Prior Management in 2018 was stellar. Recently went there in 2020 for a piece and when I arrived someone else showed up and they told me to wait 2 hours until it was done. Afterwards I started my piece and the outline was sloppy. Wasn’t too pleased but figured after shading the piece would look good. Came back after I had put a down payment on the piece and would pay the rest for the next visit. Two guys who work there told me they wouldn’t do it for the price I had left to pay and that the $250 I had to pay on the tattoo wouldn’t be honored. Very unprofessional parlor now. Keep your business else where. I needed gods “salvation” after visits this once great relic of a tattoo spot.

I walked in without a good idea of what I wanted. Sam at the front was very helpful with helping me select my choice of piercing today. I ended up getting a conch piercing on my right ear. The piercer (Mary) was also amazing at helping select my jewelry today and got me the best option for me. Overall amazing service and definitely coming back

Toni was an amazing tattoo artist. My two friends and I are from Michigan and wanted something to remember our Miami trip. Toni was very friendly, professional & clean most important he made us feel very comfortable. We got a goofy word and he didn’t judge us and laughed with it. Overall wonderful service! My sister and I had appointments at another location, only thing I’ll say is it was an epic fail. Left disappointed. It was my last day in FL after celebrating what would have been Joaquin Oliver’s 21st bday.Salvation got me in the day of and Zane gave me an amazing tattoo! It is in Joaquin’s mother’s handwriting. Zane matched her handwriting down to the dot. So grateful for this tattoo!

I had such an amazing experience there! Everyone who works there is so nice and welcoming! My artist took on a challenge for fixing up a piece that was messed up by another artist unfortunately 😕 he was extremely patient, thorough, and took his time which was awesome! I appreciated it so much! He turned my old piece into something I could only dream of ! His name is Eduardo . All of the other artists there from what Ive seen does amazing work as well!! They are all wonderful humble people. Also the body piercer is extremely professional and sanitary as well, I sat across from him and saw him do alot of piercings, I was very impressed from one experienced piercer to another. So glad I chose this tattoo/piercing lounge over their competitors because the service I received was great. Little to no wait time, especially because I was a walk-in. Marynel and Sarah at this shop were amazing! They both were so patient and nice to me the entire time during my piercing. They walked me through the entire process and made sure I was comfortable. Marynel was so gentle during the piercing process. They truly care about their clients and what is best for them and took the best care of me.

The artist that did my tattoo he was fabulous no complaints there. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. As I sat an wait for my appointment I witnessed and exchanged between a custumer and one of the employees there. It was horrible she was upset about her appointment and the arrangement she made to be there for her appointment. They didnt try to accommodate her instead the front desk employee was very rude. And after the woman left they continued to to talked about her. Even at one time the f-bombs was dropped. For me I thought that was very unprofessional. Regardless shes a customer and she should have been treated better. In order to get customer and retain customers you have to nice to them. After all tattoos are cheap

An amazing, clean and kind place. I was 30 minutes late because Im new to the area and got lost. They were kind and understanding of it. When I came in, they offered me water and told me to make myself at home. They walked me through everything because it was my first tattoo and checked on me often to make sure I was handling it okay. My artist was great and the place was spotless. The price was amazing, I cant wait to come back. My tattoo turned out beautiful

Got my septum pierced here, they had to do it twice because the guy pierced it wrong and extremely low the first time. Missed my sweet spot and it hurt terribly. Had to repierce it right after just for him to miss it again and not only have it too low but it’s crooked too. Got home and took it out, waste of money.

I went a few weeks ago with a friend of mine and we each got a cartilage (helix) piercing. The piercer (named M) was super patient! Even though we came in right before closing (we were planning to go somewhere else at first but then found this place last minute), she took her time and walked through options with me. She made sure to figure out what I wanted instead of rushing into it.

Kishan was wonderful, he went above and beyond to make sure was comfortable. He did amazing job on my tattoo and I cant wait to go back and get another one from him.

This is my go-to tattoo shop since moving here to South Florida! I love the work! I first worked with Nick (Russian gentleman), the Batman (Brazilian gentleman) and his wife & Denis (Brazilian gentleman)! All of my work has been perfect! People especially love the artwork Denis did for me (would post but would be a dead giveaway as to who I am 😜). I love it! The shop is nice and clean, sanitary! I have worked with Jason, the owner also! Nice friendly guy! I went back 3 weeks ago and I see there is a brand new crew! Reaper helped me this time. I went for consultation! He gave recommendations on where I should place my lettering and I love it! His letters are clean and crisp! I will definitely go back to see him! Thanks again!!

I’m honestly so disappointed in this place. If I could rate this 0 stars I would. I went to get a nose piercing and was treated with the crappiest attitude. I made an appointment over the phone and was attended a half hour later. I was not given any instructions on how to clean/maintain my piercing so it can heal correctly. I really did put my trust in this place because of all the great things I heard I guess I was wrong. The guy in the front desk wasn’t even wearing a mask & acted very unprofessionally. No one should ever feel like that especially when doing something on their body. This place really needs to improve their customer service skills and get piercers who actually know how to do their job correctly/professionally. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after my experience.

Got my first tattoo here and am back with my girlfriend for my second, great staff all wanting to help, Adam does great work and they dont overprice, definitely a great place to check out whether its for your first or a new one.

Good selection of jewelry and they take walk ins. super clean, well decorated place and they seem experienced.

The place is clean, but the artist are very undecided as far as the prices one tells you one thing and then they change their mind, so as far as that Im not happy about that... the one artist I had tho did pretty decent on my tat it was very very small, a little bigger than a quarter and price was a little high but what are you gonna do when you want a last minute tat.

Will not recommend this place at all had the worst experience and still in the process of trying to get a refund of my deposit. Scheduled an appointment to get a tattoo on the day of my appointment found out the artist quit was never notified by the shop (so unprofessional) so I was given the option for another artist to do the work (he charged double what the first guy did) He took pics told me he would sketch something and call me once ready a week later I returned to the shop because I had not been contacted to get a refund. Spoke to manager, Alyssa, was told I would be refunded with 3-5 day or 7-10 days depending on my bank nothing as of yet giving it until 7 business days then I will contact my attorney if not refunded. Also contacting Better Business Bureau. People work too hard to get treated like this!****Update: received refund but still would not recommend this place****

Alejandro was a big step up from the others I have gotten a tattoo from. He did a very good job and everything was sanitary. It was also a very good price for the very good work he did.

Been coming here for years and can attest to the great service overall, but in particular want to give Miguel credit for the amazing work he does. His attention to detail is better than I’ve ever had from an artist before. If you want a great price for world class work then this is your guy. Looking forward to working with him in the future on some more pieces.

Came here for my first tattoo and I couldnt have been happier. Super clean shop with friendly staff. My artist, Fernando, he was amazing. Being this was my first tattoo, I got really nervous and light headed as soon as he started. I asked for some water because I wasnt feeling well, he immediately stopped, has someone grab me some ginger ale and a kit kat bar to bring my sugar level back up. Fernando took his time to talk to me and make sure I was ready to go again. Never once did he, or anyone there make me feel embarrassed. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. My tattoo came out exactly how I wanted. Thank you again guys!

I came here with my friend to get our ears pierced. At first there was confusion with what we were charged, but after speaking with Jason I have to commend him for his professionalism. The situation was addressed and the issue with pricing was resolved. In terms of the piercing experience itself, I cannot complain at all. Our piercer, Ally, was amazing and took great care of us. Everything was sterilized well before we got the piercings and the environment was very clean. Thanks again Jason, Ill be back in the future for more piercings.

Called them because they were the only tattoo shop open on Sunday in my area. They stated They don’t pierce toddlers, but they were able to change out my daughters earrings after them being too tight and became bloody and uncomfortable. They were great with her, such nice people and very clean. Will be coming here myself In the future.

I would not recommend. Came in for a tattoo and left with my tattoo flip the artist should’ve double checked the picture I sent him before he put the stencil on and when I told the artist and manager they told me there was nothing they could do about it, and if I wanted to change anything I would have to pay extra money for a small tattoo the size of a quarter which costed 80 dollars to be covered up. I do not recommend!

The best tattoo shop I’ve been to in South Florida! The office manager was extremely nice and welcoming, Dan Serna did an amazing job in this tattoo not the only did he work quickly he was knowledgeable as well.

They do good work, but I was disappointed in the customer service. My sister and I made an appointment to get tattoos and the artist showed up an hour late. It’s not like the artist was running behind schedule, he just literally showed up an hour late to work...Then, they charged me an extra $80 because apparently the first quote I got from them was “wrong”. Overall, we were happy with the quality of our tattoos, but they definitely need to work on their customer service skills.

Cherry rose is the best. She is passionate about her work and she can turn the worst tattoo and blossom it. She is super sweet and understanding.

This is my second time coming to get pierced and they always have the cleanliest place.
