Excited to see this classic bookstore take on new life! The new location is great, with a smaller but well thought out selection. They still have lots of discount books and gifts as well. Employees were friendly and helpful! You can find fiction, fantasy, non fiction, poetry, children’s books, cookbooks, board games, puzzles, candles, and so much more here.

Really disappointed with the reopen. I went in yesterday and saw two employees talking. I asked one of the employees a question and the other one rolled her eyes before sending me off to some section of the store. When I go to checkout, the cashier asked me if I had a membership and when I told her it expired and I wasn’t interested in renewing at the time, she rolled her eyes and gave me an attitude that lasted the rest of our transaction.The store looks nice, and is spacious but the selection they have makes this a sorry excuse for a bookstore. If you want to be treated with decency and have options do yourself the favor of saving your time and go elsewhere.

Great new bookstore! A little smaller and a different style than the other Barnes & Nobles that Ive been to but overall ots a great little bookstore to go get books or just read at.

Nice to have one around its bit smaller from the one I used to go but looks neat.

I love this place. Just wish there were more outlets to plug in your electronics. Other than that i cant complain its a nice place to hang out and its quiet. Almost quieter than your local library if you can believe it or not. Anyways i hope you enjoy the photos America.

My daughter and I love coming here. There are So many wonderful selections of books, gifts, and unique office supplies. The childrens section, learning games and toys are great. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is clean and organized. The convenient Starbucks in the center of the store makes it that much better.

The outmost there is so welcoming that you can’t help to seat on the floor and go through multiple books till you find ‘the’ one!

My co-worker and I met there for the Saturday sale and it was terrific! I think we bought too much, but it was worth it! I applied for a Barnes and Nobles card as a teacher, and the sales guy assisted me all the way. He was very professional. Also, the pretzels with feta-cheese, pizza and cheese were delicious! Keep up the good work and Ill be back...

This store and staff are GREAT, but the landlords that own this lot sound like pathetic shrews.Please keep this B&N open!Its a fun place to hang out and Ill always prefer browsing new releases in person over going online to Amazon.I meet some interesting people at this location and would love to continue enjoying having such a cool bookstore nearby. I understand if downsizing is needed, but a complete closing would be awful.

What can I say I love my books. Like to feel them in my hand and smell the printed page is. I know theyre closing for 6 months for revamping please dont ever go away. The staff is very helpful to waukee right over to the book youre looking for. Enjoy

Amazing bookstore.

My friend & I met up there to socialize at their cafe. Sticky Toffee Coffee Cake is the bomb! Excellent taste & texture. The fancy frappe coffee was perfect also. Friendly counter staffing cafe were knowledgeable. Wonderful selection of cards. Found a great pop-up for my nephews wedding, & one my elderly Mom can see, even with eye trouble. All Gòod at Barns & Noble, Coral Springs.

This bookstore is a pillar in the community and it is the first location of B&N that I got to know when I was in my teens. (Just like Borders, thats now been replaced with a beauty store) I am extraordinarily saddened to see this store close. The closing of local bookstore locations is indicative of a shift in the community that gives one serious pause. I know there are still people out there who enjoy reading actual books, who enjoy the unique smell of ink and paper, but am I to believe that there are not enough of us to support this store so that it can keep its doors open? Yes! I know the internet has significantly changed the retail experience however, that I am losing the ability to walk into an environment where I can interact with not simply books but information in a tangible manner will be experienced as a great loss.For sure, I will miss you Barnes & Noble Coral Springs.

We like Barnes and Noble in Coral Springs, FL. Unfortunately theyre closing the store in 3 days (February 15, 2020). Were going to miss going there. We always enjoyed the Cafe and the employees are great people as well. Good luck to all the employees.

Clean, friendly staff. New release was only on display in the middle if the store. It would be helpful if several copies were also stocked where the author is usually found. The first impression was that the store did not have the new release. Thankfully there was no line at customer service and the employee walked me to the location of the book. Friendly and helpful sales staff.

Cannot get enough of Barnes and noble. Its my life. Staff at this particular store is incredibly helpful. Easy to find anything your looking for, and has the most amazing selection. Ive never walked out without the book i was looking for, plus a few others.

One of my favorite bookstores. Very clean and quiet and organized. The only thing that bothered me was I needed help because I couldnt find the section I was looking for and it took me over 10 minutes to find an employee. Please dont close this location! My boyfriend and I love to walk around here while were in the area. They have such a good selection of books and games and other tchotchkes and its always a nice place to peruse and find the occasional hidden gem.

Always a great selection of books. From the rare find, to the top sellers. Great kids section, and they even have some toys like Legos. I recommend applying for the membership, especially if youre here often and spending over $50 per visit. Lots of great savings. Coffee shop located in the center of the store features Starbucks coffee. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. I recommend this book store!

Wonderful drinks. They have the best croissants and their double chocolate muffins are so yummy. What a great treat, plus the bookstore as big as a library. I loved the selection of Japanese Manga!

The staff is great, the environment is great, products are great, but the issue is that there’s no place for customers to charge their devices if they study there. I needed to study for an exam and my phone and MacBook was running out of battery. I looked all around the store and all the outlets were blocked. I asked a worker and they said I had to plug in my phone by customer service, and sit on the floor and study while charging it. This to me isn’t fair because I’ve seen many other Barnes and nobles allow customers to charge their device and it makes sense to do it because many people go their to work or study. They should fix that and allow people to charge their devices in more comfortable areas.

Books... Books everywhere... It happened one faithful day in the summer. Barbra and I were on our way to our favorite book store. Barbra looked at me and said that she loved me, when I turned to see her she was now a dog. How did she become a dog if all my life I saw her as my turtle? I didnt know the answer but I knew that I would find out through my local book store. Barnes and Noble was named after my beautiful Barbra, that now when I turned my head wasnt a dog anymore, but was actually an aardvark. I didnt blame her, aardvark fluids are the coldest that anyone has ever known. This bookstore was able to tell me what was happening with my beloved Barbra, the staff didnt really help me much until I had asked the information desk but still the hello that they had provided had saved my now giraffe wife. The staff was courteous and polite, the store organized so well that my now cat wife had shed a tear. This store also has a coffee house smack dab in the middle that although wouldnt accept my magical horse woman wife because she was horsing around I completely understood. If I had to say anything about this bookstore it would be that its pretty dope.

Its great!!! I got so many new books I cant wait to read. They have so many different genres and it is also a fabulous place to study or have some quiet time with a nice BN cafe drink or pastry!

In the age of amazon and other big retailers it’s nice to be able to go into a bookstore for that unique smell of books and coffee. They also have events for kids and other things if you follow their event guides.

Great experience. Large selection. They even had a hard to find collection that I had been looking for my son. I had only been able to find them in comic book stores previously. The store was clean and well organized. Staff was easy you find, knowledgeable and helpful. Will be going back.

It always makes me feel better when I visit, Barnes & Nobel..their staff has always been willing, even at time to make & take the , extra effort to make my visit an experience to remember ! At times, its going out of their way to personally assist me in locating a particular book or, special ordering, when not in stock as assistant did for me on my last visit...and ordering a few so that I may make selection of several. Awesome place to find just about any book you need. Needed a pocket size Spanish English dictionary for my daughter, found it in less than 5 minutes.

I could spend hours here. So many choices. Great gift options as well. Cute things /area for kids to look. Coffee/ treat bar with seating inside. Also plenty of seating and knooks all around to sit and relax. Friendly helpful staff as well.

Surround yourself with books, its the best way to stay inspired. The staff here is always helpful. Despite how busy this location is the store is always in order. Love the notebooks and journal section as well.

Pretty typical B&N as far as appearance. This is not my local store and I was unfamiliar with the stores layout I sought assistance from several employees throughout my visit and all were very friendly and thoroughly helpful. My openly complaint was the very confusing book pricing throughout discount racks and even that might have been a corporate level issue not particular to this specific store.

I love me some amazon but its nice to have a B&N around to check out books in person at times. Great atmosphere and nice staff here.

Love this location since I moved to area 2 years ago. Found out today that they are closing this location and their last day is Feb 15th. They just started their clearance sale.

Its a bookstore. Has lots of books organized by subject. Go see it soon before its lost to technological changes. This one is clean and well decorated and has a little coffee shop.

Now that Toys R Us is out of business, Barnes and Noble is carrying more toys. They carry a lot of toys that are more creative and educational. However, they have Barbies and mainstream toys. Each store carry their own variety of toys, so you should check each store for toy availability.

If you like to browse or just relax awhile, Barnes & Noble fits the bill for book lovers. This location is equal to every other Ive visited for all the right reasons. Selection, staff, comfort and cleanliness deserve four stars or better.

I love coming here with my daughter. They have a train table and Lego table set up in the store. She loves playing with the Thomas trains. They also have a fairly extensive (but overpriced) toy section. I enjoy looking at the magazine, kids books, or other books while my daughter plays (although Im usually requested to play with her).

What a wasted trip. They couldnt help me with my broken Nook which was under warranty and were nasty trying to blame me for its inability to charge. They no longer carrying any books for Teachers. My son was unable to find any of the books he went to buy. We had to shop Amazon anyway. If I could have given them no stars I would have.

Ive always loved Barnes and Noble as a place to have some quiet time, a cup of coffee and also be out. They carry great cards, which is what I went for.

Located in the Walk in Coral Springs, BN has a spacious layout with spaces dedicated to reading and even digital indulgence. The books were competitively priced vs. Amazon, and well organized in the store. There was a wide selection so I bought more than I went in for because the store beat online prices in several cases! I hadnt been to a bookstore in a while but will return!

Love this book store, staff always helpful going above and beyond to help find that book youre looking for. The childrens section is super awesome complete with toys and books to relax and read. Also a great place to study.

I called to order a book and see if I could pick it up at store. I stated the name of the book at least three times and spelled out several words in the title. When asked the authors name I gave the last name. A few minutes later I was asked the authors first name. The girl who answered was silent most of the time with occasional mumbling. After being on the phone for a long time with her she said she could not order it for me and I would probably have to order it online. I called her because I could not order it on the Barnes & Noble website (online).

This is my favorite B&N. I spend hours here on the weekends. I also spend an inordinant amount of money there. But its so worth it. Most of the employees are very helpful. Theyve got a great selection. Youre not harassed every five minutes with an offer of service. They let you be so it feels more like being at home. Love this place.

Nice bookstore for socializing and hanging out in the cafe. Great selection of books and periodicals. My 12 year old loves the kids section. Staff is very nice and helpful, during my last visit Melissa helped put some books aside for me to pick up at another time (Christmas shopping), thanks Melissa.

Great local store in this national chain. Clean, well organized, friendly staff, all on one level with a great cafe in the middle of the store.

Very clean. Restrooms too. Starbucks in the middle of the room is a nice touch. The kids reading area looks like its part of a story. Personally it looks like a magic tree house. Good place for my husband to read his car magazine as well. Oh and the staff dosent hover over you and try to sell you something you dont want. Its my favorite location and the farthest from my home out of the 3 near me.

I love Barnes and Nobles its sad for me to think that because of online retailers and wholesalers and whatever sellers that these stores might not last very long. When the last one closes we will have nobody to blame but ourselves

I have mixed reviews because as soon as I entered the store I was promptly assisted by a nice lady who personally directed me to the book I was looking for as well as other volumes in the collection which was most helpful. But upon checking out I had the misfortune of having to deal with a man who was obviously miserable with his job and seemed like he really didnt want to help me. It was 15 minutes to close, but still thats no excuse to be rude. He gave me my change and just looked at me like I was supposed to just get out of his face... as if he didnt even want to bag my books, but I guess he got the hint when I didnt move, and he reluctantly bagged them. This person obviously needs to be put in the back somewhere and away from customers...

Love my local store. However they do nothing about the dozens of people hogging the cafe tables and not purchasing a thing. So if you buy your coffee you must walk around with it, making it hard to buy books. Why not put signs on the table saying seating for paying customers only please

Huge selection of books, I cant help but to buy something every time I visit. The Starbucks inside is very good and the line is never long. The staff are friendly knowledgeable. The establishment is always very clean and tidy as well.

Update: we came back and bathroom was very dirty. Very disappointed.Unfortunately this is the closest location to us. My kids love to read books and look at the toys at Barnes and noble. We also enjoy getting a snack and coffee for mommy. However, I wish management did a better job at keeping this location cleaner, specially the bathrooms, carpet throughout the store and the Starbucks area. A couple of months ago I mentioned to the Starbucks employee that the food stand where the display cookies and other bakeries, needs some tlc. I also showed her an area by the muffins seemed to show mold, or something that looked like mold. This week we were back, and the stand where the muffins and cakes are, is still showing the mold looking stuff. Not acceptable.

Brick and mortar bookstore whose book selection has become disappointing and limited over the years adds they struggle to survive by adding toys and gifty type stuff. For me, the most disappointing aspect is the science fiction & fantasy section, which has shifted from offering new and interesting content to becoming a poorly curated showcase for pop culture successes (GoT, LOTR, etc)... with occasional other books.

Came into a very hectic day at Barnes. Middle school book fair. Everyone was busy. I walked straight to the costumer service desk. Showed an employee the book I was looking for and within 45 seconds he found it for me. And we were out the door about 5 minutes later. Great service even with all the chaos. They handled it very well.

Very convenient to have in the neighborhood. I hope it stays open.

Its had become a hangout place. No respect for people that are looking for books, etc. Nice place as all BN should be but it is not pleasant because parents bring their children and left them unattended running around. It has lost the charm of what BN used to be. A lot of uneducated people hanging out disturbing. Its a pity.

Customer service representatives pleasantly provided acceptable reason for non-delivery on preordered items. Instead of leaving the store annoyed, left totally satisfied that logistical glitch was reason for non arrival.

Always enjoy barnes and noble. Something relaxing about this bookstore. Recently they started to clutter a lot more items in the isle more which has made it seem messy but still a good place to shop and relax.

I want to like them more, but I was told on the phone a few weeks ago they match their online prices, when I went which I had to go to that plaza anyway, they told me they do not unless an item is out of stock, at that point they order it and ship to your house. Note: I am not asking them to match Amazon, but I chose to buy from Amazon when learning this. In this case, the online price was more than Amazon with discount but would take longer to arrive... I have no issue paying retail and often times do when shopping with local stores, but Ive never had bad customer service with them.The childrens magazine selections are not very strong either.
