learned and practiced 6 different extension methods and it was sooooo wonderful! Ive been opened up to a new world in the beauty industry and Im in love.

I went in earlier today to buy some makeup products and right away i was greeted by a very nice young gentleman who helped me pick the right shade of color for my foundation. When I was cashing out though, a young lady named Alex was very rude and had a dirty look on her face the whole time, giving an older lady attitude when she was asking for help. She kept saying “can someone please help this lady I’m busy” when clearly she wasn’t. I asked her for some help because the coupon I had on my phone wasn’t showing, it kept saying ulta page isn’t responding right now to come back later and I asked her if she could help me and she gave me an attitude making it seem like I was giving her a hard time and holding up the line trying to get my coupon to pop up when there was only one other person in line. She was no help. I ignored her rudeness and just said okay thank you. Cashed out and left. Alex was very rude and unprofessional and I suggest management to have a serious talk with her about how she treats customers.

Creetia (Hair salon) and Ashley from makeup did a great job with my 13 year old daughter for her end of year dance. Creetia is absolutely amazing with curly hair. She was able to straighten my daughters curly hair with the round brush/ blow dryer, leaving loose curls at the bottom. Ashley from the make up department came in on her day off for my daughter. Ashley gave my daughter make up that was age appropriate, looked natural and played up her eyes. A huge thank you to these Ulta Stars because they made a huge impression on a young lady that will last a lifetime.- Nicole and Reagan

This store offers NOTHING. They have by far THE worst customer service I have encountered in a VERY long time. Was in there today with my daughter to discuss a curling iron she had for a total of 9 months before it stopped heating. They told us to send it back to the manufacturer. Really? Could THEY not replace it and send the faulty one back to the manufacturer? As an x-retailer myself who owned one store, the reps come in all of the time and take back faulty items giving the store FULL credit. This is not an abnormality. What happened to GREAT customer service? ULTA Beauty, take a lesson from Nordstrom and others. Its no wonder your stores are empty. People, stay away. Your business IS NOT appreciated nor warranted by this chain.

Whatever you do, do not wax your eyebrows with Stephanie at the benefit brow bar. Worst experience ever, I went in asking specifically for a clean up and I left the store with almost no hairs left on my eyebrows. On top of that, the skin in between my eyebrows were almost peeled off from the extremely hot wax. I do not recommend the brow bar. I’m very dissatisfied and will never go back again.

Just left this location. This is maybe only the second bad review I’ve ever written, and I shop a lot. It’s a Sunday, Google maps and the sign on the door so that this store should be open from 11 Am until 6 PM. I pulled up at 11:35 and the lights are off and nobody was there the doors are locked I waited in my car and watched as two or three people walked up to the door tried it and left in their cars and then I decided to go get coffee and then come back. I return at around 12 o’clock and hour after they are supposed to open and there is a group of at least 8 to 9 people in front waiting I am about to just drive away when I see the doors open and people start piling in so I parked my car and went in. I know exactly what I need a new Tarte Foundation and a new brush. I go directly there and do not see the color I need there is very little stock out so I stand there waiting to see if anybody would approach me to ask if I needed help as is common in these stores. Nobody comes but I see that there are at least six employees behind the front counter some seem to just be standing there. I approach the front counter and ask a girl if the color I need is not there for the Tarte foundation if there’s more in the back or if that is just all they have so that I don’t waste my time. She says that she will be right with me so I go back and stand there waiting for at least 5 to 6 more minutes and see that nobody is coming to help me. And then I go back up to the counter and asked two different girls who are standing together talking the same question they look at me as if I am an alien, one asked me what do you need and I tell them exactly the color and she goes to the back she comes out with it and I tell her thank you, there is not much out there on the shelf. I hurry to the counter to pay because I have wasted so much time already my total comes out to $67.84 with a brush I hand the girl $100 bill she says she has to wait for someone to come up to the counter and check it, I say OK and wait....and wait... and wait. Finally I said I would just pay with a card if it will speed up the process she says OK whatever you want. Seriously?! I’ve owned my own business for 15 years and I have never seen such nonchalance and employees you really just don’t care. I have come to this location a lot through the years since it has been opened, usually with my sister and girlfriends. We have never really liked it because the employees were never very friendly but this was ridiculous! Whoever is in charge at this location is doing a horrible job, with the season coming up they are going to have issues and lose a lot of customers.

I went here on May 3rd because a friend of mine told me to go to Ulta (not specially this location) and I would find makeup to conceal spots on my face.I stepped in the store and I liked the presentation, however, I wasnt quite sure what to get and I walked from aisle to aisle looking. THREE workers walked by, they asked the customers I was standing next to if they needed assistance, however, they IGNORED me. One of the workers who had walked by me, stood next to me and bellowed, If anyone needs assistance let us know. THIS, without even making eye contact and the woman was RIGHT NEXT TO ME.I decided I wasnt go to leave and I looked at her and said, Ive been waiting for assistance. Thats how I FINALLY got someone to help me.I will never shop at Ulta again.
