We recently had all of our flooring and baseboards replaced by Kuhn Flooring Gallery. The floors and baseboards look fantastic!!! We could not be happier. This was a big undertaking as it was the entire house which was a mix of laminate flooring and carpet and quite old. We had a beautiful gray/beige waterproof laminate installed.Not only did the team of installers finish on time they left my house in good order. Of course there was the fine layer of dust on everything but that was to be expected from such a big job. But there was no construction debris or anything else left at my house.After the job was done there were a couple of spots in the floor that did not feel right to us when we walked over them. Brad came out immediately to understand what my concern was and had it fixed that same week. Thats customer service!We think Jim and Brad and the whole team at Kuhns did a professional quality job from start to finish and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their floors done.There are many options out there for flooring but great customer care is hard to come by. Thank you Team Kuhn for making our experience great!!!!

We recently had our entry, kitchen, and dining/living areas (carpet and ceramic) replaced with laminate flooring purchased from Kuhn Flooring. Service at the store was very professional and different alternatives were discussed prior to selecting our floor. In particular, Howie made sure that all measurements minimized waste/cost and used a team that was able to demo the existing carpet/tile to reduce our cost. The job was done quickly (half day) and the installers were helpful in moving furniture and very neat. Would definitely recommend Kuhn and the pricing was also in line with the competition!

I am amazed at all the 5 stars. I would be willing to bet they were paid for reviews. View actual photos below are of my actual carpet install and how they left my house.I went with this company because it is who Costco uses for flooring and they had a 10% Costco card if you did flooring at this time.We needed 129 sq yards of carpet removed and installed at $45 a yard. Thats $5805 for carpet and install, then they added on $350 “Stair Labor Fee” plus taxes brought the bill to over $6000. We have 3 bedrooms (one is considered a double as it has a sitting are) a hallway and 15 stairs with 2 landings.We have 2 cats and a puppy so I had to sit outside the whole install as I have to keep them contained and out of their way.Day 1 a husband and wife show up that are well in their 70s. After about 4 hours I go upstairs while they are outside and look all they have done is the 2 small bedrooms (about 120 Sq ft each) and the hallway ripped up.They did a burn out in our street to get the carpet out of the back of the truck. I had to remove the link from my review, but type in Kuhn Flooring Coral Springs in Youtube for video.I immediately called and spoke with Pam as in the past the carpet removal and instal has always been a day! My neighbor just had carpet from a different company, also 1 day. I asked Pam to please send someone to help them out because they will not finish this today. I was told by Mark it would be a 1 day job and Pam told me I had to call my salesman who didn’t return my call until 4pm and said it was a 3 day job, and that the couple who was here doing the job was “the best they have” they left all the carpet in my living room after they were done for the day and garbage outside of my front door. Myself and my husband called and tried to address our concerns with Mark since Pam said thats who we needed to speak with. Finally on day 2 they sent Mark out to be a “helper” which he only helped bring up one piece of carpet. After they left and the job was done on day 2. The stairs which should be tight were all gapping and loose, there were 7 noticeable seams and the entire carpet was not stretched properly. I could lift it almost 2 inches off the floor.Then Ken and my husband were talking as I was done at this point. Ken Herring and Steve Kuhn (owner and parter) came to my house. They still insisted this was one of their best teams and they were going to order some carpet and have someone else come out and fix it. Almost 2 weeks goes by and they make an appt to come back out. I now have to remove everything again like the first time : remove items, shoes etc from all of the bottoms of the closets, break down my office, printer, computer, monitor etc. Not leave anything on the desk. Take all the drawers out of our dressers and end tables etc. And now I have to sit outside again another day. The 2 men they sent this time had to remove and reinstall 50% off what their “best team” installed originally.I asked for 10% discount off the price of the carpet due to the inconvenience and all the problems and me missing 3 days of work (which should have been 1 day) Ken said they would offer 5%. Ken also stated that they had to purchase and re-install over 50% of our carpet and they had to cover that expense themselves! Thats not our fault and had someone had taken our first calls seriously this could have been avoided.Kuhn then tried to take the discount off of my Costco form and deny my my Costco Shop Card!!! The way they tried to redo the form it would have been under the $3000, I would have lost the additional $250 as well.The photos speak for themselves NEVER use Kuhn Flooring unless you want poor and improper installation and a headache!

After receiving outrageously priced estimates from local vendors, I decided to submit a quote request via Costcos Flooring & Tile program. I was amazed how much considerably lower the quote was in comparison to other quotes I received. I learned Costco contracts Kuhn Flooring to complete floor projects here in South Florida.It was a pleasure to work with Kuhn Flooring to complete my home floor project. I met with Brad, the consultant, to discuss my project needs. Brad was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He extended a tremendous amount of patience and offered invaluable advice to ensure I was satisfied. Brad even took the time to drop off a sample of the product for my consideration. What impressed me most about Brad was his diligence and timely follow through. He promptly returned calls and text messages, as well as ensured the established estimated timeline for completion of the project was met.The installers were equally impressive. They arrived at my home on time as scheduled. I have been a customer of Kuhn Flooring since 2003. I recently went to them again for an estimate to redo the flooring in my bathroom. As always I was extremely impressed with Kuhn Flooring. In the past we have had issues with flooding in our bathroom and did not want to put down a floor that could be compromised again. I worked with Mark through the Costco program to replace all bedroom carpeting with Coretec vinyl plank. I sent him a photo of one room and told him what I wanted. I had just purchased the home, I wanted the flooring done before I moved in, and asap. He immediately sent back a photo of a similar room with a suggested sample - exactly what I wanted. He brought the sample to my home to check, and he was right - it was perfect and saved me time having to choose. Mark was such a professional, he had the job done in just one week! We are about to move and our new home needed the second floor carpet replaced. We had a specific budget and visited 3 other carpet places before Kuhn Flooring Gallery. As soon as we got there a salesperson named Howard approached me and started showing us all the Carpet I could afford including installation and their own rug pad which is really great and thicker than the regular pad other companies use. We picked a color and texture and after 3 days they received it and installed it. I am extremely pleased with the work. Their installation people were on time and even cleaned afterwards. They went above and beyond my expectations. Totally recommended.

Incredible experience with Kuhn Flooring. Met with Steve (the owner) and found an incredible selection of carpet. He was extremely helpful and let me take several samples home without any restrictions. Pricing was excellent and carpet was installed today. Corine in the office scheduled the installation, followed up the day before with a reminder, and again on the morning of the installation. My husband and I went to Kuhn flooring because of the great reviews we saw online and also a neighbors recommendation after she bought her flooring there. We had gone to other flooring stores in the area but Kuhn totally blew them all away. I have to tell you we were amazed at the selection they have and the product knowledge of the salesman Mike. He explained all the good (and in some cases negative) points of each product we were considering, The installation was flawless, the installers were gentlemen and very accommodating. I highly recommend Kuhn Flooring. From my first meeting with salesperson Pele through installation yesterday, everything went perfectly. Pele worked within my budget for laminate flooring and checked in during the install to make sure all was going well. I cannot say enough about Pele -- a true professional who really knows his business. Prices were fair and I would use Kuhn again. They also have a person who does window treatments and I ordered a custom shade. Everyone in the company is wonderful and, unlike many places, they actually arrive on time and completed the job in exactly the time stated. You cant go wrong using Kuhn!

This was the third time I have used Kuhn flooring at my home. I went with the luxury vinyl tile this time and am very happy with the product. Michael came out for measurements and brought samples as well. The installation crew was also excellent, finishing the job in 2 days and cleaning up afterwards.

We were very pleased with the selection available since we were limited by a number of factors. We were able to take the samples home and live with them in all lights. The installation and expertise of all involved gets 5 stars from us.

This is the second time we have used Kuhn Flooring, the first time to install our wood floors, and this time to re-carpet our bedrooms and install new baseboards. Top Notch...This is a family business that treats you like family. We have worked with no better vendor than Kuhns Flooring. Our request through our local Costco in Palm Beach County was answered by Wyatt, in sales at Kuhns who helped us through the details of our flooring plan. After working on the details we decided we needed more information on carpeting and replacement tile of the whole house. This was a large purchase and we wanted to avoid a mistake on our part.As a result, Wyatt returned with Steve Kuhn a few days later with additional samples and we found this very helpful. We made a decision, with the help of Steve, to not replace the tile at this time since the existing tile was in good shape. We chose the carpet style and padding for each room and all seemed right.The crew laying the carpet (Charles and Cody) were real professionals. However, not too long after beginning installation my wife and I realized the carpet we chose was not exactly to our liking.In most cases, I presume, this would be a real problem, and it was, but Kuhns only concern was for our satisfaction. What could they do to make this right for us? What a great question.So, a few days later we traveled to their showroom to view all their inventory. Thats probably what we should have done to begin with, but they were the most welcoming people we have ever done business with. After a few hours of discussion they more than bent over backwards to help us including providing us with a free upgrade in the carpet padding.The old carpet was removed and the new carpet is wonderful. We are 120% pleased. Their follow up was outstanding and they continue to be of help. We love their warranty through Costco. They stand behind their material and workmanship like no one else we know in this business.It has been a pleasure working with them. Kudos to Wyatt and Steve for all their help and understanding and sticking by us in the process. And the installers, Charles and Cody, were very courteous and helped us with the heavy lifting.

My wife and I recently bought a home in southern Florida; we wanted to freshen the look with new carpeting. We shopped around making very little progress. We were getting frustrated until we found Kuhn Flooring; they were amazing.From the minute I met Sherry Zepatos, the owner, and Pele; the salesman, I knew I was in the best of hands. I was completely satisfied in every possible way, the guidance I received was spot on, the price was fair, the service and installation were exceptional. Excellent timely installation and perfect results for engineered hardwood in 3 areas of our home. Salesperson Aramis was informative and very responsive at all times. I highly recommend this company.

We went to this company because of good review. Unfortunately, we met one of the most dishonest, fraudulent salesman , Mike for installation of marble to one of the room in our house. He charged us 1000$ more than the other company quoted us....installed broken and patch work Marble tile. When we try to reach him on the phone, Mike is extremely arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He agreed to replace some of the tiles....Alas! again with broken tiles! I felt heartbroken and betrayed. never again going there for anything.

We used Kuhn Flooring Gallery for our carpet installation and it was through Costco. Mark was their agent, who came to my house and did the measurements and show us the samples. We went to their showroom for more samples and found their staff to be very helpful. Mark was professional in his approach and answered all questions. Installers were vey professional. They took extra care to move around the furniture, which was very heavy. They were pleasant.The pricing given was better than Home Depot and other well known Flooring gallery in WPB.I recommend them highly if you have any flooring needs!

On 3/23 Kuhn removed the old worn floor from my kitchen and dinette and installed a new Coretec floor. The installer, Juan arrived early and worked continuosly to complete the job. He was highly skilled, had the best tools, and did a great job. My wife and I love our new beautiful floor.
