I travel to Florida with my kids for a little getaway. My children google cookie places, and this one came up. We looked at the pictures and thought this store beautiful. It was a must we experienced they’re cookies! The store was absolutely amazing. It was a timeless experience. The cookies were so good. Big, soft, moist…. Just delightful.
Best cookies I’ve ever had! I’ve received boxes of these on separate occasions for birthdays/job related rewards. These cookies are absolutely delicious and are perfect to order as a gift. Just make sure to select the “hand it to me” option for delivery as opposed to leave at front door, due to Florida ants who also love these cookies.
My wife makes me pickup here, cookies are great. Somehow it’s impossible to get 4 cookies in less than 20 or 30 minutes. No matter what, it’s at least 20 minutes. Today I stood at the register ready to order while two employees stood in front of me for 5 minutes talking about their schedule.
I was a truly happy customer in the beginning but time after time, the service is increasingly declining. The line was our the door with only one cookie available. I called ahead to verify if anymore cookies were going to be made, I was advised yes and to come in 45 minutes. I ordered what was available and waited 20 minutes while a kid behind the counter cursed 3 times, threw his hands in the air frustrated from dealing with customers waiting in their cars, after he runs his fingers in his hair and pick up a box from the floor and place a cookie in it and hands to a customer. I was FLOORED! I finally receive my order and it was very made poorly and I had to inquire about missing toppings for him to say .. oh yeah we ran out like hours ago.
Cookies are usually good - but, service however can be much improved. I’ve waited a while for a preordered pickup and it wasn’t ready, Ive had workers cussing on the phone to other employees while trying to get my order ready, and most recently today I received my box with no sticker (which is what keeps the box closed as I was taking them home), cookie dough and frosting all over the box, and my birthday cake cookie looking like this once I got home due to them making the cookie and immediately putting frosting on without it cooling. I understand the busyness, but things could be done better with happier customers
You can never be disappointed at Crumbl. Every flavor is delicious. These cookies are a perfect gift to your soul. If you haven’t tried them, you must. 😊👌
Yesterday was their opening day and I came for the free chocolate chip cookie, but ended up buying the molten lava and coconut key lime cookies. They were amazing. Came back today to grab some cookies to bring to my mom in Philadelphia on Monday, because the cookies are very good. The molten lava cookie is amazing. The staff are friendly. The store smells like sugar and is nice, but in a smaller space. Also the cookies are mad expensive. Theyre about $3.75 for just one cookie, or almost $11 for a 4 pack. The expensive price is the reason why my review isnt 5 stars. Great cookies and experience, but the price will probably keep me from being a regular customer because its just too much money.
Placed order at 5:15pm on their app for curbside pickup at 5:45pm. Get there at 540pm and wait and wait. Finally call them at 6:06pm to let them know Im still waiting. The guy asks my name, seems to look for my order and lets me know it will be ready soon. At 6:25pm I call again and guy is clearly annoyed Im calling and says theyre slammed and that Im next. At 630pm I notice the place is empty so I walk in and they tell me they dont have my order at all! So Ive been waiting in the car with my 1 year old for almost 1 hour at this point.The guy at the counter was apologetic and nice but the guy behind him that had taken my calls was still being rude to me, no apologies at all and told me to just tell him what my order was for.You would think they would give me my order for free or discount it or throw in a free cookie for this mishap but nope. I wont be returning.The cookies look nice and taste good but not worth the trouble for what I encountered today.

I ordered on the app for curbside pickup specifically waiting until the brownie were available. I ordered and paid only to arrive and my cookies weren’t not only not ready but there were no brownie available. Did the staff care? Not one bit. Told me too bad you get what is here. Finally, I’m guessing franchise standards are irrelevant because there is no confetti on the confetti cookie. You need to know that when you order in the app it doesn’t guarantee what you will get.
Updated review: Like I said previously, I go here OFTEN, too much actually… I have to update my review because my last visit has me completely appalled! The customer service there … absolutely TRASH! there were 3 people behind the counter (none actually making cookies, except placing them in boxes). Each wore gloves but FOR WHAT when your going to use the same gloves to take orders which required touching the register touch screen, CLEANING WITH CLEANING PRODUCTS AND DIRTY RAGS, and running orders outside which requires you to touch the door that EVERYBODY walks through. Not ONCE in all of these transactions did I see an employee change their gloves. Then directly after they would touch everyone’s cookies to get orders out. Customers started to build at which point the employee at the register stops taking orders to clean and make more orders w/out changing gloves… more cross contamination smh.Corporate & management need to fix this issue and make sure their employees are following proper food and service etiquette. Next time I’ll make sure to post videos and pictures and send them to food inspection services. This experience was completely disturbing not to mention during COVID! And don’t get me started on the fact that not ONE employee was wearing a face mask, despite on the front door it says that you need one to enter.Get it together please!!I have an addiction to this place. It’s quite sickening. I probably get a 4 cookie box weekly 😅 The “diet” struggle is REAL with this one lol… the cookies are AMAZING!
A friend of mine brought me some cookies from here for the first time a couple months ago, since then my kids and I have become obsessed. The new flavors weekly are so awesome! We have so much fun picking fun new cookies to try

Wow, just wow. Truly gourmet cookies served fresh and warm, they honestly put even homemade cookies to shame. Especially with the menu changing on a weekly basis to include new unique and delicious cookies, it really is just a place I look forward to visiting many more times in the future. Staff is also very friendly and accommodating.
Amazing experience! Good, fast service. Everyone was sweet and professional. The store itself was small but clean and tidy. The cookies are always tasty. I go there just about every week for the new cookie flavors and am never disappointed with the experience!

I love the place Crumbl. It’s a fantastic desert place. The cookies are delicious and the service is great. They ran out of the flavors that I wanted and they immediately let me know and told me that they could replace it with another flavor. They were very nice and I love how they have weekly flavors. I’m going back this coming Friday!!!

I’ve been going for a while. The cookies are good, depends on the week. However when it gets busy the employees can get very irresponsible. Me and others were waiting in line for a while for a specific cookie. It was only after 15 minutes when we got fed up with waiting did they tell us that it would take another 20 minutes. I found that very irresponsible for not letting us know. A couple days ago I ordered online to avoid that experience again and I went with a friend. The employees once again were irresponsible as they brought my friends cookie to our car but completely forgot to bring out the other and when I asked them about it they said they brought it and had my cookie checked off when they did not. Which I found irresponsible. On top of that my friends cookie had a tiny amount of frosting on it. 2 stars because the cookie can be good, not always, but extremely irresponsible employees.
After waiting a long time for curbside, someone came to tell us they were out of a certain flavor and let us choose a new one. (that fine, it happens) but the box they brought out was sloppy and icing and crumbs all over it. I frequently visit the lake mary location and have never had an experience like this.
These are the best cookies I’ve ever had. They stay fresh and soft for a long time and the weekly flavors are such a great idea because it keeps you going back to try the new flavors. Love them!

ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS 🤤! My son and I stopped here and decided to get some cookies! We decided on the 4 pack. The ambiance and smell in this store is DELICIOUS 🤤! Do you hear me?! The smell and aroma is breathtaking! Fast forward, we didn’t eat cookies right away because we had some more stops! About an hour and a half later, my son comes in my room and says, “Ma, that cookie is by far the BEST cookie I have EVER eaten!” He and my other son had the snickerdoodle cupcake. My other son said on a scale of 1-5, the cookie was a 10!! I ate my chocolate chip cookie later and it was delicious 😋! My husband ate his (chocolate chip) the next day- he thought it was really good and he doesn’t really eat cookies! We had gone back inside and got an additional cookie, forgot to mention that- and it was a biscotti lava (or something like that). Kids and I tasted it the next day- good! Kids are begging to go back again this weekend and guess what- Mama’s taking them and grabbing her some more too!!Update 1/29/21: Flavors still delicious! Service was better than the last time! I was a lot bit worried about that but wanted to give other workers a chance- especially with the delicious cookies! Cookies and cream & oatmeal chocolate chip & chocolate chip were delicious! One of my sons liked the brownie flavor, other ate it but didn’t think it was delicious! The guy there is always nice on front counter and the ladies on this Saturday! Nice and recommended cookies! Still delicious 🤤Update 2/18/21: As much I hate to do this, I have to bump these guys down because of their service. Not the cookies! As you can see, I have been going and have made this a regular staple weekly because my kids asked. Tonight, I just left and was in shocked. So a couple of weeks ago, I went in and was not greeted but EVERY customer that came in behind me was greeted with an “is this your first time here?”, shown how to order and so on and so forth. Tonight I go in and the older gentleman (older than the two on staff) was assisting a young lady and a gentleman. There were two workers- lady and gentleman having a conversation. I walk in they all look at me and do not say ONE word- just eye contact. I’m like okay! This happens to me every time I go in here but I won’t think much into it. I start putting in my order. They two younger workers go over to another back area (not far but I don’t know what to call that area). I place first order and then 2 ladies walk in the door! God, in Heaven, knows I would not lie on these workers! The two younger workers both say “Welcome to Crumbl Cookie” together and loud. I looked over (the older guy is still at other register with the customers he was working with) and said “No one spoke to me when I came in.” Of course, I said it polite. Not rude. Placed my hand on my chest and said “I feel some type of way. Forreal.” The younger two looked at me and said nothing. The older gentleman said “I apologize or I’m sorry!” I am VERY disappointed to say the LEAST! Rewind the camera, you will see... the entire interaction. No words were passed. I politely got my cookies and left. I just want to know because honestly I don’t recall ever seeing another black person in there but once (she was a black girl with her white friend whom they asked if it was their first time and she responded no but it was her friend’s first time). And I’m sure many blacks come in but I truly think that I will stay away. I want to have customer service provided when I go to a place and maybe I don’t fit the description of who should come in. Ashamed as I have been loyal since discovering this place. I have $10 in crumbl cash that I wish I had used this time because it will be a while before I return!

We are so lucky to have this adorable store nearby. I love how they wrap cookies as special gifts, and give them often to clients, family and friends. They are delicious behind belief. I haven’t tried the ice cream yet but it looks just as good. The team members at this location are kind and accommodating. Make sure you download app for special rewards.
I just don’t understand the appeal of these “cookies”. They are incredibly sweet to the point of almost being nauseating - then you add even sweeter frosting on top. Mix that with a consistency that crumbles apart instantly yet also seems under baked - it’s not something I would try again.
Great place and amazing customer service. Cookie was delicious too. It was packed after the middle school let out but they still got my order in about 2 minutes.
A bad day? We drove here from another city. This is our second time here, our first time it was fine but this second time the cookies were undercooked and the kid “ in charged” was saying they were just warm from the oven. The cookies were clearly undercooked 😞 so disappointed. Instead of correcting the quality he gave us our money back and sent us on our way. The worst part of all is that after touching our have eaten cookies he went back to making cookies with the same gloves on 🧤🤢 . I hope they correct this problem or they’ll end up out of business soon.
I absolutely loved the store. it was so cute and small. that was the one bad thing. it was too small for all the eager customers. the chocolate chip and sugar cookie were sold out which is understandable. they informed every customer with the wait time. overall it was a good experience.

I could see what the hype is but now im over it. Not so friendly teens (no smiles, not welcoming) gathered around a kettle of dough. Cookies 8/10. They are pretty, quite large, not expensive, nice presentation if ordering more than 1. Flies. Yes. Flies. All over. Annoying. One and done visit.Edit. i went back. Afrer getting cookies dropped off from a friend on my bday, i decided to give them another try. We like them. Guess they needed to polish up act.Now i have the crumbl app on my phone and have been ourchasing gifts!! Win win. Curbside delivery too.
It was my first time there, the staff was friendly. The cookies were hot, fresh and delicious! And you honestly get the bang for your buck and then some. Def recommend.
The 3 stars are for the cookies. Cookies are good and I think reasonably priced for the size. However, the service needs improvement. Employees seem confused, crowded, and stresses out— likely bad management. The reason I won’t be back though is that only one out of the entire group of employees (I’d say 6-8) was wearing a mask.
It was really good when they first opened but now you have a dozen teenagers messing around while youre waiting 20-25 mins on orders. I personally waited 25 mins for 2 cookies, had 3 families behind me get their orders first and when I spoke up, they quickly handed me my order which ended up being pre-cooked. I give up.

Everything is delicious, the service is amazing, and the place is very pretty. The only thing is the flies, there are so many so they should get that fixed next thing you know a fly will come out of the cookie box. But everything else is splendid!

My wife and I stop in at least 2x a month for some indulgence. The cookies are always delicious and a real treat. However with the rotating of flavors sometimes even great ones are missing. The oatmeal chocolate chip is awesome along with the corn bread which never came back in a long time. We just had the orange creamsicle and honeybun and those were better than expected.
These cookies are literally heavenly I’ll never be able to fully appreciate another non-crumbl cookie again and … I’m okay with that because I’ve seen the face of god in a cookie today

My brother kept telling me to come here and kept telling me about how he loves these cookies so I caved in and went with him and tried their cookies and yep, fell in love! 😍 Now I try to go every week to try a new flavor they put out. This place is so overrated. I have been there before and it is not that good. My daughter insisted we go back because of all the hype and they were out of cookies. How do you run out of cookies when all you sell is cookies?! When you see you are running low, you start making more. The kids that were there dont know what they are doing, poor management to say the least.

Wasn’t very satisfied with how long it took for a cookie to be put in a box. I brought family from out of state and country and they weren’t really satisfied either. Hope management gets better control of employees to fix that.
I don’t write reviews too often but I felt compelled to write about my first visit to this chain’s location. I was absolutely DISGUSTED by the amount of flies in this food establishment. They were everywhere!! Ironically, the few patrons inside didn’t seem to care. The open kitchen allows customers full view of the baking process. It smelled nice, but I simply could not get past the dozens of flies getting free samples of the cookies. I will visit another location to see if this is an anomaly.

Also, it’s parkland soo…. Yanno the demographic of the workers are teenagers without masks and one of homeboys was literally wearing a blue lives matter shirt so that’s cool

Although cookies were good, staff at this location was very unprofessional and unsanitary. Just because workers are wearing gloves doesn’t mean they can tough everything and not change their gloves. Employees were eating cookies off their “clean” gloves and even scratching their hair, in the 15 minutes I was at the store. Not once did they change their gloves. Might as well use bare hands. Very unsanitary
