JCPenney had been my one stop shop for all my clothing needs. There are always great deals on clothing, shoes, furniture, bedding and home decor. You can find variety of popular brands at very competitive prices. The store is always clean and the staff is courteous and helpful.

Logan on the second floor is exceptionally helpful and patient. Help me with coupons and purchases. Great service!

If zero stars was an option I would chose that one. Me and my friends went to go shop in JcPenny to find my friends Gf a gift. When we walked in the employees escorted us out. We had the money to prove we were there to shop and the still kicked us out any ways. They were very rude to my one colored friend when they where kicking us out. The experience was unpleasant and the staff was rude.

Had photos taken again at the Portrait Studio. My daughter just had her first dance recital. The photographers were well trained and patient with my hyper little girl. The photos came out amazing and I couldnt be happier.

JCPENNEY is a very nice store but Ana in the mens Department needs to show customers she hates her job a little less. I bring back a PGA golf shirt with a stitching defect, she tells me refunds are on the second floor. I decide to exchange it instead, go get the same shirt in a different color because they didnt have my size in the same color. I go back to ana to ask if she can do exchanges and she rolls her eyes and doesnt answer me. Another Associate looks at me and says thats also on the 2nd floor. Sorry the customer doesnt know all the JCPenney policies Ana, maybe you shouldnt work in customer service.

They had what I wanted, and in a wide variety of colors. Their casual summer clothes fit me well. The cashier was very helpful and friendly.

The photo studio customer preferably the young man that was there to take my family photos was extremely rude to me and told me he is only taking pictures of my daughter and her grandmother when we all were dressed to take Family picture. So I told him that I dont want him to take my pictures. Which was the best decision. Plus if youre going to smoke. You shouldnt have a strong smell.

J.C PENNY IS A GREAT PLACE TO SHOP AT IF U R A SMART SHOPPER, the people are great also, they can help the dumb ones make a better choice. e

Was not a particularly pleasant experience. had to fight to get them to honor their online sale prices. They eventually did after about 50 mins .the cashier lady was tried her best and was very helpful

Excellent service at the salon, I hated going to the hairdresser it felt like I was going to see a dentist, today that has changed! My hair stylist was Grace, she is professional & courteous, she is a joy and a blessing!JCPENNEY needs to recognize that they have an employee that has brought great value to their store, because of her I will come back all the time and I will send people to her!I went in for a perm & what an amazing experience I had!Her name is Grace people if you want great hair, I am black and she had the best hair products for my hair type!Thank you Grace you are a true blessing!!! This is a great store! I used to shop at JCPenney a lot more before I moved, but now I shop more often at Kohls because there is one closer to my house. However, visiting this location was such a pleasure that I plan on devoting the extra travel time to shop here more often! The associate at the customer service desk was so helpful & made my size exchange effortless even though the tags had been removed from the item. I was really pleased with the store, the associates, and the whole shopping experience.

Been shopping for a mattress. Online, in store and the search is insane! So many choices. Very expensive. Too many variables. Then I went to Penneys. I was pleasantly surprised, refreshed even, to find Michael. A sincerely interested person who happens to be in sales. He asked the questions that made choosing easy. He had incentives and more that made shopping wise. He had advice and info and a personality that was kind and informative and he was willing to share. This made my purchase painless and made me feel smart for doing business here. Brick and mortar may be approaching real transitions, but people, like Michael, who happens to be in Sales, make going into a store worthwhile and pleasurable.

We,ve been Dr. Christiana for years when she worked in the big dptm store that closed last year. After that closing we tried with no success to find her, until I receive an email from JC Penney with the good news Dr. Cristiana is working with this store. I can’t wait to book for an appointment. I love your store but during my visit today your sale signs were posted wrong in many areas. It is very misleading and I was quite disappointed when I was at check out that the prices was not what the signs said.

I like JCPenny, my only problem that day was there was not enough employees working. I hunted one down and asked for assistance, she asked me to wait a minute, she was busy. I said sure, after 5 minutes I searched for another person and the same thing happened again. I just eventually left and went to Khols.

Our family favourite store with great merchandise. We are platinum customers so all the times we are receiving from them offers and great discounts. The online service is wonderful and returning items is always uncomplicated. The only downside is that at the store not all employees are helpful or nice...thats why we prefer to shop online when possible.

Found a stylist at the Salon in Coral Springs and the first thing I did upon my arrival was go get my hair done...loved it, will definitely hook up with her when Im in the area again.

Took forever to get my online order shipped to the store!! Then Ana who was working a register as I walked in..questioned whether or not I was going to wear a mask. I said no ..I dont have too!

Store was severely lacking in variety and the stock on the shelves left much to be desired. Prices were much higher for the quality of stuff they had. Too expensive.

No receipt, no return!

Im not a fan of the return location. It is on the second floor so if you have to take the elevator (because you have a stroller/wheelchair/etc) it is a long trip.

JCP at Coral Square Mall is one of the chains better maintained outlets. In spite of the heavy number of shoppers a real effort is made to keep the displays looking neat. That makes for a more pleasant shopping experience.I would have rated then 5 stars if the store associates were more sensitive to the customers needs. I had to be searching to find one instead of them looking out to see who may need help.

The experience there is always great. The staff is very helpful with directions, suggestions and discounts. There is always something there that is affordable, that you dont need but because of the price you have to have it.

I am a handicapped shopper and it is difficult in Pennys Coral Square. Today I tried to shop and they were late opening doors. when opened they informed me the elevator was out of order. Asking for help, one assistant guided me to the freight elevator. She was eager to help. Upon arriving to the underwear dept., like always there is no one to help. So for the second time, I purchased the wrong size. It is very crowded and I cannot find what I need. Then to conclude my visit, the automatic doors did not open because the lock was on the door. dneva@bellsouth,net

I went to exchange my sons shoes for a bigger size. The sales rep at the customer service area didnt inform me that the online orders and returns/exchanges are one line; even though separated in store. Another customer brought it to my attention and when I asked the sales rep about my place in line and if she was going to continue to skip me. She laughed it off and didnt respond. A customer was kind enough to let me go ahead of them to be next in line. I clearly had my receipt and the shoes I wanted were on sales and $10 less. The sales rep claimed that I owed them $10. Of course I asked for the manager. Donna arrived and it was more non sense after she didnt want to complete my transaction since the difference in price and I used my rewards coupon. Donna then tried telling me that the shoes isnt from JCPenny but it rings up in their store system and matches the receipt. After I got upset from being there for over 25 minutes when my toddler, Donna exchanged the shoes and told me that I was lucky shes doing me a favor. Out of all my years shopping at JCP, Ill never go back to that location again. Clearly there are a lot of illiterate employees there.

If you take your time and look through clearance youll find amazing things. They always have sales so stop it in. Im glad I did I just wish it was a lot more organized
