I have been a customer of The Lady and the Mug for some time now and I really love this place and the coffee! The staff is always so friendly and helpful! I just wish they hadn’t changed their pastries and sandwiches. I’m not a huge fan of the new stuff, I feel like the quality and taste of the previous bakery items was so much better and definitely worth the money. I still come here often but usually only for coffee and then I have to go somewhere else for breakfast. I still love it here and will continue to be a customer!

Such a cute place with delicious coffee & food!! Perfect to meet for a coffee date, hop on a business call or study! We went for a friends birthday and brought our kids and sat outside. We enjoyed everything about It here! Hope to be back soon

Such a cute place!!! We got a cappuccino and a latte and they were both sooo good! Such a different flavor than the big coffee chains nearby. The ham and cheese croissant was delicious and so was the vegan muffin! The price was a little high but the quality 👌 impeccable! Definitely coming back here!

Love this little gem! The atmosphere is fantastic its a peaceful beautiful place to have coffee and a bite to eat. Wish I had more time to go there more often. Staff is friendly and I love reading the owners responses to reviews I own a restaurant and understand how hard it can be to hold your tongue while people bash your business and employees…majority of those who leave bad reviews are rude to those serving them. I often work as a server and cashier at my place and unless a customer knows I am the owner I would say 80% are rude. The service industry doesnt get enough credit you have an awesome team of coffee superheros! Thank you for providing our community with an awesome business. Oh and my baby loves your swing and was definitely welcomed with open arms by staff and patrons.

I’ll start with I really hate to be THAT person. But if you have young children DO NOT COME HERE with your kids. The reason for 1 star has nothing to do with the coffee. The coffee was delicious, it’s clean inside and a great atmosphere. The 1 star comes from being thrown out because I was with my 11 month old daughter who was TALKING too loud. Not screaming, not fussing. Regular baby babble. The employee approached me with “she’s adorable but she’s way too loud. We can hear her over 2 speakers”. Any mom knows how hard it is to bring a baby anywhere. My daughter was behaving & had she not been, I would have never been there in the first place. If well-behaved children aren’t welcome, there should be a sign that states that children are not allowed in the coffee shop.

Like the ambience with awesome customer service and the lady was knowledgeable about her coffees. Great place to study and just hang out with friends. Would recommend. So go and support your local caffeine dealer

I moved out of state about a year ago and still crave their iced chai with oat milk. So good! The atmosphere in the Coral Springs location is so nice - its super relaxed. Perfect location to meet up with a friend, or to study. Bring Lady and the Mug to Houston!

The staff was so helpful for my first time being there. turns out every drink i wanted to try is all seasonal. i guess i have to come every month! totally excited for it all tho. i wasn’t even planning on getting this coconut drink since i don’t like the taste of coconut but honestly the flamingo straw sold me and it turned out to taste absolutely delicious. the drinks were very well made quickly in front of me. i wish i tried this place sooner but i will be back and will come with others!

Such a fantastic addition to Coral Springs! Their drinks of the month are always colorful and yummy. The decor is a lot of fun and the swing is perfect for insta-worthy photos while the rest of the space offers a great work space. It should also be noted that the owner helps out other business owners in the community and those in need.

I’ve lived in the area for years and finally came to this coffee shop for the first time today with my son and my mother. The staff was genuinely inviting and so friendly the second we walked in. They told us about their food and drinks and the place is so cute! Also the nitro cold brew with dark chocolate was so delicious! Definitely going to be coming in a lot more.Also, the sign out front was amazing and made me want to come in even more!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Super pleasant staff that greet you as you walk in. The ambiance is what you would expect from a quaint coffee shop. Great vegan options. The staff even bids you farewell when you leave. I stopped here last week to grab a quick bite for a doctor’s appointment. I was so impressed that I convinced my husband to have breakfast there this morning amidst the pouring rain. What a great way to start our day. We’ve already boasted about them on IG and can’t wait to bring my daughter and granddaughter! It’s a must for Saturday mornings.

I gotta give it to the girls running this coffee shop they were hustling just like any other coffee shop but the vibe to so like a scene out of the show friends with the couch and the garden swing. Unfortunately, Ive been twice and havent received a warm or welcoming experience, the coffee is ok and the shop is decorated beautifully but the staff isnt friendly and by reading the other reviews I truly hope that the owner can respond to clients in a more professional manner instead of being demeaning and condescending, please listen to customers genuine concerns before responding so impulsively. I recommend instead to go to The Little Coffee Shop on Wiles Road.

I met here on Saturday with a few of my ladies from church - We had the absolute best time, we all enjoyed our coffee & treats. The staff was so extremely friendly and all smiles. They put up with us outside for about two hours and never said a word, constantly came out to see if we needed anything. My iced coffee with oat milk & white chocolate was delicious. I can’t wait to come back & bring my sister when she comes down to visit. The decor inside is so fun, energetic, and beautiful. Cutest little coffee shop!

This is the most adorable coffee shop in Coral Springs. My first time being here and I love it. I only got the banana coconut bread since Im on a budget at the moment but Im definitely coming back to try the other pastries and coffee/non coffee drinks available.I was greeted with a genuine Hello, welcome. How are you? When I came in. The lovely orange-haired girl behind the counter looked at me as if she was asking if I was okay. I walked in amazed at how great of an atmosphere it is and how lovely the decorations and environment are.The food and drink items are a little pricey but everything is organic, so youre paying for quality. Its nice to order then sit down and have the ladies behind the counter bring your drinks and food to you while you wait for it to be made.The owner, Aimee is with the others serving the guests and asking how they are, cleaning up plates and silverware that are dirty from customers table. Shes got long brown hair and cheerfully talks with guests and answered questions openly when she was asked about possible items.Definitely coming here again and making it a goal to try every item possible.

Let me start out with the good things about this shop. I absolutely LOVE the atmosphere of the shop, There coffee and espresso drinks are wonderful, i have worked with coffee and in coffee shops since i was 16 so i know a good cup and roast when i taste one. I visited this store for the first time 10/21/21, i went with my mother and her dog, so my mother went inside to order while i stayed outside with the dog. After we ate i went inside to use the restroom and was greeted with a “hi welcome!” asked if i could use the restroom, the manager then asked in a very rude way “did you purchase anything?” when they clearly could see i was sitting outside with my mother, i explained to them that i did and she responded with “okay go ahead” it felt odd and alittle bit interrogating that i had to explain all that to use the restroom when i was clearly eating outside. I have loved the idea of this shop since it was opened so i followed them on instagram, i dont appreciate the fact that they bash people who leave 1 star reviews on social media and the owner’s responses to any bad review is usually pretty rude, i understand that i will most likely get bashed or at least get a snarky comment thrown at me for leaving this review. I find it very unprofessional, like COME ON this is a business, My best advice would be, dont be rude to be customers just because they didn’t like certain things about your business, not everyone will like your business and that is OKAY, the best thing you can do is apologize or dont say anything at all! I don’t desire to walk into a coffee shop and have to be worried about being bashed on social media, it just feels negative.

I am at a teacher at Coral Springs charter school and I can always count on my coffee super heroes to make my day with their awesome service , jokes , and most importantly coffee ! Whether it is a nitro, lattee or a spinach Bri wrap , I love their coffee and yes I am the weirdo who is obsessed with their whipped cream ! I was introduced to this place by a friend. I have been back on numerous occassions and still, each and every time is just as good as the last. This time, I ordered the O My Mango Tea/Yogurt with boba and O My goodness was it ridiculous!! I usually like my bubble tea to be in the form of a smoothie, but this place is THE place to go if youre in Pasadena or even remotely close.

Super cute place, I loved the vibe. Theres a stack of journals I enjoyed reading and adding too. The cute little barista in there was fun and knowledgeable. Overall its a 5 star place. Job well done to the owner.

Cute! Cute! Cute! I walked in around 2 PM on a Wednesday and there were several patrons visiting the place but ample room for me to find a comfy spot to sit & try out a vanilla nitro iced coffee! Offerings of pastries and other snacks were available for purchase. This shop is Within walking distance of some of my favorite spots in Coral Springs, The Walk. I will definitely be coming here over Starbucks and Dunkin’ from now on although the prices are a bit higher. They offer a loyalty program here. Atmosphere definitely A+!

Fantastical atmosphere for drinking coffee and pastries!

I went to this place for the first time with a friend this evening. Everyone was warm and friendly, and the coffee, hot chocolate, and pastries were delicious! My inner fat kid was so happy! (Can I say that?)We ended up talking to the owner for several minutes before we knew who she was; she is very down to earth and humble. Bonus: Tuesdays also happen to be karaoke night :) and we were told they frequently have different events here.If youre looking for a chill atmosphere to take a friend or just to take a break -this is your spot. Its an intimate, relaxed place, so if possible leave the little ones at home and enjoy some grown up time here. Support small business, yall, especially if the staff is awesome!

If I could give zero stars I would. One of my classmates recommended this coffee shop to me for a nice place to have coffee and study. While on Groupon I came across a Groupon for the shop; mind you I have never been here before just been recommended to go. So after purchasing the Groupon for $10 for $20 worth of a purchase I went to the coffee shop to study and try it out. Upon arrival nobody greeted me until I asked about the forth of July specialty drink which the staff member addressed. I stated to her I would like to try something new as I always order vanilla iced coffees when I get coffee. She smirked and never responded nor made any recommendations. I then asked about the price of the wraps and stated I have a Groupon. Assuming I had already been to the coffee shop she said groupons are only for first time customers and can not be used on food. I stated to the staff members I have never been here before and it does not say you can’t use on food in fact it says for purchase of anything in the store. She bit her lip and gave me this stare as if I was lying. She then asked me for my phone number to punch in there system to verify if I have been there before. After verification she hesitated to place my order as there was a long pause and she didn’t apologize or say what can I get for your or anything of the sort. I stated so i have to purchase $20 worth of coffee drinks she smile gave a chuckle and shook her head yes. I was with someone else when they attempted to ask about ordering a drink she hesitated to respond. At that point I stated never mind I don’t want to place an order. The staff member said nothing and I left. This was very unwelcoming and sad that such a beautiful coffee ship has very unfriendly and unprofessional staff working here

My vanilla latte was creamy and slightly sweeten. Great espresso flavor and the glass cups are decent size, i would say venti size or large. Owner is really nice and attentive to customer needs.

Very nice place to relax and truly enjoy a cup of tea or coffee. Tried the iced matcha latte and it was perfect 👌🏻. I asked for their most popular empanada... tried the kale spinach empanada and it was delicious.The place is very charming. An cozier than most.Service is excellent! The three young baristas were very polite, helpful and nice. Definitely a place worth visiting more than once.This is a great place to have a cup of your favorite hot or cold drink while reading a book or enjoying good conversation with friends.I’m definitely planning on visiting again.Congrats to the owners 💯👍🏻

This was our first time and definitely not to the last. The inside decore is adorable, and a lot with such a small place. The owner and her staff were very pleasant, helpful, informative. Im not a vegan, but I got the vegan banana bread and it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered the hazelnut cappuccino, and my husband had hot chocolate. He said it tasted like real hot chocolate and was very enjoyable. When he finished it he said no more liquid Joy with a frown. When I finished, I hoped that by tipping my cup more would magically appear. Thats how good mine was.This is definitely better than Starbucks, obviously. I didnt feel like I was going to a corporate chain store.

This was my second time visiting this coffee shop. The first experience was pleasant. The place has a nice atmosphere and cute decor. Today we stopped in and ordered the detox charcoal latte. It was not my first time having a charcoal coffee. But this months feature is insanely sweet and I love sweets. Also, for $6.50, you get half a mug of foam topped with whipped cream and it was lukewarm, not hot. And I didnt want to go inside and request anything else because . . . the the COVID factor. There were several people working on their laptops and they were not eating or wearing masks. There was a mask-less employee behind the counter. There is zero social distancing. The tiny place is packed and no one seems to care. We were the only ones eating outside on a beautiful day wondering why the customers and staff are so unconcerned.Adding additional feedback based on owner response: I did not know that businesses were back to operating at full occupancy so I apologize for mentioning that in my review. I am still shocked considering that our numbers are at an all time high but that is not your fault and you cant control your guests hanging out without a mask. My apologies. However, I did see an employee standing behind the bar without a mask and Im glad that you are going to address the matter. Thanks so much.

I visited the place toady, I am very dispointed . I ordered a goat chase and feta empanadas, when I started eating it , I surprised it was full of squash which was not written in the board. What made me felt even worse , when the staff refused to exchange it for me with any other kind of empanadas, they said we have a policy no exchange or refund for food, but what is the case when it is not the customer fault. Any way I left the place hungry and really really dispointed.

This is a very cute and cozy little place. They have a rewards program also but I dont think it is worth it (1 point for every $2 spent and free drink @ 50 points). I came in and tried the chai tea with oatmilk (yes that is a thing) and it was hands down the best I ever had!! IT WAS VERY CREAMY AND OVERALL DELICIOUS. I would definitely be back but for the price I cant say I will do so with enough frequency ever earn a free drink. $6 for a wide mug YIKES! The staff was very receptive and warm. OVERALL the ambiance is like something in a peaceful meadow. I had to contain myself and not go crazy on the swing**updated: the prices are still wrong which I think is totally unacceptable considering the menu is literally a paper bag and marker. Ive spoken with the owner about it and was given an excuse that two items were increased in price and apparently the chai was one of them. She took zero accountability for it. I even went back over a month later and the price still wasnt corrected. It is a nice place the staff is nice but if your menus arent transparent it really makes me think what your pricing is based off and whether it is fixed or change for some.

Very underwhelming minus the coffee. Wish there were more seating options. I could barely fit my stroller anywhere without the barista tripping over it to deliver the coffee to the tables. There was a lot of clutter in the back on the side of the bar as well that looked like missed opportunities for seating. Coffee was delicious and staff was polite. Long and short, very instagramable, but not comfortable.

Very nice coffee place! The staff is amazing. They are so friendly, patient and helpful. You are greeted as soon as you walk in with a nice hello. First time visitors are always explained the menu options in a quick informative way. The decor makes it a nice chill place. They have Vegan options which is nice to see/have. Only thing I wished is for a plain croissant option (but thats just me being a European). I did choose a scone which was very good and also had the cream of mushroom empanada which she enjoyed a lot

Nice staff and really nice vibe. I ordered pour over, and it really didn’t have anything special going on. I felt like I might as well have gotten drip and paid less. There was no complexity or depth of flavor. Don’t get me wrong- it was ok - but the reason I get pour over is because it’s supposed to be a high end coffee experience. This was not. Still, unless you’re looking for that fresh roasted unique single origin flavor experience, I’d say give them a try.There’s plenty of seating inside and out, and decent music playing. I’d describe the atmosphere as energetic and lively, but not too loud to be irritating if you were trying to work on a laptop or something like that.Although I didn’t try any, they also have some delicious looking pastries.

Lady and the Mug is always worth the trip. I just finished the best tasting sausage and ricotta quiche I have ever eaten. Their coffee is amazing and the decor and ambience is always inviting. As if this isnt enough, Aimee, the owner, is always involved with a charity and uses her coffee shop to help wherever she can.
