We went into the store on a last min request to order a fruit bouquet for a large dinner gathering and wanted to bring something difficult. I was very happy with the store and their options!The front desk and manager were very helpful and accommodating. I explained what I wanted and was very happy with the response.Came back a few hours later and it was ready to be picked up.. I loved it and it was exactly what I wanted to take to my dinner party.EVERYONE ENJOYED IT SO MUCH AND IT WAS DELICIOUS, FRESH AND BEAUTIFUL!Thank you ladies!

Horrible service! We placed an order for curbside pickup. We specifically chose curbside on our order. Never got a call or any kind of confirmation that our order was ready. Drove to the store at our pickup time and called the store from the parking lot. They put us on hold for 10 min then came back on the phone and said our order was not ready. Not only that, but was told they don’t do curbside pickup.So we inside to pick up the order (which is now an hour after our scheduled pickup time - yea, waiting that long). Inside are two employees. No customers, nothing crazy going on. Not one of these idiots could bring out our “curbside” order? Nothing but rudeness and lack of any type of customer service at this location!

Placed my order online in the morning before the store opened to be delivered same day to a co-worker at a school for Teacher Appreciation Week. It was delivered within 3 1/2 hours of me placing the order! I was just as surprised as my co-worker who received it. lol. I called several, over, and over, and over again until I reached someone to confirm they got my online order and if they didnt make it to the school today it was fine just get there by tomorrow. They do not have a business voicemail set up, annoying. The person couldnt tell me anything about my order, but an hour later, I got a surprised phone call saying THANK YOU! So, Id recommend them. Quick online service! Thank you for that!

Family sent for my birthday...came 1 day late. On second day arrived at 8:30 PM, fruit not fresh, chocolate melted, been in a hot car all day or two. Product poor and customer service/follow-up not good. Would not recommend this business.

Terrible service. I will never use edible arrangements in the USA ever again. Especially this location. They dont care about their customers at all. I should count myself lucky that I managed to get a refund. I had a mothers Day gift being sent to a friend in coral springs from Canada and no one responded at all. Not even by email. In Canada edible arrangements is impeccable. They call to ensure timely service. If mothers Day is too crazy for them they should have had a cut off or diverted to another store. It wasnt until the Thursday after mothers Day that I managed to get a refund because obviously delivery even 5 days later was not important enough to them. They give the edible arrangements brand a bad name. For shame.

This is ridiculous....Do not go to this store. I placed an ordered for mothers day. Said it would be delivered that day. I tried calling multiple times before and on mothers day to ensure delivery time and no answer. My order was never delivered, I was never informed that it wasnt. Better decency if they would have at least called, emailed or notified me in any way. This is by the far the worst customer service. Finally go through yesterday and the inbox was full. I understand its a busy holiday but than be better prepared!!

I literally just experienced what poorly trained staff in customer service is and is supported by a manager who felt the need despite my calm demeanor to tell me she has been there 6 years as a justification to how she is entitled to tell me they’re not responsible for what happened. Long story short my anniversary gift was delivered to the wrong address. The next day instead of being mad I figured I’d allow them to deliver it a day late without the anniversary card because in COVID times one should support local business. The next day it never arrived. Upon speaking with the manager in a calm demeanor just to cancel it altogether as now it would be two days past my anniversary she informed me that the girl that answered isn’t supposed to answer the phone and therefore they are not responsible. So they don’t deliver the package the first day and the second the wrong girl answers the phone and they are not responsible. And because she has been in her “ manager position for six years and this hasn’t happened before” I must be wrong? They even have a picture in their records of the wrong house. I basically called to get chewed out. Talk about an entitled manager ruining the reputation of local business and the owner doesn’t even know. It’s a shame but this is how businesses unsupervised by owners run to the ground.

I placed an order for my wife for our 10 year anniversary. I was told if I have the order delivered, it wouldnt arrive until 8 or 9 pm, but if I picked up the order would be ready at 4pm. So I arrive to pick up, and Im being asked if Im sure the order was placed at the Coral Springs location, which it was. Theres no record of the order, so Im asked what was the card number I payed with. I tell the manager Drea that I was told I can pay with cash or card when I came to pick up my order. Drea says shes been the manager at this location for 5 years (which is irrelevant to me), and shes the only one that answers the phone. Well maam that means you are the one who took my order, and shouldve said when I placed my order that I HAD TO PAY BY CARD THEN. I will NEVER visit this unorganized, unprofessional place of business again

Placed an order on the Wednesday before Mother’s Day for the Coral Springs location to deliver a Mother’s Day Dessert Box on Saturday. As soon as the delivery was made the recipient contacted me to thank me. When I asked for a photo I saw it was the wrong order. Contacted Coral Springs immediately to say it was incorrect order. They apologized and said they would make good on the delivery either yesterday or today (Mother’s Day). It is now 5:43pm, on Mother’s Day and no corrective action was taken from Edible Arrangements. I have placed multiple calls to them today ; 1 early this morning to a live person who confirmed delivery would be made today and the rest go directly to voicemail. DO NOT use this site location , they suck!!!!! 👎🏻👎🏻

Used them 3 times so far and although the order said it would be delivered that day it never was. On all 3 occasions Ive had the same problem. They said it was attempted and undeliverable. Im wondering why I never got a call during the so called attempt. Very frustrating. My friend got out from a surgery and I wanted to send a get well arrangement.He will probably be all better by the time this gets to him.

Edible Arrangements REALLY let, not only me down, but my mom down as well. I ordered an arrangement on Wednesday - 4 days before Mother’s Day. I paid extra to guarantee the arrangement was delivered ON Mother’s Day. The arrangement was NEVER DELIVERED. Google says they close at 7pm on Sundays. I called before 7pm, multiple times, no one answered and the voice mailbox was full. Absolutely no way for me to contact them prior to closing. The website says they deliver until 9pm. I gave them the benefit of the doubt - maybe it would get delivered closer to 9pm. NOPE. Now I look like i forgot Mother’s Day and my mom is without a gift. So disappointed with how unreliable this place is.

Made a huge mistake by contacting this place to get a very important delivery made to an office staff not even a mile from their location. They couldn’t even handle that. I was told that it would be there before noon and the gift never arrived. Way overpriced and when I tried to cal them to find out why, they have a voicemail that doesn’t even mention the business name and is so unprofessional. They treat you as if you are totally bothering them and then they ignore as they disregard your order. I will be getting a complete refund that I can assure you although I know they will never willingly oblige

Mothers Day gift delivered 4 days late. Store doesnt answer the phone, and voicemail is full. I received a call 4 days later, offering an upgrade or refund. I opted for the refund, but asked if they could do something to account for nothing being delivered on Mothers Day. They sent my wife a box of strawberries that went bad in a day.

This place is a disaster. I dont usually leave 1 star reviews but the service was so bad that this review is a public service at this point. First of all, we ordered an arrangement that included fruits, cookies, and a card to be delivered on mothers day. They never delivered it. We didnt get a call or status update or anything from them. Mistakes happen, no big deal. We call and explain the situation. They give us an updated delivery date. We are told we will be given a partial refund as well. Instead, we get charged an additional $6.00 and they still failed to deliver the arrangement on date number two. Of course we are pretty upset by this point, because once again noone called to tell us of any issues with the delivery. We call a third time and explain again. They finally deliver on third date given but its missing the cookies and card. 3 strikes. No more chances. We were also never given the partial refund, so at this point we are just disputing the entire charge. If you dont deliver correctly after 3 attempts, something is seriously wrong. The lack of communication on their part also added salt on the wound.

I never do reviews but this store made me mad. They must have a fake number or just a recording of a dial tone and a full mailbox. They didn’t deliver, they didn’t answer their phone, and they were very unresponsive. Never ordering from here again. Not to mention their customer service number doesn’t work either lol. Overpriced fruit and unreliable business seems like a lose lose to me. I think I’ll go in today and get a refund

Very busy store, I called and was on hold for 15 minutes but I was told that there was two people ahead of me and If I would mind waiting- I decided to stay on because I didn’t want to be forgotten. I ended up getting really frustrated and hung up. Janelle later called me back and apologized for the wait and took my order and was really awesome and patient. I called for updates on my order which was another wait on the phone but my sister didn’t get her order at like 3pm and the other girl, I didn’t get my name was awesome too on giving me an estimate and again apologizing for the hold . My sister was very happy with her bouquet. I won’t take off the stars because of the wait on the phone, but I think this store can run better with more people in to answer phones ! The staff was very awesome though they just need more help.

My son ordered fruit arrangements for mother’s day surprise for me and they did not deliver that day. Delivered it three days after multiple calls from my husband. So it did not end as a surprise. Fruits are not fresh. Not worth the money. I strongly do not recommend this site.

Those that know me, know I don’t normally recommend places to shop. I must say, the owner of the store personally called me to make sure my order was satisfactory. Although I had a slight hiccup to the delivery, the store made it up to me in more than one could ask for. In life we all make mistakes. I am updating my initial review because of the phone call I received. In my upset over 2 weeks of trying to get customer service to fix an over billing charge I forgot to acknowledge that the edible arrangement gift I ordered was received in a timely manner & was said to be,”fresh & delicious!” The customer service was the problem-I was overcharged & no one would listen. The product was not the issue. The phone call I received from the owner of Edible Arrangements renewed my waning belief in the basic goodness in people. She made no excuses. She sincerely wanted to understand how the billing situation occurred so it would not happen again. Mistakes happen. Someone needed to take the time to really listen to understand & she did. My overcharge was taken care of & to my surprise, so was the rest of the charge.

So bummed to write this because I loved Edible Arrangements. Was my go to for sending gifts, but my last 3 orders from this locatio damaged me. I ordered for 3 different locations/customers (myself last) and what a disappointment. None were holiday deliveries. The first was delivered AFTER 9 oclock at night. I was told the fruit was good, but clearly they wouldnt eat it fresh that day. Sad! I tried again, because ok things happen, so I ordered for another relative. Finally, I had to tell her about the delivery because it was after 8:30 and she was already late for her dinner......... and the website clearly says they wont leave it even with a neighbor and I called and called and got only machines and sorry we are closed messages............ again, this one didnt arrive until almost 9pm. Which then also ruined my surprise and her evening.How does a delivery literally up the road need to go out so late. I think Im time stamped because I ordered a 3rd item (just 2 boxes of fruit) to be delivered to my house. Well, Sunday night kids are sleeping its after 8:30 and knock knock.........honestly, I had forgotten we had ordered because again............so late (and to boot, my fruit was old and some rotten, had clearly been removed from skewers, and put into the boxes)... maybe the fruit that wasnt able to be delivered was then passed on to me. We could only find a few pieces that were good so we just decided that was the last time. Super sad because honestly one of my favorite places. We used to walk in to the location at times because it was so good. What happened? Deliveries consistently at 8 /9pm is really not acceptable. Just to add...... we live about 5 minutes away from the store and so does my sister. I couldve picked mine up but would sort of defeat the coolness of sending a special delivery. I shouldve been consistent with calling to speak to someone but I tried a few times and kept getting the machine or it was after hours and I just gave up. Trying to order something special for someone today and it just kicked up the thoughts because this wouldve been my place to go. Maybe I will just order from a different location but thinking I should just order something completely different altogether. Warning friends this was the Coral Springs location.

I ordered a Mother’s Day Arrangement last Wednesday May 5th which I thought ordering early would make sure I would get my Arrangement on Time. I WAS WRONG around 2:30pm Mother’s Day I called Edible to see what’s goin on and I get a recording saying they are busy getting orders filled and please leave your name and number and we will call you back tomorrow. Its now Monday 10:45am still no call back or arrangements delivered so I call the store where I talk to some rude girl that won’t put the owner on the phone and says Katie the Owner will call me right back. ITS NOW 3:32pm NO CALL FROM THE OWNER KATIE I GUESS MY ORDER DOESN’T mean squat to them. I called the Store again just now where you get a mailbox recording saying it’s FULL!!!!! Wow This is the 2ND Time this has happen to me when using this this store. This happen to me last year also but my wife’s mom lives in this stores zip code so I had to use it again and again I get NOTHING but a head ache and a disappointing mother in Law now. I used a different store for my Mother’s arrangement and she got hers at 10am Mothers Day!!!!! Prices are ridiculously high for tiny arrangements, no specific delivery times... management needs changing! EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service! Placed an order to be delivered before 5PMtoday. Still has not been delivered. I called twice today to make sure and both times was told it will definitely be there before 5PM. I called again and was told it’s in transit at 4:42. I asked if she could call the delivery person. She seemed irritated and put me on hold for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up and called back, it went straight to voicemail. I will NEVER order from here again. Terrible. And I would have understood If they advised me it wouldn’t be here until after 5PM. I would have made other arrangements.

When I Say Terrible I Mean Terrible. Placed A $100 order with a 5 hour window to deliver one block away they missed it . Gave them another 3 hour window, they missed it & closed without even a call to me. Took over a week to get my money back and it’s still not refunded. The manager called me to get my info for refund, no sympathy it was my wife’s bday they missed. I mean the manager of pizza shop has better training and they deliver pizzas for $7. I won’t ever go to this location I asked them to deliver it the next day at the corporate level with a full refund and they were shocked I even asked. Got an edible arrangement for my girlfriend on Valentines Day, obviously expecting it to arrive on Valentines Day, which they told me it would. Not only did it not arrive, but, the delivery driver calls me at 11 oclock at night, long after we had both already gone to bed, which I think is a little unprofessional. So, I woke up the next day, called the number back, got hung up on by the delivery driver, then, called the location which was supposed to deliver my order which is the Coral Springs branch and not only did they not answer but their answering machine is full, most likely from irate customers like myself. Im starting to feel like I got robbed.. oh well, definitely wont EVER order anything from them ever again.

The employees who were working here at the time were very pleasant. Especially Carolina! I mean all of them though. There was about 5 older women that worked in the back they all came out to greet me and help design the arrangement I desired to have. The manager Max was a great sport dealing with all my changes in design and still found it possible to add a teddy bear on him to make it that much more special. Thank you to the team!

I had the worst experience ordering and receipt of my order from the Coral Springs store, after I placed my order I tried calling the store and no one answered for an entire day, when I finally got someone on the line, it was midday on the day of delivery, I was told my order left the store but it never made it to the recipient until after 8pm, albeit without a few of the items I purchased, which just ruined the anniversary treat for my wife, after contacting the store about it there was no apologize for screwing up or an attempt at trying to make up for ruining my order. So I implore you all try to avoid this store because theyll ruin your order and try to blame team members and miss the mark of trying to make the customer happy after a screw up........!!!!! Customer service was wonderful. Unfortunately the original fruit basket was not up to par, shall we say. This basket was sent to a family who are presently grieving the loss of a husband, from a relative in hopes it would be received in the love that it was sent. The fruit couldnt be served. The widow was upset and I asked if she would like me to call edible arrangements to explain the situation.. I did so and within 5 hours a new fruit basket was sent

Dria not only made it possible for it to be delivered that day , but her patience and creativity in putting this beautiful arrangement was what I couldn’t believe .Everything she did was with the upmost professional and friendly service . I would not recommend this location to anyone! I was there at 9 am to pick up my order. The lights were off the store was not open. I called customer service to contact the store to let me in. They came to the door at 9:06, and they do not want to compensate me at all! They lie saying they were open. Turn on the lights and greet a customer who you know is picking up heir order at 9 am. I will drive further to another location.

Awful experience! They said online delivered on site 2/14/19 at 14:30 and nothing at 1745 got through once around 1600 and the lady said it was delivered at the desk so called again when still nothing with no answer and voicemail was full. Needless to say it was never delivered! So on 2/15/19 showed in route at 1400 and didn’t arrive until 1730 and by then, in typical warm south Florida weather, the strawberries we very warm and from day before!! The delivery guy said “Sorry we got backed up” ok but then have more people on those days and go until done even if late AND don’t bring day before berries, warm, wet, old! If you’re day late at least give fresh berries?!? And to ask how could I tell..it was soft, soaking wet on bottom of paper, and not fresh..if you’ve ever eaten chocolate covered strawberries days later you know exactly what I mean! This isn’t a cheap gift so very disappointing and the ratings online are low for a reason. Why come back with that service? Is there a Corporate office that needs to visit and review this place?

Fruit was not fresh at all. Delivery was made and left by the door. Fruit sat at the door for one only hour. Temperature was cold that late afternoon. Picked up the basket and put it in the fridge right away. The next morning I tried to eat fruit for breakfast but couldn’t. Had to get rid of all it as it was delivered. How sad!

The customer service is terrible, today is my daughter’s birthday and I was told delivery would be between 2-6, it’s now 6:35 and they told me the delivery driver is all the way in Fort Lauderdale and it would be another hour. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. The arrangements are mediocre for the price. I must say that the girls I spoke to were friendly and sweet. But the manager was plain creepy. He seemed to be making everyone uncomfortable when he came into the room and gave me a weird vibe the way he looked at me. He seemed very unprofessional in the way that he speaks to staff members and carries himself. He gave a very unwelcoming, “I may kidnap you” feeling and for this reason I won’t ever recommend this location to anyone.

Over the years, I have ordered plenty of edible arrangements from many different locations and have always been satisfied. This is my second very bad experience with this location. I gave them years in between to straighten up their act. Very poor communication with customers about delivery. Why ask for a cell phone number if you dont call it about attempted delivery? I was two minutes away. No return phone call to numerous voice messages left about missed delivery. Very rude customer service. A frustrating and unpleasant experience that I will certainly not repeat.

I called this store 11 times (I have the phone records) to attempt to specify a time to have the item delivered. 11 times! 15+ minutes of holding every single time before I finally gave up. Now after contacting a 3rd party call center I was told the item was delivered when the person I ordered it for didnt start work for another 6 hours. Thanks for ruining Valentines Day for me. This is not over!

If you are even considering using this location, DO NOT! The staff is nice but they dont know what they are doing and the orders are incorrect. They sent a bouquet that was not the one I purchased and said they wouldnt give me a refund because the recipient received it. And corporate refuses to help despite all the complaints this store has had! Save yourself a headache and DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!

Placed an order for the a Mickey Mouse Birthday bouquet for my Godson. I ordered this bouquet SPECIFICALLY because of the Disney container. On the day of delivery, the store called (which I did appreciate) to advise me that they didnt have the container in store. I asked if they could throw in a couple complimentary birthday balloons instead and they GLADLY AGREED. However, when the bouquet was finally delivered... guess what, NO BALLOONS!!! Maybe they thought I wouldnt find out, but I made sure to have someone send me photos once the bouquet was delivered. At any rate, I contacted customer service and got a call from the store two days later. Instead of offering a partial refund, they offered to redeliver the balloons. Umm... I dont think so!!! My Godsons birthday is already over. The fruit has already been eaten. I paid for delivery on his birthday, not 2 days later. They advertised an item they didnt have, then failed to do what was promised in return. That is a breach of contract and a partial refund is what was owed. BOTTOMLINE!!! I was already upset that my Godson was delivered a very mediocre bouquet, with no birthday ANYTHING on it... but please dont waste your time calling me if you arent going to offer a FAIR resolution. I wasnt about to go back & forth with the clerk (his name was Phillipe, I think) so I just hung up on him. I then immediately got on the phone with my credit card company to file a chargeback and was just about to contact Edible Arrangements corporate office... when the store called back! They said they would issue me a refund for the delivery fee, plus tax... and I did feel as though that was fair. While I am glad they called back to do what was right, they are still a 1-star business when it comes to service. I understand things happen, but how hard is it to take an order and deliver it correctly?! This isnt rocket science. As a business, if you drop the ball, just own up to it and make the customer happy again. And by all means, if youre going to call an already upset customer to offer a resolution, dont offer them BS. Be fair and do whats right, the first time! Either way, this is a VERY INCOMPETENT location (just look at all their other reviews) and they have certainly seen the last of my business.

Now I know why they have a one star rating! I ordered for Mothers Day one dozon white chocolate covered strawberries. They were delivered milk chocolate. When I called, the girl answered the phone and said there is nothing they can do to make it right. She placed me on hold and even asked the manager. They said they will not pick the order back up although it was just delevered minutes before, they will not refund the order and they will not make the order right. Highly frustrating for a local business and I will make sure everyone in Parkland / Coral Springs and Tamarac area know how this store operates and handles customer complaints. NEVER ORDER FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!

Did not deliver on Mothers DayIn their defense they did try left a note to call. My mom tried calling and there was no answer all day. The next we both called said they were too busy to deliver today and that would have to wait til Tuesday but could not guarantee a time. So basically they would have to sit there waiting for a delivery... I think Not....Was on hold to speak to the manager but after 5 min I hung up. Decided to write this review instead. If you need a delivery on time just pick another place. Did I say I spent over $100!. No discount was given for the disappointments!!!

No stars... This was the worst customer service ever. My nanny received a package that was not intended for me and I just thought it wasnt delivered to the right person so I called as a courtesy to make sure they figure it out. The girl on the phone was so rude and nasty and even hung up on. Being in the customer service industry my entire career this experience was horrible. Turns out my sister ordered me something and they delivered me the wrong thing, however as a client I am starting to think, was my package deliver elsewhere too? Who touched it, opened it, etc?? NEVER will I EVER spend my money with this location. HORRIBLE> STAY AWAY.
