Very upset with my last visit here. When I was picking up a shirt for my son in his size, a large, I accidentally dropped a few shirts that were small and medium. When I went to go pick them up, Tanae decided to berate me for an honest mistake. I apologized multiple times and she didn’t even offer to help me. After that belligerent encounter, I went to the counter to go get my items checked out and had to wait 10 minutes, not in line, but for Trevina to get off her phone and checkout the people waiting for her. The workers here are from decent and have terrible customer service skills.

Usually dont do reviews. Customer service was bad. There was no greeting once I entered. It seems that if youre not a certain type of person, with a specific aesthetic, youre not important to them.I asked the associate a question about last sale items and he vaguely explained the system with such a quickness it was like he couldnt bare talking to me.

The lady working was extremely rude several times. I picked up a pair of jeans and when I realized they wouldn’t fit, I put it back where it belonged. A few moments later as I was talking to my sister, the lady working interrupted our conversation by saying “That’s the best you could fold?” I was very taken back by the comment however, I simply said I was sorry and moved to a different area of the store. As my sister finished checking out, she asked the worker to next time be more polite towards the customers. The lady working proceeded to yell “you can get out now” and “leave” as we exited the store. I’ve called the store twice now to discuss this encounter and no one had picked up. The clothes are great however, this experience made me never want to shop there again.

This place has the worst customer service. I have been here on different occasions with the same person at the register and she is never willing to help. Any exchange that should be even is always a hassle and she is not a friendly person. I recommend going to the Galleria PacSun in Ft Lauderdale. They are amazing and super helpful!!!!

Horrible customer service three people working in the store not one of them could bother just stopped leaning behind the registers to assist any customer in the store just watching customers enter and leave without any assistance at all. Obviously the store is not only mismanaged directly in the store but the real regional and vice presidents of these companies obviously do not seem to care about the customer experience either. another reason that stores like this will be gone in a few years. If Im going to take time out of my day and come to your store you should at least hire people friendly enough to be of assistance. Totally inappropriate experience I will not return and I will not shop online theres no reason to put my money into a company thats going to go out of business due to lack of training and customer service

My son love this store

Worst customer service. Nobody greets you or offers to help or anything at all when your in there. The employees there have this attitude that nobody can ask them anything and they dont have to greet anybody. The employee at the register had her friends in the store so I had to wait until she was done talking to them in order for her to ring me up! The fitting rooms were all full of clothes and filthy. The Manager was right next to this employee at the register and she seemed to care just as much as her employee. Needless to say I will not be return to this store.
